The Reno Newspapers envelope sent by DB Cooper whom it appears to be Jack Tarrance, is an anagram of everything on the envelope as seen in the picture below. It says: President Nixon OK Agnew USA spy atta k Op rachat, via a Northwest Orient, 7 16 1971. A tackle spind e line was hid briefcase door compartment void A U when land over Reno 89502. or President Nixon OK Agnew USA spy attack Op rachat, via a Northwest Orient, 7 16 1971. A tackle spindle line was hid (in) briefcase door compartment void Ad Usum when land over Reno 89502.
This decode is saying that he jumped out as the plane was landing using a fishing line and tackle spindle. Some fishing line can be 1000s of feet and of durable strength. The zip code 89502 includes where the airport is. A U is latin for Ad Usum which “for use”. The date of July, 16, 1971 I believe is significant because that is the same date Nixon made history by going on the record as to plan a visit to Cold War era Communist China. As seen in other decodes of the DB Cooper messages, the CIA op was to retrieve Top Secret microfilm that had to do with China and Communist North Vietnam. I theorize that these spy images were to be given to China for a diplomatic peace offering to help quell tensions and possibly aid in ending the Vietnam conflict.
Jack Tarrance was living with Nora Kaufman and her kids in 1971. Dennis Kaufman often told of how Jack had just recently moved in with them and somehow got hurt not far from the Reno Airport up in the mountains, something about a motorcycle he took back to their South Lake Tahoe apartment but had injured his shoulder real bad. This event is one of the reasons the FBI agents who were looking into Jack as being the best Zodiac suspect while he was still alive & after he died, was also the right DB Cooper guy.
This decode dated 9/22/20 is one I had to recreate for the Cooper Vortex and show host Darren Schaeffer because the original was packed up in an evac box. At this time period, just got through major fires hitting Lake County and Glass Fire was going strong apx 20 miles from me. Still dealing with potential fire danger as of 10/22/20.
It is Oct 23rd and I am going to release this new site….publish it as-is due to high fire danger and may have to leave the area. The power is going to be out for hundreds of thousands. So, I will be working on this site from another location (if we have power?) but anyways, I posted the Reno Newspapers and cutouts letter that I used for the anagrams to decode the messages. Enjoy! For those of you who think that just naming a suspect without having any conclusive evidence that matches up with the letters sent, the FBI or any official authorities won’t take you seriously if you can’t explain what the communications mean. A face that matches the composite and even a simple military background isn’t enough! I got the proof it is Jack Tarrance because I know how to decode, decrypt, decipher his methods he used for decades. Sometimes it is trial and error. Sometimes what appears to be a z408 Grille Cipher which is very, laborious, ends up being an anagram. I thought that the 1971 Dec 11 typed letter was going to be a z408 but realized it was a stenograph hidden message, then anagram that went with the envelope as it was a continuation of the main surprising information about Tina Mucklow! That said, I plan on working on the Vancouver DB Cooper letter & envelope soon. I identified the stamp used as a 7 cents Canada Snowflake Christmas/ Noel 1971. I see the word NOEL is the french spelling, so all the details of just this stamp helps in trying to find the code key or code key words or even a code key phrase for the entire envelope to help unlock the direction of the message. I believe it is the envelope is an anagram.

I will let the pictures of the Zodiac era decodes do most of the talking. They are from c2020 The World According To Jack Tarrance, The Real Zodiac Killer, Black Dahlia Avenger, Get Hoffa Squad Member, and More. The “more” part is he is also DB Cooper and the same decades of cryptic code making and systems are used in the early 1970s for both Zodiac & DB Cooper mysteries. The Zodiac composite comparisons are from the late Dennis Kaufman’s Zodiac Jack Tarrance files but the pictures can also work as an idea of why FBI was looking at Jack as DB Cooper, too. The REAL ZODIAC symbols and code keys that give more details to the “Z408” are presented to. Jack sent them to Vallejo PD 1969.
As seen in previous blog, he- as DB Cooper- is bringing up about how when Sam Giancana gal Donna Lass was killed in the Y, Momo cried and The Oregonian editor Bill Hilliard witnessed this. So, the Zodiac Dripping Pen Card is a couple of z408 Grille Ciphers then anagram that reveal John Walker Tarrance aka Jack Tarrance is living in the Paradice Motel South Lake Tahoe, that he will kill Donna Lass for aiding Darlene Ferrin to kill Bobby Kennedy on September 7, 1970 in the East Stateline NV Y. That Y is hwy 50 and State Route 207 (was SR 19 before 1976) and the roundabout is in it. A Grille Cipher is something with unusual markings that goes on top of the bottom sets of codes with it’s keys. In this case, the communication with it’s unusual dots, blobs, odd punctuation and other unusual things, is the Grille and where it hits what is under it, line up the code symbols and keys, find the code key word or phrase, then anagram.

President Nixon was 58 years old July 16 1971 and that is the date in history where his administration announces historic meeting event with Cold War Vietnam Ally Communist China Premier Zhou Enlai. This decode says Jack Tarrance is in the Northwest Orient seat and recieves the rachat/ransome from the stewardess but also says spy images went over the steps to Tena Bar. The 401st had alot to do with 101st Airborne and the 903d was Army Medical Evacuation so must have been a bloody attack in Feb 1966 but who and what is in these images? As seen in previous blog, CIA operative Hunt recieves the microfilm images, so, I believe the $5800 and the images were dropped together. The $5800 was then, logically, replaced not too long before the Feb 1980 discovery of the bills by young Brian Ingram, who interestingly is the son of a Vietnam Vet. I say this because recent scientific tests show diatoms of algae that were just 1 springtime growth, suggesting money was in water 1979 and not before that. I sure hope to find out just what is so important about the spy images on microfilm. Maybe the decodes I have yet to do, as per DB Cooper era, will reveal what is on the images. These secret images must have went back to China and maybe for a great sum of money. I plan on putting up an much more artistically detailed completed Reno Newspapers 1971 solve but just wanted to present this amazing message as done tonight.

November 2, 2020 here is another image! This is from Nanette Barto files and is an anagram of Lipstick Killer wall message from 1940s and names Jack Tarrance as the real killer of Josephine Ross. This gives you an idea of Jack’s world of anagrams and cryptic messages reveal the truth about what was/is really going on. Some of the methods Jack used are more complicated but as you can see, the simple system of anagramming proved William Heirens was innocent. 11/6/20 The Vancouver British Columbia DB Cooper Envelope
The Northwest Orient Op was definitely CIA and our FBI in America is involved as seen in this very detailed message revealed with the anagram finished. I sure wonder what and who is in the 2/13/1966 top secret images.
The message is contrived after identifying the name of the Canadian stamp, who is the proper Chief Editor and the complete Canada address, filling in the abbreviations and in this case PM/Post Meridiem, lastly the upside down 6 after VAN. I was almost finished but realized I was missing 2 “E’s” an “R” an “I”, a “d” and the other “M.O.”….so, again, in this case the filled in abbreviation was needed to help complete the message. Jack often used upside numbers, letters, so the “9” is the upside down “6” for 1966. This is the 2nd time in my decoding of DB era communications, I see the name of TARRANCE. I plan on working on the letter accompanying the Canada envelope but as you can see, once you understand Jack Tarrance system, the messages can be revealed. FYI, the code key phrase for this envelope decode are: “Tena Bar Columbia River Vancouver Washington” that aided in unlocking the rest of the message.

From here, I can only theorize the money was put back in 1979 after springtime when algae could grow on it and that is because the latest scientific developments of the discovery of algae diatoms suggesting the money found had only one springtime worth of algae. Also, the rubber bands are said to be in great shape in February 1980 when the 20s were found. So please keep checking back to my blog as there is more DB Cooper solves to discover.
The Tina Norris Mucklow Surprise
11/6/20 As seen in the 12/11/71 DB Cooper Washington Post Envelope & Letter decode, Stewardess Tina Mucklow fingerprints came back as Norris Mucklow Vietnam era man-
I see an adams apple in picture above (A press picture 1971) and in the picture below very, visibly a person without common female anatomy such as breasts.
In picture below, looks like makeup covered stubble. I was shocked to realize that the decode was apparently right that Tina is a man.
Now before I continue, I just want to say that it appears that the DB Cooper Caper was a CIA op that had alot to do with the people that fought and served heroically in Vietnam and the picture below is of Norris Mucklow who did serve with 101st Airborne Division and whatever his era in Vietnam was required of him. To dress and convince people they are a man or someone of the opposite sex is something that would be important to the world of spying. So my educated guess is that this is nothing new to the CIA and other global spy agencies. He is seen below in his 101st Airborne patch on the hat.
There are more military Vietnam era patches seen in the below picture. The decode says the person known as Tina Mucklow was psychiatrically troubled and the information over the years is Tina Mucklow, the Stewardess went into seclusion at the Oregon Nuns Monastary for decades and when interviewed appeared to be mentally unstable. I hope to find more info in cryptic messages I yet to work on of the DB Cooper era. That said, the face of Norris appears to match the face of Tina and since Norris is deceased, RIP to the Vietnam Veteran who appears to have many secrets taken with him to the grave.
The screen shot below is from a Tina Mucklow searchword and is of the many images of Tina Mucklow who has no visible female anatomy and she/he sure fooled many people, including me but once I saw the 1971 picture of the Stewardess looking up and I can see an adams apple and all the other pictures are of Mucklow looking down as-if to hide that tell-tale male feature…..WOW! The pictures I used from 1971 are press images and I am not trying to claim any form of copyrights on them, just using them to prove the case that Tina is a man. Anyway, I am from San Francisco and worked in Fast Food industry, served alot of very, convincing people appearing to be female until the looked up at the menu board and I saw that male feature of an adams apple. The guys who try to convince others they are women do all sorts of makeup tricks, waxing hair head to toe, use collars or scarves to hide the adams apple, wear feminine looking clothing such as short skirts/dresses & hide their male genitalia shape but once they look up….their secret is revealed. Lastly, again, since it does appear quite convincely that Mucklow was involved in a CIA operation and it had to do with something top secret that happened in 1966 as revealed in the 12/11/71 decode, RIP Norris Mucklow Vietnam Veteran.
11/8/20 THE DB COOPER CANADA LETTER ANAGRAM
It never ceases to amaze me how the world of Jack Tarrance and whom he is involved with is unraveled by anagramming. I thought that the logical next step for the letter that went to The Province would name who or what was in the Drone spy images. It does! It is George Bush, the D.C. Texas Representitave who graduated Phi Beta Kappa but since the cryptic message reveals that he is a D.C. Representative, this places the images during an alleged time period that he was in Vietnam with Thomas Divine 12/26/67 to 1/11/68 for some CIA related Commercial business. The decode reads as: “Whitehouse President R.N. : Leatha Self sent letter to Vancouver B.C. Jack hid 3 North Vietnam China Border Viet Cong Peace Treaty Phi D.C. Rep George Bush drone photo images under stamp. I.E. you pay fifty grand deposit.
I will elaborate more on the blog post later. At least it appears that there was alot more than just 1966 drone spy images involved with the DB Cooper Caper. Keep checking back!
11/11/20 Happy Veterans Day USA! The December 3, 1971 letter to The Oregonian connects with the 11/30/1971 Vancouver B.C. Canada letter and it also brings up about George Bush being in three images. “I am right here in Portland and the $200,000 is for the revolution. D.B. Cooper” anagrams out to: R R O: Deposit 200,000 three G Bu$h micro photo at F H diner till in Reno Nevada or Railroad Operator (Bill Hilliard): Deposit the $200,000 three George Bush micro photos at Fisk Harrah diner till in Reno, Nevada. Harrah’s did have a diner in Reno, Nevada. Why Harrah’s? I believe it is that there is a gambling and casino connection, probably the Hoffa & Giancana connections, too, as seen in Black Dahlia era and Zodiac Killer decodes of Jack Tarrance world of what and who he was working with and for. Anyway, this letter appears to elude to the $50,000 deposit was received and the rest of the amount adding up to $200,000 and it says to drop the $200,000 valued 3 George Bush microfilm images that were taken in Vietnam into the cash till in Harrah’s diner. What was George Bush Sr doing and with who and why are these so valuable? So valuable enough to be part of the reasons for the D. B. Cooper Caper? I thought that just the top secret Chua Buddhist cave battle & North Vietnam Viet Cong China Border drone images of 1966 were the complete reason for the Caper but it seems that there are more to the secret espionage microfilm images of North Vietnam, Viet Cong and China Border and George Bush Sr is a big part of them. He goes from being Texas Representative 1968-1970 to UN Ambassador 1971 and then Beijing, Communist China diplomat under Gerald Ford 1974. George Bush Sr becomes USA President by 1988. I have more to decode, so more of the D.B. Caper that Jack Tarrance is involved with, so the mystery will unravel more clearly but is sure is an amazing tale so far! Keep checking back!

11/12/20 The 1971 Plan For Retirement DB Cooper Cutouts Anagram
It is a continuation of the details of the microfilm images but first, the cutouts letter sent to Reno Newspapers Inc says: “Plan ahead for retirement. D.B. Cooper”. The anagram is: Dean: LFA OO three P contain CEO Premier bdrm. or John Dean: Low Flying Area Opord three photos contain Chief Executive Officer Premier Zhou Enlai bedroom. FLA is a military acronym for Low Flying Area, OO is military acronym for Operations Order/Opord, P is abbreviation for photo/photos, John Dean is Nixon Counsel 1970-1973. This message connects the story of these images in the Vancouver letter but before the details of the Dec 3, 1971 Oregonian “revolution” letter. Anyway, the 3 valuable George Bush Sr micro photos say as per the anagrams adds up that Bush is in Zhou Enlai bedroom. Doing what and with who? The envelope I believe yields the answer! I can’t find the envelope that goes with this cutouts message but I am certain I can come up with the message! I know how Jacks world works! Keep checking back!
11/14/20 The “Retirement….etc” Letter Envelope Can’t Be From Dec 1, 1971
Here’s why: When I went to do the anagram, the message says Stewardess been 588 and details of that message about Mucklow being a military man “psychopathic” is in December 11, 1971 anagrams, 2ndly the anagram seen below says about how 11/30/71 Canada stamp letter with micro pictures was now in a Eisenhower Coin. The anagram message of the Oregonian 12/3/71 “Revolution” letter is telling Bill Hilliard to ‘deposit the microfilm photos at the Fisk Harrah’s diner’ and obviously the date of this communication is after December 1st, 1971. Also, the Canada envelope used an upside down 6 to mimmick a “g”, so, this ENVELOPE message has to be from December 17 and the 7 can also an upside down L and as seen in the anagram, the 7/L filled in the L in ENVELOPE. So, logically it is from Dec 17, 1971! AH! But the alleged envelope is missing? SO, how can I do the anagram without seeing the envelope? Easy! The decades of information is that it went to Reno Newspapers ( like the Thanks For Hospitality letter) and the cutouts were from the Sacrament Bee, envelope sent from Sac Bee area. All that was needed to do is replace Oakdale 95601 with Sacramento Bee zipcode of 95816. The message I achieved is: O Ron Ziegler: Stewardess been 588. Northwest Orient J Tarrance E18 119 903d 401st C E E micro pictures, LFA 5 1967 USA Pentagon Data, sent Canada envelope stamp, now D Davd Eisenhower coin Nevada diner register EVEN or Oh! 11/17/20 SPY COINS ESPECIALLY DWIGHT DAVID EISENHOWER DOLLAR COINS
The above image is a Google search results for microfilm coins. They were used in Cold War but mainly Vietnam era espionage. Spy coins are probably in use today but who can really verify this? It is top secret! Anyway, the pictures of these types of coins adds credibility to the DB Cooper era solves revealed just by anagramming which are telling a story about microfilm micro data stashed inside a 1971 Eisenhower Coin. The Eisenhower dollar is 38.1 mm circumference so it is a very, large coin that could hold alot of microfilm and data.
11/21/20 When I did the DB Cooper Vortex Podcast with David Schaeffer, he asked me if I had any ideas of whether DB Cooper or Daniel B Cooper was a codename or a message. I told him, I had tested out a theory some months ago if it could mean something via anagramming and that it had to do with CIA Op. Well, here is an updated version of an anagram I came up with long ago- DANIEL B COOPER = RN B DOLE E CIA OP or Richard Nixon, Senator Bob Dole, Emeritus CIA OP. Emeritus is latin for well earned and merited, so, could mean very experienced, well seasoned people and that would be important for a flawless CIA OP.
11/27/20 Another Mucklow Surprise On The Horizon!
The below screen shots of FBI Robert F. Kennedy files contain what appears to be a cryptic Jack Tarrance message sent to the FBI. It is his handwriting and I just got the puzzle pieces of the FBI envelope and code found with it. The name of “Tina Mucklow” is in the anagram of what is the proper address and the stamp of Franklin Delano Roosevelt…..check back often. I am working on the surprising decode. I was looking for the pictures of Polka Dot Dress woman composites that five witnesses saw when Bobby Kennedy was in the Ambassador Hotel in the RFK FBI files (souresfinding .com RFK files) that show the womans bouffant hairstyle matched that of Darlene Ferrins description and I found this particular mysterious letter amongst many from San Mateo. One big hint: what looks like ANONYMOUS is actually AIYONY/MOUS which is a cipher that is part of the envelopes message (see Jacks symbols in earlier blog) My big question is: Just who was “Tina” Mucklow and why is the “Stewardess Tina Mucklow of Seattle” showing up with the who killed Bobby Kennedy mystery and why is the person showing up with Darlene Ferrin & several other names?
11/30/20 The Cryptic RFK June 18, 1968 FBI Letter DECODED (it has Tina Mucklow in it!)
The surprising letter that came about when looking for Darlene Ferrin Polka Dot dress woman information, which I didn’t think there would be a DB Cooper connection AND I find something to decode which includes info on “Tina Mucklow”! Jack Tarrance says as Zodiac Killer era letters, she’s in Polka Dot Dress, kills Bobby Kennedy with Donna Lass nurse suit and timecard, Paul Stine is involved with Bobby Kennedy demise and Jack, as Zodiac, brings up alot about him in cryptic letters 1969 onward, kills him, so, get The World According To Jack Tarrance book. ANYWAY, the message I got was from the Anonymous cipher (see picture) along with odd grammar, upside down R, inserted RUBY, mispelt words as seen in green markings of the 3 page letter pictures. The correct address is seen in the letter that has Dept of Justice, Federal Bureau…etc and the full name of FDR. OH, and many of the letters in the FBI RFK 1968 files appear to be from “individuals” mailed out of San Mateo. I had done several Bobby Kennedy related decodes in World According To Jack and the time of when Bobby was shot and killed is found in decodes (GET THE BOOK!) That said, this message brings up that Richard Nixon was the Defense Attorney for Hill vs Time in 1967 and that’s a famous case Nixon lost but put him in position to run for President. Jack was working for him, I gather, and getting info across to Nixon who was really prominent in California. By 1968, Hoffa feuded with Bobby Kennedy for years & now was in prison and this decode is not the first where Jack and who he’s working with and for brings up about Teamsters and UAW, Secret Service Clint Hill, money paid to kill a Kennedy (again, see my book)….. HERE IS THE MESSAGE as seen in the decode: “1967 Hill Defense Attorney Nixon- Walter Reuther United Autoworkers Union in Reno, NV and Executive Officer at International Teamsters Brotherhood Union General Manager F. If you want to even be more intrigued about Jack Tarrance files I now own, he had pictures of Vietnam 1965-1967 Tiger Force Airborne Division Field Cap with military patches and this is part of 101st Airborne Division which did long range reconnaisance (espionage) just like what the DB Cooper info of microfilm and who Norris Mucklow is. I am still working on completing this decode. One of the common themes in Jack Tarrance World of coded messages is the surprise element and I know for sure, it was largely done by Jack to send the message. The card section appears to be a singular message to Herb Caen & SFPD but it is, I am finding, a part of a massive anagram with each portion being puzzle pieces. The Card is an anagram puzzle piece, so is the letter, and the envelope. If done separately, they are appearing to be distinct seperate messages. Combine them and it is a massive coded message. So bear with me, I have some amazing solves to present here, hopefully by the end of the week!
12/8/2020 U.S.P.A DB Cooper (Jack Tarrance) 12/4/1971 Cryptic Message Massive Anagram
It took several days to complete this! I plan on putting some more details of the work it took to achieve the message but for now, here it is! To my surprise, Jimmy Hoffa was not only known as the president of International Brotherhood Teamsters General Manager, Public Information Officer but EMERITUS. When I did the possible code meaning for Daniel B Cooper- “Richard Nixon B Dole Emeritus CIA Op” I thought it would mean Richard Nixon Senator Bob Dole Emeritus CIA agents Op but what if it could mean the positioning steps started to get Hoffa and Giancana, the continuation of the Get Hoffa Squad? The World Of Jack Tarrance book has many decoded messages that tell of the process and efforts to kill Hoffa and Giancana. Jack is confessing his exploits for years after 1975. As you can see, I am a woman and bobby pins help stabilize the paper. I found that some of the letter portion anagram letters like “e” filled in the card anagram BerryEssa and the Zero left over in the U.S.P.A envelope went with San Francisco Police D-O (Jack does this in Zodiac communications SFPD- 0 Me 37 etc). Also it appears that Jack and whom he’s working with is targeting 4 JFK shooters and 4 RFK shooters. He says in decoded cryptic messages he killed Lee Bowers Jr (JFK) and killed Darlene Ferrin (RFK shooter)…..BUT THE BIGGEST SURPRISE of this massive anagram is that IT BRINGS UP SAME SUBJECT MATTER OF JUNE 18, 1968 RFK FBI FILES “anonymous” letter that I just decoded and put here as that letter brings up Stewardess Mucklow! 12/13/20 The Claim That Zodiac “340” Is Solved…..aint exactly right!
I been flabbergasted and quite distracted from updating this blog due the claim that Ornchak Team cracked Zodiac Killer “340” and got phone calls/text from friends about this, my twitter account is on FIRE! Anyway, where was the mass media when the now late Loren Swearingen published his version of homophonic substitution system decoding it The Decryption of the 340, etc by Feb 2017? He names Jack Tarrance via his methods! So, briefly, let me explain: Dec 2013, Loren Swearingen, a cipher/word puzzle expert, contacts FDE Nanette Barto because he claims he couldn’t sleep & was ill, was attempting to crack Zodiac 340 and came across a system that ended up with a phonetic version of Jack Tarrance, he then claims wants/needs more info on FBI suspect Tarrance cipher symbols. She tells him that I am the best person to contact about his symbols as she is only the document examiner who did reports for FBI to verify J W Tarrance is the author/creator of the letters/cipher symbols. I agree to contacting him, WE THREE end up working on many of his cryptic messages that he ends up revealing AFTER he gets the picture below of what he says is Jacks Digraph system- THE MY NAME IS Cipher decoded. The Tarrance My Name Is cipher/code is of embedded/hidden alphabet letters mixed with the obvious alphabet letters THEN ANAGRAM: “Jak My Name Jak”. From that moment on Dec 2013 to April 2014 many cryptic messages that included latin mixed in especially after anagramming were revealed AS A TEAM of Barto, Sucher & Swearingen. So many, that Swearingen had admitted by January 2014 that we were going to be in a book of his solves using his particular style of homophonic substitution which included (and I am being a bit sarcastic) Horizontal, Vertical, Diagonal, Ass-backwards, half-assed Forward, Grid Forms as-in Crossword Style, half-assed crossword style….well you get my point, he was finding logical solves even DIAGONALLY for the 340. Get his book, still selling on Amazon but he did, even though dumped the other team members of Barto & I, an amazing job of proving Tarrance was in the 340. All that said, when I discovered Jack’s Cardano Grill Cipher method which is the REAL MESSAGE and when done correctly is 99.99% hard to detect, that once you find something via other cipher methods THAT IS PSEUDO-RANDOM SCRIPT or part of the outskirts of the bullseye but not the center or the true main message. SO, what Swearingen found was a version of pseudo-random script that told people they were close but not getting the main message and who it was going to and about and why. Same with the Hardens way back in 1969 for z408 aka 3 Part Cipher and definitely same for Orncheck and Team. They hit Jack’s place of residence PARADICE 3 times and the hint of he/zk not being on Dunbar Show ABC San Francisco. That team, who the main guy OangeChek (mispelling the person on purpose) was not kind to Kaufman as KennyKilgore at Voit MB 2001-2003 when Dennis was garnering media attention because FBI was backing the then still living Stepdad Jack Tarrance was the REAL Zodiac Killer. OrangeChak was peddling software designed Zodiac Webtoy using Voit/Graysmith altered Zodiac symbols as original ones and told people who were getting the system that they will have fun trying to solve Zodiac ciphers but it sent people in circles. WHY???? They weren’t the original ones like JT sent to Det Lynch of Vallejo, PD in 1969. Not the original symbols equals not a complete thorough solve but bits and pieces of words with what appears to be gibberish. Keep in mind, some gibberish might be latin. So, after my sarcasm & mispelling peoples names on purpose, I have tried to reach out today on Twitter to D. Orangemanchek and hope, dispite years of bashing from his side (aka Voigt and crew going back to 2001) we can work together because D. O. and Team claim via FBI even appearing to support them, just 1 solve and I have HUNDREDS with apx 106 in The World According To Jack Tarrance book. As viewers of this site can see, many more decoded cryptic messages from the DB Cooper era are revealed here. AND…Swearingen with Orangecheck associates worked on the History Channel Hunt For The Zodiac show 2017 which had Barto, Swearingen, Sucher Donna Lass Code work used…..so, something makes me question the Cipher Experts latest solve, especially when it looks like Swearingen style.
Now back to DB Cooper previous solve here. The 20099 post office is a then very swanky, ritzy Milan & Sesto San Giovanni Italy region. I gather it still is amongst top fashion designer industry but if you wanted to look like a million dollars, you spent the money or sent the money there to do it. The DB Cooper U.S.P.A. solve is saying the Momo- Sam Giancana- was having his boy Joe Dipersio send his gal McQuire Sisters Phyllis McQuire the equivalent to Jack’s U.S. Army military Sargeant Pay from that Italy region. Jack, by 1969 was known as Army Sargeant rank and his nickname was Sargeant, what I have seen via his decodes, he’s working in Military Recruiting especially by mid 1970s. One or more of Jack’s cryptic messages are from military installation post offices which were found in recruiting stations thus I believe were easily manipulated via the machines he used to make a letter appear it was post marked at a certain time from a certain place which would explain how the anagramming of the envelopes messages being revealed can be achieved.
George Bush Sr was 47 years old, so the message is saying this is a current request to get the Bill Hilliard Eisenhower Coin w/ valuable Zhou Enlai China/Vietnam Bush/ CIA operative Devine Microfilm deposited at the Fisks Harrah’s register be brought to Nixon Admin by February 17, 1972. The Nixon and Zhou Enlai CCP visit was from February 21-28, 1972….so, yeah, if you have powerful, extremely valuable, political microfilm to twist communist China & North Vietnam arms, have it ready as a real game changer before the visit to sort-of blackmail them in USA and allies favor. Don’t you just love The Dirty Trickster Nixon? He was probably our most amazing dark secrets worked on for the better of our country and allies President…..EVER! Look how long the secrets have been kept?
Lastly, Herb Caen was San Francisco crime and unique politics reporter and commentator, so, for some reason Jack is relaying a message to Herb Caen about status of what’s going on and that SFPD is losing, they who are working with Nixon are winners. SFPD – ZERO, Jack and crew 8 or more by 1972. In my unvariable opinion, it looks like Nixon re-energized the Bobby Kennedy Get Hoffa Squad by creating a new one under him and Daniel B Cooper is Get Emeritus CIA op or Nixon/Dole Get Hoffa CIA operation…..kill him and who is associated with him as assassins, especially the ones that killed Kennedys FOR THE GOOD OF THE WORLD. I am starting work on this. Hope to find what type of cryptic message or messages are in it, linked to it. So check back soon. That said, I am very critical about Orangchak Team especially on Twitter because 1) There’s no listing of the protocol and process taken to get their “340” solve reviewed & accepted as a solve. I know, thru Dennis Kaufman & FDE Nanette Barto, how the process works. Must get local or nearest active Zodiac Cases detectives attention, then that person agrees there is just cause to submit evidence to superiors or lead LE agencies connected to them, then those people get valid reasons to pursue the evidence through their chains of protocol and weeks to months later, a decision is made NOT DONE IN FEW DAYS! I am chuckling about this latest solve, whom, they involved with it still bash anyone associated with the late Dennis Kaufman and FBI Agents Hopkins, Hittemeir et al who supported the investigation for years as Tarrance being best Zodiac (& DB COOPER, other cases as seen here in this blog) suspect because when they talk about what they have as clues…..the trail leads back to Tarrance!
The above picture is from June 2020- a zodiac killer forum that, as usual, shows how these jerks really are: not nice, rude, bashing like what O-chick, Rodel li, along with Morph 13 and the same historically brutal Voightt Crew they have been since 2001 to anyone supporting Jack Tarrance being the best suspect EVEN THE FBI who worked with Dennis. So without even seeing the book, they are trashing me. They are nothing but wannabes who wanna solve crimes but even the latest hoopla of the Zodiac “340” solve is done by a claimed team of 3 so that means they aren’t even smart enough to solve 1 cipher by themselves LIKE ME- A WOMAN! I suspect that the late Loren Swearingen work is what they used and he had a history of working with Teams- Barto and I were in his team Dec 2013 to April 2014 but he dumped our names, got books done. I suspect that Swearingen (d Oct 2018) submitted lead cipher decoding work with O-Chick & others as the professional Cipher guy he was to the FBI about the time of his demise, months later it had been reviewed by the proper chain of protocol. But this year, it gets resubmitted without his name and few days later FBI in San Francisco suddenly claims it’s close enough to determine it is a good solve. How else would FBI determine it’s a good solve unless it had been already reviewed via correct lengthy protocols? I hope that there is an investigation by SFPD and/or FBI as to how the process and protocols was done. I believe they will find gaping holes in how it was achieved. Anyway, the current “solve” means that it takes three of them to change a Zodiac lightbulb, because by themselves they aren’t smart enough to do it, while I keep chugging along, thanks to the real Jack Tarrance code symbols, code keys, and methods and keep cracking the messages! I have got 100s done, many not seen here because Jack is involved with many mysteries that are connected with USA government operations.
12/17/20 THE DB COOPER “RICH MAN” LETTER CONTAINED STENOGRAPHIC CODE THAT IS NOW SOLVED
The words “too, Uncle, ole, Unk, sentence in parenthesis (And please tell the lackey cops D. B. Cooper is not my real name)., words “A Rich Man” are a stenographic coded message. The code key is actually Black Dahlia which Bill Hilliard is connected to as seen in previous messages, then anagram to achieve the real message. Bill Hilliard is the Editor of The Oregonian, so, thus “Gentlemen” is Bill Hilliard. There is a what appears to be a slight underline for “alive” that could be used for the “!” (exclamation mark) but I didn’t circle it because the “!” had been used in messages involving Bill Hilliard before. The March 28, 1972 decode is: “Bill Hilliard: Cooperate! Top le E. You kill nomen Black Dahlia, camera, Man Ray, Hodel, lots p ctures. (Sam) nece E. S. NV Y” or “Bill Hilliard: Cooperate to topple Emeritus Hoffa! You kill woman nomen Black Dahlia, camera, Man Ray, Dr George Hodel, lots pictures. (Sam Giancana) woman (nece) Donna Lass killed East Stateline, NV Y.” Nomen is latin for name or named. Nece is middle english for woman and I believe have some cryptic messages decoded where Jack used this word before but they are not here in this blog/site. Also, Sam Giancana was old enough to be Donna Lass Uncle and Uncle SAM is military. Anyway, I left out the other “Uncle” in the letter because of this theory of Lass referring to Giancana as “Uncle” in their association together. Many decodes say she was Giancana’s girl and he wept over her death. Lastly, the message here is threatening Bill Hilliard, telling him to cooperate or else, that people like Nixon know about his part in killing Elisabeth Short, the camera he used, the pictures, the L.A. lot where she was placed after brutally being dismembered, so he is being reminded of his past and possibly extorted into cooperation.
12/23/20 DB COOPER AMNESTY LETTER 1971
I finished a decode of Amnesty letter but I am still trying to find to whom this was sent to. The source of where I got this from shall remain nameless as I have dropped all contact with the person. It is a shame that the friendship I believed I had was just superficial and professional only for years. This individual wanted me to be apart of an illegal scheme and no longer wanted to discuss Jack Tarrance related facts and issues. It is a pandemic and my region has dealt with nonstop years of fires and crisis, so, this person is devoid of any comprehension of what people are going through which has brought out the dark side of them. Anyway, I will post the solve as soon as I can present it neatly online. Judging from the FBI file number 164-81-1380 it is from early December, maybe very late November 1971.

MERRY CHRISTMAS 2020! THE AMNESTY LETTER IS DECODED!
This letter FBI FILES 164-81-1380 is I believe 1971, probably November after the Northwest Orient Caper. The cutouts message sent is: “The perfect crime Grant me amnesty. Money will be returned No harm done Answer by way of public annocement within 48 hrs” It had an easy set of Code Key words to unlock it: “President Emeritus International Brotherhood Teamsters”. Message ended up as: “Hi H H: W(e) wire RFF We were abt 4. Donna Las supply ten cc numbito Y Montand secrete in regnant Marilyn Monroe rect m Bye E8 Me” or “Hi H R Haldeman: We wire Request For Forces. We were about 4. Donna Lass supply ten cc numbitol Yves Montand secrete in pregnant Marilyn Monroe rectum. Bye E8/Master Sargeant Me/ Jack Tarrance”. RFF is a military acronym for Request For Forces and Tarrance was a Sargeant, he and who he’s working with are doing an operation under Nixon Administration. The messages is meant to be relayed to Nixon’s H. R. Haldeman. More on this decode later. Happy Holidays!
Merry Day After XMAS 2020! The above message contrived out of the Amnesty Letter mentions about the death of Marilyn Monroe. In the book: The World According To Jack Tarrance, The Real Zodiac Killer, Black Dahlia Avenger, Get Hoffa Squad Member and More, he says he’s avenging Marilyn Monroe who had an RFK baby c June 1962. He says in many decodes of the Zodiac Killer era that Yves Montand and Dr Edward C. Adams along with Donna Lass conspired to kill Marilyn with the backing of Sam Giancana. Yves Montand, an actor and singer, was a major suspect in Marilyn Monroes death as he among the last to see her alive. Buy the book and see the decodes. Sam Giancana is by 1962 very involved with the dark side of Teamsters Hoffa because of the relentless attempts to bring the out of control organized crime elements of Hoffa’s union under control via Robert Kennedy. Thus anyone connected to them was fair game for the RFK version of Get Hoffa Squad but also the new one under Nixon which would include Donna Lass. Before I go on, I want to summize that Yves Montand and Dr. Adams lived long lives, so, may have been strong armed to to cooperate with the secret activities to bring down Hoffa and Giancana like what is seen in the taunting of Bill Hilliard in DB Cooper communications. This letter is meant for a then unknown Washington Post Reporter BOB WOODWARD. Mr. Woodwards dad was a Illinois Circuit Judge who must have dealt with Sam Giancana and Hoffa so now, Bob Woodward is a newbee at the Washington Post by late 1971 who gets a message from Jack Tarrance via code thru The Las Vegas Sun communications.
The code key words are John Law which helps set the tone of which direction to unlock the message. John Walker Tarrance Jr is aka Jack Tarrance. By 1971, his messages often concern Sam Giancana, Hoffa, Marilyn Monroe. Jack is working at Military Recruiting places so it was an easy Henderson NV Zip Code to figure out of 89014 (U.S. Army Recruiting place). As usual, it’s an anagram of everything on the envelope and letter with full name of President Eisenhower and what’s on the stamp unabbreviated, same with address, postal cancellation, letter, etc. I did my best to show the work done and then present the completed solve. In this letter he says, again, that he is avenging Marilyn Monroe who lived at Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles zip code 90049. Jack brings up that Donna Lass, Yves Montand & Dr. Edward C. Adams, who received taunting Zodiac Killer letters same time period of circa 1970, is Giancana slaves sent to do a job of killing Mrs. Dimaggio 8, 7th ’62. Ed C Adams was E1 or a private in the military during Korean War. Yves Montand was 41 in 1962, Donna Lass was 18 in Aug 1962. AS ZODIAC, Jack says he is collecting slaves and lived at the Paradice Motel 1969-1971, so, he is collecting Giancana & Hoffa organized crime assassin killer slaves by killing them or strong arming those connected to repay their debts to society with or without incarceration. If they lived on to old age, they must have redeemed themselves or paid their debt to society somehow. I have been to the roundabout June 2018 and there were 2 large boulders with a smaller one near them. 1 boulder on the RIGHT (east side) and 1 on the left (west side), smaller one on the south side of the roundabout. Jan 7 2021 I plan on working on the DB Cooper Seattle Washington FBI cryptic envelope. I got this FBI file screenshot months ago from NB (whom I don’t associate with at the moment) and the markings on the T’s and other alphabet symbols are from that persons site. The 1st stamp is Frank Lloyd Wright; June 8 1966 issue date; 2 cents USA stamp; Spring Green, Wisconsin AND Printed by Bureau of Engraving. The 2nd stamp is issue date of January 5, 1968; San Francisco, California; 10 cents 50 stars; Bureau of Engraving; US Airmail to raise US Airmail rates on January 7, 1968……Believe it that all these details will play a role in decoding this. 1/12/21 A Peak Into How To Decode The DB COOPER Seattle FBI Envelope-Zodiac Style
I am showing a never seen before July 31, 1969 San Francisco Examiner Envelope decode by me. Not even Nanette seen this one and I sent 100s to her but the conversation and text messages of decodes had declined by 2019. Anyway, this is a peak into how laborious this Seattle FBI envelope decode is going to be. The 1st Zodiac Killer letter is believed to be the one sent to SF Examiner PM July 31, 1969. It took me several days to achieve the message that I presented. The decode says: “President Nixon- I. O. Vito Genovese force Frank Costello off Apalacia Consortia USN plot 1963 (JFK Assassination) S Pacific RRTTO (Lee Bowers Jr) get 10 G Frank Sheeran sent to slice Cheri (USN Joseph Bates daughter and they, according to Jack, attended 1957 Apalachia Mob Summit) Oct 31 1966 10:49 Mrs Paine sold Rambler station wagon to Faraday father Tarrance shot David Betty Lou Lake Herman Road Benicia I A A (Incident Awareness & Assessment/ under military surveilence): Jim Phillips Darlene Ferrin been given 5 G (so) Russian spies see 11 Clint (Hill) U. S. Secret Service U.S.A. route plans at W. U. (Western Union) S.F. BUT it just keeps getting better and better because when I look for more details to help fill in the missing puzzle pieces, the letter itself, yields more pieces. How did the author (Jack Tarrance/DB Cooper) of this letter know about “Subject 164-81” and get a confidential copy of an FBI file back in 1971 and put all those images to make it look redacted THEN SEND IT BACK TO FBI? I keep posting decodes that show about G. Gordon Liddy who’s Nixon’s FBI guy but also an attorney, messages meant for Nixon and the Whitehouse, messages that say Jack is DB Cooper and he’s working for the government. That said, the letter with what does look like Jack Tarrance handwriting that says: “Gentlemen- This to call your attention to (skip spaces) he could be your man. Please note: 1 The composite drawing bear a remarkable resemblance to the composite sketch in the San Diego papers about 5 days ago. 2 (skip spaces) 3 (skip several spaces) My name is (space) Tel (space) The reason why I am writing about something you may already know is that (space) get involved in helping to solve crime. My apologies for being so secretive but that San Diego and 5 days ago comment I believe is from the crime this decode that I have so far is referring to: 1947 Black Dahlia….January 12th -13th 1947 when Elizabeth Short, found dead January 15, 1947, was last seen in San Diego area with a man fitting a certain composite. So, this long awaited decode will be presented shortly but as seen in the previous ones, DB Cooper Jack Tarrance is often bringing up about Black Dahlia and what Hodel, Bill Hilliard did.

WOW! Did this decode take a long time! I couldn’t work on it every day since I got started on it and some of that was extreme weather like unusually cold and low snow. Other reasons was dealing with surprises of censorship like Facebook and having to leave it as well as my publishing company saying my book was declined for Global Distribution as to which I am still waiting for word why Amazon, Barnes and Noble and other major outlets declined it. That said, it appears to be content in it that is political and secrets revealed by a scientific system once I did discover Jack Tarrance methods used and it is very amazing especially when many facts are now known years later and the messages were there all along. Many of the people Jack brings up in the decades of messages are now in positions of power and/or authority. Anyway, here is the decoded DB Cooper era decoded 1971 December 2 Seattle FBI letter.

The code word keys are Lloyd Wright and once I saw the Frank Lloyd Wright stamp, I knew that this message was going to say something about Sowden House, Dr. George Hodel and Black Dahlia. The anagramming for that part of the message was easy and it even states where the house is located, address, modern zip code and all! The blocked out section of the envelope that has a flag waving I was able to figure out this message had to do with what was sent the day before or recent which had two 6 cents U.S. Flag Waving Over The Whitehouse stamps. That communication also had unique military installation stamp cancellation of “Remembering Our POW-MIA Sacrifice For Freedom”. From there, it was trial and error especially when I knew a word like Numbitol was supposed to be in the message, so, realized I needed to fill in more details by not only identifying the stamps and where they were issued, at one point, I knew that Black Dahlia would be filled in by using the county of Oregon where the military outpost (recruiter) was at or near that had the zip code: Clackamas. One of the standout moments for me was that I was almost done and found ENA and realized, Jack was saying something about Robert Kennedy childrens nurse/nanny ENA and she was, according to his world, a I.A.- Inter Alias or spy for CIA and put a bug in Marilyn Monroe picture frame. This is a good thing nor bad thing, as he is saying that this is how they knew who was there when Marilyn aka Mrs. Dimaggio was killed and how. It makes sense that RFK would be wanting to be able to check on a mother of his child and try his best with a trusted individual like his kids nanny to make sure his offspring and mother was o.k. At the end of this laborious decode, I was missing an F and O for San Francisco, so looked for it by a method I had to use before in adding to PM by using (P) OST (M) ERIDIEM and found the O but also words for (T)IME DIE which left me with STR. Typical of a Jack Tarrance method of decoding, there was the suprise of what RST acronym can mean: Right Sacro Transverse which is a breach baby that requires a C-Section to deliver it safely. In previous decodes as seen here in the blog, Dr. Hodel gives Elizabeth Short aka Black Dahlia a C-Section at Missoula County Montana area Black Feet Indian Reservation. This was then added to the message that says, the baby was born a son and cremains are buried at Sowden House. Steve Hodel has claimed that in 2013 a cadaver dog alerted to cremains at the very house his father once owned and he spent many years as a child in.
I don’t want to get to bogged down into details of this decode for now as my blog is meant to basically show the work done and what the message or messages say, so, International News Service was a Hearst service and Elizabeth Short death became sensationalized by INS and the name Black Dahlia came from one of his INS Newspapers thus she became a star. INS became UPI or United Press + International (News Service) by 1950s merger. The Postage Due Black Dahlia letter decode is in The World According To Jack Tarrance and it has underlines in the cryptic communication that ended up being anagram of everything on the envelope…..well buy the book to see it! I may put a partial picture of it here at a later date.
Also, the decode here says about how in 1966 The Irishman killed Cheri Jo Bates and that she was brought to the 1957 Appalachin Mob Summit aka The Get Well Party Where No One Got To Eat that is a famous Oregonian Papers story and Hilliard was an editor there 1950s. The message then contains what became suspected years later about Teamsters Pension and what Hoffa was doing with it, Sam Giancana was there…..see the FBI Seattle letter decoded message.
Lastly, since there is much reference in this latest decode to a day before DB Cooper message, here it is. I believe the contents of the December 1st 1971 Oregonian decode is on another page at this site but here is the decoded communication and my educated guess is that the cryptic communication went to the FBI and it’s the subject matter at the bottom of the one I just decoded that is X’d out. That said, Jack aka DB Cooper is, like he says, working for the government, especially Nixon Administration and the FBI is in on the Northwest Orient Caper. Now, this doesn’t mean something ultimately criminal took place for no justifiable reason as it appears to be done, in secret, for a much intended long term reason. People of the past with dark sides, dark history, were paying their debt to society and redeeming themselves before God for good reasons…..The Irishman is Catholic and it sounds very terrible what he did to Cheri but it was part of the process to get those who killed Kennedy’s (Catholic) and make things right…..well, if you know about being Catholic and being a good President doing what they can for the best of the country…..ah….till next time, till next decode…..keep checking back.

2/4/21 The DB Cooper Copperhead Letter Is Decoded!
This one was easy! All I had to do was use previous system that was same as the Dec 11, 1971 letter ( I knew I wouldn’t get caught,…etc) that had embedded stenographic code. Since it appeared to go with the Amnesty Letter I already decoded, the message of: “We wire Request For Forces. We were about 4. Donna Lass supply ten cc numbitol Yves Montand secrete in pregnant Marilyn Monroe rectum. Bye E8 Me” SO when trying to decode this message, again, it was very, easy.
Using the following: The missing “?” aka “Question Mark, ” odd placed comma” ,”an” (mispelt word), “D” in damn, “PERFECT”, “F.B.I.”, “A” in amnesty, “NO HARM DONE” “W S.W.L.” “D” david, “B” bartholomew, “C” copperhead- I got the following message: “P R.N., WH: NEED DBL SAME R.K. A.M.D. FORCES AT F.B.I. QUANTICO NOW or President Richard Nixon, Whitehouse: need double same Robert Kennedy Activity Monitoring Division forces at F.B.I. Quantico now.”
Activity Monitoring Division is via technology, wiretapping, surveillance and there is a division at Quantico for this. So when linking the 2 messages, it appears that since there were about 4, they are asking for double of that used for Robert Kennedy “Get Hoffa Squad” and those linked to Hoffa like Sam Giancana and those linked to him, too.
2/18/21 The Sky Marshalls Envelope
I did the decode and it is The World According To Jack Tarrance but I wondered if I could find more details that may yield more to the message. This above Sky Marshalls Envelope is a horrible copy and you can barely make out the stamp. I had found the correct stamp thanks to better information from years earlier but can’t find a clear copy of the envelope, can’t even find this screen shot copy online either. Anyway, the stamp is 6c Landing of The Pilgrims and it is sideways. It is from 1969 and printed in Plymouth, Mass. So I will do some trial and error attempts to see if the stamp information will yield something. In the above picture I blocked out basic information of clues that Jack Tarrance wrote what is on the envelope as it is a screenshot from months ago and the source is mentioned.
A page from The World According To Jack Tarrance doesn’t have a picture of the December 1971 envelope due to the lack of finding a good copy but the decode still came out amazing. It appears to be meant for then Vice President Spiro Agnew. The message is DB Cooper era but links to Zodiac Killer era and brings up about Arthur Leigh Allen, says he and his sister (in-law) is part conspiracy to kill RFK. If you have been reading and following this blog, you will notice that even identifying the proper address, zipcode, many details could be filled in. So, I am looking forward to see what may evolve.
March 1st 2021 DB Cooper Sky Marshalls Envelope Decode Work In Progress
I am planning to present it nice and neat here soon but the surprise of the filling in the details of what the message said is 171717684 showing up! That number is in the “I knew I wouldn’t be caught”, etc letter which is 12/11/71. So this helped determine that, albiet, the copy I have from online source is horrible, is from after that Dec. 11. I will try to explain my methods of decoding better, especially if you see circles with * in them or circles with + in them or even triangles over numbers or jagged circles over numbers…..it’s a system I derived to focus on those for the moment to see if there’s a logical word or phrase. It’s a system that goes back to my McDonalds Manager days when I had to be quick in doing large orders on paper for 25 or more people in birthday partys, I would know that once I was through with a certain level that I was on the next orders to be filled if there was triangles around the number & when filled, moved on to squares around a number…..and so on. Hopefully I am not being too confusing for those trying to follow my methods but my system that helps me focus, has worked for years. 3/11/21 DB COOPER SKYMARSHALLS DEC 14 1971 ENVELOPE DECODED IN DETAIL!
The last ZERO in 7000 is number 219 (not numbered here) and it played an important role in detailing this solve as it means location/GROUND ZERO! Arthur Leigh Allen sister (in-law) worked at Riverside City College. GTG is an acronym for Good To Go. 9mm guns can have several clips that total 98 rounds. Donna Lass had doctors assistant suit and was connected to Good Samaritan Hospital. This solve says the time card was number 717171684. Solve says Paul Stine hid the gun for Darlene Ferrin to use at the Operating Room Dept at 01:26:09 and Bobby Kennedy was found dead apx 1:44 a.m. Thanks for viewing!
April 6 2021 Been Away Dealing With A Family Emergency
But that family member is doing better and back home. SO, I am back to working on decoding Jack Tarrance world. One of the major decodes I am working on is his Cheese Letter that he sent to Tom Voigt and even he says it was phony in a decoded message that I will present in the Zodiac Letters part of this site BUT it has to do with what got me into the Zodiac cases in 1995: The Gardner Museum heist cryptic letters sent and the SF Examiner basic headline was: “Zodiac’s Alive And He’s In Boston”. The book, The World According To Jack Tarrance….etc….has decoded missives bringing up about art from the Gardner Museum but circa 1969. Get the book and you will see the messages. Something did happen to the alledged missing works of art from Gardner Museum but it seems to start late 1960s. So, keep checking back. I will have more decodes worked out soon!
APRIL 26, 2021 Been Busy Dealing With My Property
I promise to get back to this blog and more decoding but my region is dealing with a serious lack of water. The creeks, 1st time ever, didn’t run this winter into spring! So, since I am already one of many California fire victims living in a town trying to recover, I have to tackle the dry vegetation on & near my property. If I and my neighbors don’t, we face being at an even higher risk of burning down from a non-natural fire again. Most of our fires the past several years have been from non-natural sources: Power lines going down in just 35 MPH gusts in normal high heat (100+) with normal low humidity; power tools and weed-wacking in high heat, low humidity, vehicle accidents especially if dragging chains or overheating…..I could go on but dry lightning is rarely the cause, it’s human caused. This year is the worst I seen it and my region knows that any fire will be hard to fight without nearby water sources crews are used to depend on. No ponds, no creek water, Clear Lake is getting lower daily and if you live in Mendocino County, Lake Mendocino is a large dry lake bed in the areas where alot of fires have hit in recent years. Keep in mind that alot of our hydrants in 2016 ( Clayton Fire) were locked or not in service and not much has changed since then. So, all this said, my property issues is a number 1 priority. I spend 2 hours per day tackling it by manually mowing and manually cutting down vegetation that will keep being an issue until we completely dry out which will be next month. I start storing water in kiddie pools and bottles or anything I can this time of year. Also, I have to do this alone as I can’t afford to pay someone and also we are still in a pandemic AND it is getting warm to hot or 80-90 degrees now. May 18, 2021 Pictures Of DB COOPER & JACK TARRANCE Picture c1971
The pictures of Jack I put up on this blog are from what Dennis Kaufman put online BUT I DO have his files. Jack’s picture is circa 1971 as seen in the black and white copy in Dennis Kaufman’s handwriting. Jack was living with the Kaufman family latter 1971. That said, if you notice the eyes….Jack Tarrance had really only one good eye. His left eye sort of goes off to the side and his right eye is looking like it sees you quite well. This appears to be the same issue with the color composites and the right eyebrow is similiar to the composite, too. Check out the hairline, forehead and nose, left earlobe matching, too!!! The facts of where Jack lived 1969 to early 1970s (South Lake Tahoe region) and the composite fitting him was among the many reasons why FBI Agents felt he was a very, good DB Cooper suspect. As you can see in this blog the cryptic messages decode and tell a story, all about what Jack Tarrance did and more. Hope to be back to decoding more, soon. Must focus on my dry as a bone region and my property to help be better prepared for a horrible fire season, AGAIN, for a few more weeks. 06/15/21 The Zodiac Killer Sacramento Bee Cutouts Letter
I am so happy to be back decoding on a more regular basis. I, as seen in this blog, have had alot of preoccupied duties to take care of due to extreme drought. Have to be prepared for anything that could happen as per fires. That said, I put this letter here because Zodiac Killer and DB Cooper are basically the same person AND the decode is finished for this particular letter. I got the envelope & letter from Nanette Barto files quite some time ago, so, the word cutouts I believe is in her handwriting. My apologies for the added 1969 Zodiac era & my name on it but I had trouble finding the original screenshot. Again, anyway….here are the puzzle pieces: 5 5 backwards 2 (looks like a 5), ACTION GUIDE, WATCH, WANT _______ ZODIAC, B,I,F, G,I,D, IS, HIDDEN, F, V, Y, SOUTH, MAGIC AMULETT, CANCER ___________, tiny circle ( near F V Y) used as a 0 . It is an anagram that says- * (see update below) “SF 2550-C-TE Rat Co(s)tanza FYI dog Giancana mouth t(o) chew mi guided CFI GI VI (6) bullet sandwich”. CFI is military Certified Firearms Instructor and Jack Tarrance was in the military and according to decodes here at this site, he was doing Army activities on the weekends. Salvatore Costanza was in LCN aka Mafia and a SF region FBI LE informant 1950s to 1960s. Keep in mind this letter was sent in 1969 but with modern 1990s Kennedy Assassination files, I found information online that people believe the SF 2550-C-TE ID is Costanza who lived in Martinez, CA and then San Jose. I will show the work on how this decodes as an anagram but you can see the puzzle pieces yourself in the letter. If you understand Jack Tarrance and his world, the decodes are easy. This one took me few hours on June 14, 2021. In the book out, The World According To Jack Tarrance, Jack says he was going to get Giancana, calls him a dog….etc….Check back soon!

When perfecting the decode to present it here, I realized I didn’t have a G for GI but the TI basically means I in Italian. So…decode is: SF 2550-C-TE Rat ID Costanza: FYI/For Your Information Dog Giancana mouth to chew mi/my Certified Firearms Instructor (gun) ti/I guided to mouth VI/6 bullet sandwich”.
06/15/21 This is the December 10 1969 Zodiac Killer Envelope sent to Sacramento Bee. I will be working on this decode soon.
06/21/21 I am almost done with this Sac Bee Zodiac Killer Envelope but the decode I am yielding is saying the Leo Day By Day Forecast Cutouts letter source was actually from or certainly alot to do with Michigan. This message is yielding info on how Hoffa is to die and where which did end up becoming MICHIGAN. So just like I have come to know, the postmarks are fake, dates are fake….well….it has to do with the cryptic code being used and often then anagram everything possible to get the message. The Logo for Sacramento Bee as identified is Scoopy by Walt Disney so I found a needed W by identifying the logo. Also, the cutoff looking section with “ge paid sce” is also part of many details needed to fill in and complete the message. I am happily working on this current decode even after extreme heat came and caused power grid issues here. I was affected and had low voltage aka brownout in my area. It briefly brought me back to my terrible conditions I lived through of little to no power trying to get past Clayton Fire but decoded 100 or more of Jack Tarrance codes. I am still hoping to rebuild but till then…..keep coming back to this site because DB Cooper and Jack Tarrance and ZODIAC KILLER are all the same person definitely having to do with bringing down Hoffa.

TO 001 84 SF 255TH ET IA LOG BY CIA PRESENT AMERICAN INTERESTS SE ASIA, MARILYN MONROE SECRET BABY, 3 7 1967 IS TO DIE AFTER RED FOX CAPPUCCINO COFFEE AND TOAST BLOOMFIELD TWP MI or Please see my last reply Cancer Horoscope mi/I ID a/in ce/here (who SF 2550-C-TE is). As you can see Jack Tarrance is bringing up in 1969 about over 900 documents sent to Vietnam and in many of the DB Cooper era missives I decoded, he brings up about 911 documents such as microfilm, etc involving Vietnam. This decode says the 999 were sent on the day Jimmy Hoffa went to prison. CIA and spies log (list of names and other identities), Special Forces 255th Equipment Transport….some years back Neil Hansen comes out as Hoffa CIA Air America Pilot so, did Hansen have anything to do with documents sent? Anyway, this decode also says how Hoffa is to die after having cappuccino and toast at Red Fox in Michigan. I can only guess that CIA documents and Bobby Kennedy/Monroe Baby information would be bargaining chips to get out of prison and/or keep others out of trouble. Hoffa does get out early in 1971 but by 1975 dies after being at Red Fox restaurant. BUT albeit this is true about CIA documents sent to some people in Vietnam where we had a war going on, it could be seen as a reason to kill Hoffa aside from killing Bobby Kennedy. The broken Italian of MI/I A/In Ce/Here(there) is I believe eluding to conversations involving informant Costanza and his use of mostly English and some Italian. I may add more on this incredible decode so…..check back later BUT ZODIAC KILLER and DB COOPER are the same!
6/27/21 The Sac Bee 1969 LEO Horoscope Zodiac Killer Cutouts
I am working on this decode now and hope to have it soon. It ties in with 1967 and, there was a Wayne Harry Ott that served on board USS Forrestal along with USN Commander In Chief Jack McCain son, future Vietnam POW and future Senator John McCain. Ott died on the Forrestal fire in Gulf Of Tonkin, McCain did not but few months later was shot down and became a POW. Keep checking back because we never know where the trails lead in these decodes until finished.
JULY 3, 2021 12/11/69 SF Newspaper Printing Co Leo Horoscope Cutouts DECODED
Jack Tarrance tells about John McCain and his Skyhawk Cannon hit a FB Phantom 11 starting the USS Forrestal FLT Deck fire that killed 161. THESE CUTOUTS and DECODE is found from a DECEMBER 1969 cryptic message sent to THE San Francisco Newspaper Printing Company run by Hearst SF Examiner but they were in a business agreement with the SF Chronicle. So much to add details on here but I will add them later.
The message is from the cutouts I believe I got to the best of my ability.
“I.O. 65-490 film camera capture 911 pictures when RAC John McCain 30 y.o. scion boy pilot lied (not sorry for gunpoint confession made). His Skyhawk A4 Cannon hit FB Phantom 11 ere Wayne Harry Ott among 161 die USS Forrestal FLT deck fire Gulf of Tonkin Vietnam I. E. Republican Admiral R N 1969 order any IBM MTS M Time gone so Examiner Green Grocer Carcione editor send a CC of FB spent shell to P Nixon.”
The 65-A90 is 1960s Beechcraft used for reconnaissance and ariel photography over Vietnam and sent images, etc to other crafts, command centers, etc, if I recall correctly what I have learned about military ventures back then, so especially when fighting was happening, the planes got images to send out. The number 911 pictures is also in DB Cooper era cryptic communications I decoded at this blog. IBM computers at the time were compatible with MTS M or Michigan Terminal System Mainframe and images, info had time on it. The image(s) of John McCain Skyhawk, its Cannon & what occured in split seconds, according to this message, were erased. The Cannon shot rapid fire ammo. John McCain was shot down several months later and was a POW who made a gunpoint confession by 1969 and was a wealthy son of Rear Admiral Commander John McCain when Forrestal disaster happened in 1967. FB stands for Fighter-Bomber. RN is ‘RIGHT NOW, currently’. THE IBM CDC 6600 was + shape as seen in the cutouts that I used as a “t”. The SF Examiner, a Hearst paper, had a biz agreement with SF Chronicle that Chronicle was a morning paper and Examiner was the evening paper AND they had the joint venture of Sunday Editions so the mention of Green Grocer Joe Carcione who was a star Chronicle columnist & syndicated across USA is brought up as being edited under Examiner. CC is carbon copy. P Nixon is President Nixon. The message says carbon copy or copies depicting what happened on USS Forrestal were sent to President Nixon before deletion. July 5, 2021 The SFNPC Leo Horoscope Zodiac Killer Sent Cutouts Circled
I would have added to this impressive, amazing decode earlier than today but it is really hot and tinder dry where I live, so had to wait till a cooler morning. I didn’t use the cutout HANGUPS because to me it meant Tarrance was hanging up or finished with this communication. I could force fit it to mean that he was in on the phone call but I do my best to avoid the appearance of “force fitting” to infer an interpretation of a decode. Anyway, I missed the word RIDDEN so this is updated in the proper decode as seen below but I may post a new completed decode later –
“Something Tells Me” and the numbers 5 6 with “embers lucky” are circled in thick purple. “NOW” “FLT” “Three of a kind” “I” is in hot pink circle. The word “Joker” with barely seen part AF logo & part of the CROOKED DECK 1969 cards is encircled in red-orange. “MY” is in yellow-orange circle. BUT is in orange circle. “C” “Harry Ott” in blue circle. “Time” “61” (page, P) in thick purple circle. The large + ( t-shape) is in hot pink circle.
Proper name of The San Francisco Newspaper Printing Company is used to complete the anagram message. Same with Post Meridiem, Post Office. I believe the abbreviation of DEC connects with “ember” as clue that the cutouts and the mailing address go together to find the message but since I have done so many of these, DEC post mark is to be in full/DECEMBER to achieve the best message outcome. I wish that I could see a picture of this alledged envelope that FBI describe to see if a stamp was used, what was the name of the stamp and all it’s pertinent details but maybe there was no stamp? I wonder if it was dropped off at the Rincon Annex Post Office Box place. That said, many of the cryptic communications Jack Tarrance and crew used had faked postal stamps.
Also, the Chronicle had an offshoot by 1969 that is now long running- The Chronicle Books and they published unique items like yearly Horoscopes, so I am safely assuming the CANCER Horoscope page with cutouts sent to Sac Bee 12/10/69 & Leo Horoscope page 12/11/69 are from Chronicle Books whose editor was Phelps Dewey who was also head of Chronicle Features Syndicate. Chronicle Features Syndicate syndicated their star columnists Herb Caen and GREEN GROCER Joe Carcione among others at the time. Green Grocer was published by Chronicle Books, too. Keep in mind that by late 1960s, there was a business arrangement where both papers combined had control of the major San Francisco newspaper market where Chronicle was the morning paper, Examiner was the evening paper AND BOTH HAD THE WEEKENDS with both being delivered as one big newspaper. I outta know! I lived in San Francisco until 2003.
Lastly, the hidden microfilm copy images…..they could have been under the cutouts, then sent to Nixon. This could explain the lack of focused clarity of the cutouts that the FBI has in their files for this communication. If sharp, clear and in focus the microfilm images could be picked up as under the cutouts glued to the communication. It is getting hotter than heck and it’s only morning here near Clearlake, CA so…..gotta go…..check back later.
7/6/21 Pushing The Envelope…….
No pun intended but if I do add HANGUPS as anagram pieces to the 12/11/69 Leo Horoscope cryptic message, I could add: US NAG HP or United States Naval Air Gun Hi-Power but it still says same message. The basic message is that John McCain was in the Skyhawk and shot the other Fighter Bomber, that camera film caught this, that by Dec 1969 his Admiral dad ordered a deletion with Nixon to get Copies before that. Computers at the time were huge rooms and entire wings of buildings used by Military, Government, major Newspaper and Press Wire companies, Universities, major corporations as they cost $12,000,000 or so. With only few computers available and so well connected to government, it would be logically easy to share images and make copies especially when Nixon has a long history associated with Hearst Newspapers AND the decodes yield a connection to Hearsts UPI. So by adding the HANGUPS anagram to it with these acronyms, it would be redundant. That said, I am l going along with my original premises that it meant “hangs up” as-in message is over.
7/8/21 SF Chronicle 8/27/1976 Zodiac Personal Ad DECODED
It was a simple anagram and I did it in one afternoon. The 8/27/1976 Personal ad says: “Zodiac, your partner is in deep real estate. You’re next. The Imperial Wizard can save you. Surrender to him or I’ll terminate your case.” The anagram reads as: “President Nixon, we received Eliza’eth Short, A. A. 8/7/1962 Marilyn Monroe pictures, 7 Treasury Dept Zodia’ era mail I. O. Yours Truly Tarrance E. U.” or “President Nixon, we recieved Elizabeth Short, Arthur Allen 8/7/1962 pictures, 7 Treasury Department Zodiac era mail I.O. (documents in order/years of documents) Yours Truly Jack Tarrance Et Uxor (and wife in latin)”
What is a standout for me in this unique message is he was married to Dennis Kaufman’s mother Nora at the time. This doesn’t mean she was involved like his first wife apparently was, it just means that he is saying the items were recieved (which I always mispell). 2ndly, I have known for quite some time to use every detail of the stamps which have history of where they were created, names, dates, etc, in the Bureau of Printing And Engraving- a Treasury Dept Bureau for anagramming. So this backs the method I discovered in 2017-2018 that Jack used to communicate back and forth to whomever. He and whom he worked with and for knew how to fake the envelopes/cards, the stamps used, the cancel stamp and post marks to create a real looking but cryptic communication and so it appears, according to this decode, the Treasury Dept was involved in Zodiac era communications which includes DB Cooper, too.
Lastly, I had to color the 7 with blue background. I hoped it would make the distinct date of Marilyn Monroes death be clear and the 7 Treasury Dept…etc….be clear. Anyway, according to Jack, Arthur Leigh Allen took pictures when Marilyn Monroe was brutally murdered and Nixon got them. See the book, The World According To Jack Tarrance. ALA was even worse than just being accused of Zodiac “crimes” he was a sadistic photographer documenting the death of Marilyn.. Well….those pictures and other documents went on to Sam Giancana who didn’t live to keep them (It’s in the book) and this decode says that they ended up back in the right hands. July 12,2021 The 1990 Zodiac Killer Xmas Card Envelope
It is basically decoded. I hope to present the results here soon. It is very, dangerously hot in my region so prevents me from having ample time to be online via PC and no TV. That said, I can work on decodes when it’s that hot…..115 outside, 98 inside with even 2 room ACs going in my small residence. I get on twitter alot with my precharged for day use cell phone and if you see my tweets recently, they are about relaying vital major fires information. I am still trying to recover from destructive Clayton Fire, so I know how it is to be one moment dealing with an average day to suddenly be running from a fire, hoping praying and wondering, wishing people would give helpful information. You may see alot of my side of politics often in my twitter account but when it comes to fires…..there is no politcal boundries as fires and their disasters hit anybody. Rich or poor, the pain of loss from a fire is still the same. So, keep checking back as you never know what I am working on next but the 1990 Xmas envelope…..maybe it’s what Jack wanted me to do? It has information on that LEO Horoscope 1969 cutouts and where the images went to in 1990. What made me choose that next to decode? It is not just coincidence……Jack wanted me to do it as I just did the LEO Horoscope Cutouts. I wouldn’t have figured out so fast what the 1990 Envelope said without it. The Xmas stamp is from cutouts by Libby Thiel- BIG CLUE!
7/12/2001 1990 Zodiac Killer Xmas Envelope Decoded
After a hellascious day of extreme heat and a dust devil destroying some of my property, I am able to upload what I had just finished decoding when the darn dust devil hit. Minor damage done but it left canopies as just twisted metal & destroyed tarp. The canopies were anchored by rocks in 100lb ceramic 2ft tall antique containers and very heavy items, tied together, tied to things….whatever…..what a mess. Replacing them ASAP to keep some manmade shade. So below is the decoded message:
“Recieved in mail by Staff Sgt Jack Tarrance NE/Northeast zip code 95501 5/12/1990 American Naval Air Systems Admiral John McCain II, liberated scion boy pilot John McCain III, yea same name now Senator, USS Forrestal Fire FB Phantom II camera CC/Carbon Copies images (microfilm) 9 each were under dozen cutouts 94103, Leo Horoscope printed by Chronicle Books during Green Grocer and Zodiac era mystery which were sent to President Nixon”
As you can see it links to the Leo Horoscope decode I just posted a few days ago. Jack is saying that he got the McCain images in the mail May 1990. The Xmas stamp is cutouts made by Libby Thiel so this was an important code key as to which direction this decode would take. 94103 was where alot of Zodiac era mail went. He even left out the “r” in Green Grocer in the 1969 message, repeated the cutout word of “mystery”. I had safely assumed that the Cancer & Leo pages he used for cutouts were from Chronicle Books and here, Jack says that they were. Also, I felt that microfilm images were under the cutouts and here, Jack says 9 each were under a dozen of the cutouts. Jack also uses “scion boy pilot” again so this is definitely a work of Jack Tarrance. Hope to do more…..the card that was inside it “Secret Pal” to see what it says. Lastly, the keys, the P.O. Box keys, Jack had them and zeroxed them and so it is safe to say he picked up this particular John McCain, now a Republican Senator under Republican President George H.W. Bush, mail at the P. O. Box in 95501. Check back later…..TY!
7/21/21 Got Delayed By Emergency
I try not to insert personal issues too much in this blog but we are in a Pandemic. I ended up at the emergency room this weekend after I got my 2nd Vax. I’ve had for decades, chronic common dental issues and was able to, of course, easily take care of this until the 2nd Vax left me wide open to a serious oral infection. Now at the risk of making pro-vax covid people angry, I am telling you, I’m sorry I got my vaccines as I was unaware of many people having adverse reactions to Moderna such as oral infections exploding out of nowhere. Why didn’t I know? Because it’s a rushed vaccine without much of a track record of complaints. So, best guess is that while the 2 Vaccination shots pushed my immune system to deal with Covid, it left any areas that had chronic issues wide open to exploding into a serious infection. For me and I see like many others now, it was my oral areas. Anyway, I’m weeks away from being my normal for my age healthy self. So, while I aim to get back to the main focus of this blog, do online research of latest reactions to Covid Vaccines before you decide to get it. People may say I’m lucky that I didn’t suffer covid but my health is not top notch now and well, as they say Caveat Emptor or Buyer Beware…..because it is your body being used as a guinea pig during an impromptu addressed Pandemic. I type this as I deal with a serious abscess and hope to get back to finishing the 1990 Xmas Card decode. Maybe today or tonight? Check back soon…..TY!
7/21/21 THE 1990 XMAS CARD DECODED
It is an anagram and I will add more details later but the surprise is that in 1990, Jack is telling about a baby girl born to Marilyn Monroe and Robert Kennedy was adopted and named Gladys. There is a woman for years who has adoption papers that say she is a Kennedy baby and Marilyn is not her cousin but her mother, that she was raised by Marilyn Monroe aka Norma Jean Baker Morrison cousin Meredith Baker. The woman is Gladys Baker Morris. She believes she is a JFK daughter but Jack says, many times that RFK and MM had a baby. Way back in 1990 before Gladys Baker Morris set out on her journey to prove she is a Kennedy, Jack tells people his way, there is a baby girl born to Robert Kennedy and Monroe named Gladys. This vindicates her and I wish her well in her endeavors. I hope she finds this blog and a decode of something from 1990 that she is right. I hope the Kennedy family realizes they have a member of their clan needing to be accepted and taken into the fold.
The message is addressed to Grocer Guy aka Green Grocer Joe Carcione telling about how he/Jack killed Donna Lass and shot Suueey (pig call) Sam Giancana. Keep coming back as you never know what I will be able to post here next!
7/22/21 Berniece Miracle Is Marilyn Monroe 1/2 Sister
So this decoded missive which is an anagram says she was the Nanny Sister Miracle. She is 100 years old now. This anagram yields a story of her helping get the baby Gladys adopted using cousin Meredith Baker ID as the parent for the adopted baby. I’ve other decoded info especially the 1974 Zodiac Killer SLA letter that says Monroe/Kennedy baby was being raised by the sister after Marilyn’s death 1962, that adoption records were being sought at some point by RNC people like Nixon, Bush. Why? It sounds so sinister but it could be to protect some money making powerful interests thus trying to protect the Kennedy/Monroe bloodline. It’s almost as-if it’s like the premises of movie: The DaVince Code where the princess of a bloodline and in the movies case it is high powered Vatican and eternally powerful Jesus having to protect the secret. I will try to post SLA letter decodes soon but these decodes with the use of simply anagramming are decades old and there is somebody out there trying to prove they are a Kennedy baby girl who got the bleep beat out of them for trying to prove who they are. That said, when Dennis was getting a ton of media attention circa 2009 about his Stepdad Jack being the FBI backed Zodiac suspect, strange occurances of Debra Perez news stories that her stepdad Guy Ward Hendrickson was Zodiac but she was the real JFK love child being backed somehow by Mel Belli people and this buried Dennis media stories about his endeavors with LE, FBI and Jack Tarrance being the real Zodiac. It started to send the claim of being the real Zodiac and anything connected to Zodiac cases into a strange oddysey (mispelt that for sure?) of main stream media distorting the facts and books coming out of the most bizarre possible suspects with major book publishers signing multi-million dollar deals with less than credible people. In fact, Nanette Barto did a pro-bono handwriting exam for Guy Ward Hendrickson family to show how he wasn’t Zodiac, dna came back as a NO! NOT Zodiac Killer. Anyway, at the time in 2009-2010, I don’t believe I heard about Gladys Baker Morris trying to deal with the only mom she ever knew having a deathbed confession that she was adopted & being a Kennedy Baby. There is a world of politics, hate and greed that will surface when you try to do the right thing and prove what has been confessed to family members, especially when it involves high profiled and powerful people.
As you can see, the 1990 card is a snowman in a Groucho Marx mustache, nose and glasses disguise with a JACK Rabbit in the picture. This Jack clue was much talked about in Dennis Kaufman’s The Real Zodiac Killer message board. I will post inside pictures and the back of the card later. I wished I could get better details on the barcode and the numbers but so far that doesn’t seem to affect the outcome of the anagram as the main topics are still covered- he killed Lass & Giancana, Monroe/Kennedy baby girl Gladys was adopted and the documents were obtained and Nixon/Gerald Ford Whitehouse got them. No wonder Gladys Baker Morris had a hard time unsealing the adoption records! Lastly, before I go, I strongly believe that the name of the father used was to protect the real father Bobby Kennedy. I haven’t seen the adoption papers but Gladys Baker Morris says they say John F Kennedy is the father. With so much hatred by mobsters and those affiliated with them and how many hated Bobby Kennedy, if they had ways to find out about this baby both, in my invariable opinion would have been killed before JFK assassination 1963. So many people that Gladys Morris have never met have been protecting her but many have wanted her dead. I wish her well.
7/24/21 The San Francisco Chronicle Envelope Now Decoded! This is one of the ones that make me cry. So, DENNIS KAUFMAN, this is for you! RIP guy but your stepfather knew what you were doing and still had your back! He is threatening “Senor Ass” Tom Voigt and telling him to leave you alone, confessing to the then Zodiac Killer dotcom site runner that Dennis mom, who Jack felt betrayed by and admits he killed her, called after Americas Most Wanted show was over at 9, got ahold of SFPD-0 telling everything about Jack being it and where he hid the Lake Berryessa suit. Dennis Kaufman finds it in that PA System and it the CB13 video is still found online what the PA System Jack had looked like and the very hood is being pulled out. The hood/suit went on to LE for testing circa 2010 and just kinda disappeared but reports were that the fibers matched what was found on Bryan Hartnell door. I knew Dennis quite well with this event occured.
Anyway….the process of decoding this was quite simple but an endeavor to present it as best as I can. I started with identifying everything possible about the stamp and once I saw the name of Dennison, I realized DENNIS was the code key of the direction of which I should find the message. That was easy because I decoded messages sent to Tom Voigt before and it’s in the book. Jack is telling Tom Voigt by 2002 to ‘LEAVE MY STEPSON ALONE, Stop FIGHTING with him!’ ‘Dennis is right, I am ZK’ But the sad surprise here is this is very, early into Dennis going to FBI and LE about his stepdad and to see Jack supporting him is very emotional for me. If the family sees this, it will be very emotional for them, too.
Getting to more details, on Dennis MB which no longer exists online, I believe there was discussion of some of the T’s for this very envelope looking like Jack’s J’s so I knew it was going to say something about John or Jack Junior. The numbers….Dennis was 34 years old in 2000, Jack was 41 in 1969 when stabbed Hartnell & Shepard, Americas Most Wanted Segment did air 12/28/1998 and it had Tom Voigt site runner claiming he was wanting to solve Zodiac Killer cases. Lastly and I will add more soon but it’s very hot today…..Jack knows that Dennis took court and other documents to Sacramento FBI and that it is true they believed the evidence to be credible.
7/26/21 The 2001 Happy New Year Card In The Envelope
I am now working on this card. As can see in the envelope there appears to be a slight hook/arrow I didn’t include this in the envelope decode as it may be an arrow intending to link the message to the cryptic message yet to be discovered and completed. I hope to have the results soon but, as usual, weather plays a role. I added a closeup of the card that has what looks like a “C an “n”? and maybe part of a sideways F?. This is above the right side of the printed part of the card in red. Anyway, now threats of dry lightning the next 2 days. If a fire starts…..most likely will evac.
7/31/21 The Decoded 1/20/01 Zodiac Jack Happy New Year Card Sent To SF Chronicle
I will try to be brief as the decode largely speaks for itself. The one thing that stood out to me is that I see Jacks “f” in “first” and a slight dot for an “i” so I see FIRST from far away but look close and one can make out “JUST”. He superimposed the 2 words or camoflauged the word JUST in FIRST. Missing words are red circles- “is” “too” “about”. The other words like MURDER & DRIVE stood out as they are mispelt, MaYority…the J is missing but the Y is used. I see “ve” and possibly another “a” to use in WhomEVever and A in “are” after the proper placed but missing Question Mark but I left this out as I know one of Dennis sisters is GenEVA but I am not sure if she used EVA as a nickname. Anyway the missing letters in the other words and the definitely mispelt words are a large part of the anagram. Lastly and I plan on adding more details later, the back part of the card “Carlton Cards, etc) the numbers and letters played a major role in decoding this as it yielded Dennis Kaufman area code he used then- 350 and the main part of the poetic card that says “From January 1st etc was an easy part to fill in as well as the “You thought I was dead?….etc” was an easy section to help finalize the anagram. It is heartbreaking to see this but Jack is sorry he murdered his “Dear Innocent Exwife” and is very disgusted with himself thus signed Tut Tut (means disgusted), JT. He sincerely wishes the Kaufman family members whom he loved, great success and happiness by cetching the real Zodiac Killer. These Zodiac cases were over with January 2001 but the greedy true crime creeps who want to keep the cases cold have been an obstacle every step of the way. So, RIP Dennis Kaufman, I won’t stop decoding The World According To Jack Tarrance.
8/5/21 SF Chronicle July 31, 1969 Envelope Decoded- ANAGRAM
It tells a story of what led up to the Zodiac era, names mobster patriot Frank Costello and because of a series of events mainly from 1957 Gangster Summit “Get Well Party Where No One Got To Eat” that Frank Costello was dropped from, then the Consortium plotted to kill JFK which plotters included Cheri Jo Bates USN Dad and SPRRO or Lee Bowers Jr the Southern Pacific Railroad Operator, Hoffa is involved in that mess, too. Anyway, there’s alot of details revealed in the first of many Zodiac era envelopes and they wanted to get Hoffa so bad, it was planned years in advance. They, thru Jack even tell of the restaurant where Jimmy Hoffa is last known seen by witnesses: Machus Red Fox and that Frank Sheeran is to kill him, running Hoffa up to a place on Inkster Road (R for Turn Right to Inkster RD is in the anagram). I will have to check my own site here to see if I put the decoded missive that names the address on Inkster Road but I want to let this decoded missive to be absorbed and it tells alot about what Zodiac was about, who is involved which includes Nixon era Bureau of Printing and Engraving (sure explains alot to me!) and why. They killed a Catholic John F Kennedy and many people behind the assassination had to go. FYI, I believe I have the decoded info here at this site that Cheri Jo Bates was with her traitor bought Navy Dad at the 1957 Gangster Summit in Appalachia. Believe it, The REAL Godfather was a great patriot who loved this country and helped bring down alot of very, bad for this country people, especially those who were following in their family footsteps. 8/8/21 The Riverside Press Enterprise 11/29/66 Work In Progress Decoded-
IN NOVEMBER 1966, Jack Tarrance says via coded missive sent to Daily Press Enterprise that The Irishman not only killed, (WARNING! GRAPHIC DETAILS!) Cheri Jo Bates but carved the desk top poem. He says why Bates died, that her USN father helped plot JFK Assassination but also AG RFK death but Bobby Kennedy is still alive at the time. SEE THE VIDEO. lastly….this mentions the now well known fact that a “foray starts” or she fought with her attacker. The time of death, Jack says via Frank Sheeran is 10:49 PM and the military time of carving the desk top (counter top) is 22:55:29 or 10:55:29 PM. The numbering of symbols (alphabet letters, punctuation etc) makes it easier for me to construct the final decoded message. Also, the Press Enterprise ran the story of Marilyn Monroe marrying Joe DiMaggio which was, of course, a big fad of the time and many will say, still is! See ya, back here soon!

Definitely an anagram and the details are amazingly graphic. My mini productions are getting better and seen often on Twitter. The truth revealed about Jacks world just keeps flowing. So will post on this more later. As usual, SMOKEY, HOT…..keep checking back.
8/11/21 Imbedded Secret Message Found In 11/29/66 Cryptic Press Riverside Envelope
I plan on uploading the work I did to find this but I got the right date of ’57 by using the Zipcode 92507 and when I realized that this is not for The Press The Daily Enterprise….well their were 2 Riverside Newspapers way back in the day: The Press And The Daily Enterprise. Their Headquarters are in 92507, the newspaper is in 92501 thus a secret message found when I used: The Daily Enterprise etc (see the previous decode) IN CARE OF The Daily Enterprise And The Press Headquarters 1825 Chicago Avenue Suite 100 Riverside, California 92507 It is an anagram! “*I.O. F.S./ Frank Sheeran sorry fatal surprise IPC/International Postal Code 25010 E/East Riviera queen RC/Riverside College student 18, death, car, hair, hand etc is I.E./ therefore headline” What is absolutely amazing about this anagram is that HUMAN HAIR was found in Cheri Jo Bates hand, her car had been tampered with, and as seen in the previous decode, SHE FOUGHT WITH HER ATTACKER. This is all old evidence. So, according to this secret message, the death was not supposed to make headlines.
Lastly before I go, for those of you who believe a false truth is that she was at a City run College library on a SUNDAY, Oct 30 1966….they are not open on SUNDAY’s! I used to live across from City College of San Francisco. Not open on Sundays, NO LIBRARY is open on Sunday. These 2 recent decodes tell the truth that Cheri Jo Bates died on Halloween 1966.

“AP prize winning story big fad Marilyn Monroe married DiMaggio. Bates Father went to Horseheads, NY Get Well Party in ’57. LCN plot President and AG Kennedy assassination I.E. Sooo…..it wasn’t expected to make the headlines. Well, here we are over 50 years later and the truth is now known and more is to come!

8/18/21 Wildfires, Winds, Smoke….No Internet (Sometimes)
Well, I got internet back but it may go out again. So this, plus the fire danger & threats of power shut offs, it makes it difficult to work on the decodes I want to. Right now, it smells like the inside of a chimney indoors due the following fires: Monument Fire, McFarland Fire, Dixie Fire and the new Caldor Fire. The first big 2 major fires are north of me with the north winds and offshore ENE winds bringing the historic 600k Dixie Fire & explosive apx 60k Caldor Fire smoke right over us in Lake County. I’ve no mechanical air purifier but the tiny Peace Lilly I bought last year to aid in natural air purification (LNU & August Complex fires smoke) is now super huge and enjoying sucking up the smoke and expelling oxygen. If I didn’t have the giant Peace Lilly…..ugh!
So, that said, I did work on a non-Jack Tarrance era decode because it intrigued me: Amelia Mary Erhart. She was an aviator, adventurer but also connected to our military. Where she did her historic travels, involved the Navy and Military installations…..islands, locations. So here it is, an anagram: AMERICAN PILOT AMELIA MARY ERHART AH ET Palmyra RI M RI CLE OTM NAI area or “Amelia Erhart On The Move East Timor Palmyra Remote Island Command Launch Equipment Naval Area of Interest Midway Remote Island”. What makes this fascinating is that in 1937, Japan wanted to take over these islands that USA had territorial control over. The islands she was hopping had naval installations/intel installations on. She was a Red Cross nurse involved in arial support to evac patients before she made historic flights and had USA military connections. She was helping advance planes and aviation that definitely the military was interested in. Her husband, Putnam, was a military service member and in Intelligence WWII.
So what does this coincidental Amelia Erhart anagram say about her? She had pitstopped in East Timor then to Papua New Guinea or just didn’t really go to New Guinea and then went on to Palmyra a US Naval RI and went on to Midway another US Naval RI and these islands had an interest of launching modern military equipment and command centers. Look at what happened in the Battle Of Midway. Our USA military was fairly prepped by 1941 in those islands for battling Japan forces. Was Amelia Erhart on a secret mission and just simply disappear and live on? She would have made a great asset to USA Intel Forces at the time. The mystery of her disappearance clues may be in her name, occupation, as-in an anagram. I know how to do these things thanks to the Jack Tarrance world.
8/19/21 Evacuated AGAIN From Fast Moving FIRE-
I’m online alot re: fires, helping relay fire info to help others because I know what it’s like to have to suddenly run from a fire. So, while being a fire victim trying to recover from 2016 Clayton Fire, I got Jack Tarrance code system figured out, my book done & published…still hoping to rebuild BUT HERE I AM IN A MOTEL, EVACUATED AGAIN. I try to keep this blog all about the work I do in solving Jack’s world but this was a nerve wracking event yesterday, hoping winds don’t kick up and spread embers in tinderbox dry region I live in. I had prepacked many important items in computer cases, suitcases, pillowcases, boxes. I had a plan. It’s kind of hard to explain but in my area, my friends and I rehearsed often in conversation/ phone calls what are plans were under specific conditions, so, I had a Plan A, Plan B, Plan C, Plan D. FOR DAY & For night. Figured anything beyond that, I was probably not going to make it out alive after being through so many fires since 2015. The tweet I posted happens to be a sudden response to a Fire/Disaster Tweet Account so give them a few bucks, please. The new house rebuilt after Clayton Fire is neighbors who frantically left and new to running from a fire. This fire that got dubbed Cache Fire suddenly erupted during my lunch and an hour later I was stuck in gridlock trying to get out after following planned evacuation process. My Plan A was to go thru Clearlake after securing my motel spot. Got stuck in gridlock for apx 1/2 hour, suddenly realized Clearlake was blocked, so Plan B was to go around the lake…..long drive!…..then get to hyw20/hwy53 Y. I wouldn’t know if this was a viable plan to get to Williams until I got there as fire behavior can be volatile and switch directions. In an hour, that Y could be shutdown if fire within few miles. Well, I got there and was able to go thru, no problem. IF I had to turn around, Plan C would be go back and get to Ukiah after, crossing fingers, I could secure a room there. Well I am going on and on about different plans but I got here. Now waiting for what the day holds and hoping for the best. FYI the picture is supposed to be in Press Democrat as they requested my permission to use it for North Bay News.
I will try to get back to working on Jack’s world of decodes, namely the 1967 Press Enterprise envelope I was working on but I am getting distracted by my evacuation & worries of friends property, my neighbors, my property. Check back soon. TY.
8/30/21 Back To Work….for now?
Between fire disasters in California, the smoke, the heat and Afghanistan Crisis, been busy but I started decoding the alledged 1967 Press Riverside with scratched out word ENVELOPE. As see below the word is scratched out but at this point of writing about what I started in this blog, the word appears to be all or certainly most of Emeritus.
So, all that said, so far my work on this particular envelope is yielding something about, as usual, when Hoffa is going to die and it may, when including everything unabbreviated and identifiable, proper mailing etiquette (the name of the editor, much like previous Riverside envelope)…..it’s even saying the date? This is raising questions in my mind as to when was this envelope recieved. When you see the final outcome, you may have the same questions as this is appearing to be a faked envelope, blurry postmark, blurry stamp and many of the communications Jack was involved with are just that- faked for cryptic communications to be sent to someone to get the real message across to someone.
Um??? They are going to release Sirhan Sirhan? Some of the RFK family members have been fighting to get him released and believe he didn’t kill their dad, RFK. He didn’t. According to Jack’s world, it was Darlene Ferrin who kills his boss Bobby Kennedy in the ICU as seen in many decoded missives even the latest ones after the book I present here in the blog. I hope many people looking for the truth about what was behind killing Bobby Kennedy, who was involved and who really killed him will, one, buy the book The World According To Jack Tarrance as seen in picture below and in this site AND, two find this blog! The autopsy findings of the death of RFK have never matched up with the prosecution theory. RFK survives Ambassador Hotel 1968 shooting and asks ‘is everyone alright?’, survives the surgery but doesn’t survive the ICU. It was Darlene Ferrin! See ya back here, soon!

IT IS NOT from 1967 and I will thoroughly enjoy rubbing the so-called Zodiac experts with their podcasts & sites in the crap of the lies they helped spread. 55 years worth of lies! The envelope is from 1968! I will present the completed solve soon. It was a major project!
9/8/21 Tarrance Predicts The Future In 1968 Riverside Press Envelope
I always thought he and what he worked with was called Zodiac because the chain of events were set in motion with the help of the government, especially those connected to Capitol Hill and Washington D.C. where Charles L’ Enfant designed it after the Zodiac. As far back as the 1940s, the cryptic messages would say who was next. So here it is in this complicated work of hidden code using the same premise of unabbreviation and supposed proper grammar for mailing that includes identifying everything possible in stamp, then anagram…..THE FUTURE OF ZODIAC & THREE PART CYPHER-
The code keys are EMERITUS which is Jimmy Hoffa related issues, who became Emeritus when in prison by 1968. Other code key words are RIVERSIDE and PRESIDENT. From there, even though it was alot of work to fill it in it was an easy flowing decode. But when I saw the word “future” what unfolded was an amazing prediction after Nixon became P-E or President-Elect. In this prediction, Jack Tarrance says on 7/30/1975 that Hoffa AND Giancana are going to die after eating at Red Fox Machus but if you get the book: World According To Jack Tarrance, you’ll see that there was a change of plans. In the 1974 Donna Lass Xmas Envelope he says that Giancana will eat his bullets, etc and in Scorpion Cipher sent to John Walsh decoded, Tarrance kills Giancana a month earlier in lieu of Hoffa. I published this decode of the alledged 1967 Riverside Press Envelope as-is because I believed it was good enough to present online. To see the groundwork being laid out for the future of Zodiac, the 3 Part Cypher/Cipher to be used in newspapers….well, this means as to help decode the letters and other communications past the Zodiac era as-in GRILLE CIPHER! He sent the bottom part for the 16th Century Cardano Chessboard aka Grille Cipher method to be used in decoding the messages to get to someone, someplace, as I figured out by December 2017. The code symbols and code keys are used in this type of method which includes anagramming but I discovered the same code symbols were being used as early as the 1940s WHEN NAVY Veteran NIXON WAS AN UNKNOWN New Congressman in D.C.
