Jack The Ripper Coded Communications are from 1888 and so far, “Saucy Jacky’s” Postcard is now decoded. It names Lord Mayor ’88 Polydore De Keyser as Jack/Leather Apron. I’m planning on putting other

above is a preview of “From Hell” letter Oct 15 1888 Stenographic Code. It names Polydore De Keyser, again, & “bote” is used again but this time names Michigan Dr. FT or Francis Tubley (I mispelt surname) (4/8/25 it is Tumblety ) and appears to refer to selling body parts for profit. FT was soon arrested in London November 1888, was a Dr interested in buying victims body parts. It’s another message meant for WR Hearst and 19th C England “bum” refers to amoral illegal anal sex. Dr FT was arrested for such a matter.

4/8/25 Sept 25 1888 Dear Boss Letter

This one was oh! so! EASY! I finished it today.

Message is: “Mr W. Hearst U.S. : Lusk ID Spectical Maker Trade 88 De Keyser as Leather Apron, Dr. Francis Tumblety written in post script in ink Polydore Teaching Hospital Gov want and need 25 dead lady specimens. Wishing Det. Warren Punctus Interrogativus BOTH! – John H. Surratt”

I see that Spectacle is spelt wrong. Message should read then as ‘SpectAcle Maker …..IS Leather Apron” Dr. Tumblety wrote in post/mail a script/prescription in 19th Century for Polydore, the Governor of a Teaching Hospital, that he needed and wanted 25 dead lady specimens. I seen in the letter that it was missing what we modern times refer to a Question Mark but this is from an English teacher (Surratt) to a very, well educated W. R. Hearst and the term would be Middle English to early 19th C English Latin: Punctus Interrogativus. This fit so well because John H. Surratt is wishing these 2 be interrogated!

Lastly, for now, Tumblety knew Surratt as both were Lincoln kidnap co-conspirators suspects. Dr. Francis Tumblety was known for writing script (prescriptions) for many people and was considered a flamboyant Quack Doctor who did have- preserved in bottles- women’s uteruses among other ‘specimens’. 4/9/25 A Clearer “Dear Boss” 1888 Jack The Ripper Solve Message

Add “red ink” “sideways written in red pencil” “post script”…..then anagram the stenographic code to get the message. I did my best to circle all the words that I used, “was” had what I see as a slight line on it.

This is so much familiar territory for me! I’ve done hundreds of Jack Tarrance 1940s to 2000s coded missives, especially the Zodiac Killer era where he signs off with Yours Truly or Truely and the odd headings for the letters & unabbreviate and also identify names (like Dear Editor and then fill in the name) amongst Stenographic Code then anagram to get the message. 4/10/25 Working On Secondary Saucy Jacky’s Postcard Message

It is very macabre but I believe I’m seeing hints why certain Jack The Ripper victims are referred to as the Canonical 5. In Roman Catholic beliefs, to Canonize is to make one a saint. There are ways to make a non-Catholic be suddenly baptized and redeemed of all their sins. More on that later. Both De Keyser and Tumblety were Roman Catholic.

4/11/25 “Bleeder” They All Had Hemorage In Common

In early 19th Century medical & medical sciences fields, the term “Bleeder” was coined. A “Bleeder” was someone who suffered from an inability to clot, would need a blood transfusion with blood that would. The term Bleeder evolved into Hemophiliac or Hemophilia as researchers defined the illness. Queen Victoria son Prince Leapold was born a “Bleeder” 1853 and to have such a horrid medical problem that needed medical experts understanding, a cure or at least the best treatment and it is the Royal Family which the bloodlines are throughout Europe….wow!

Prince Leapold needed a specialist and had two doctors (that I’ve read about so far) but one that stands out is Dr. John Wickham Legg who was affiliated with St Bartholomews Teaching Hospital 1870 onward in-turn- – Polydore De Keyser was a Governor of, he wrote liturgy subjects (Canonical Rites & more) and appears to be Roman Catholic….now I see 4 Roman Catholics connected to Jack the Ripper cases.

Then Prince Leapold dies of hemorage 1884. It is beginning to appear that there was a need to find & fund better treatments, find a cure to the newly identified Hemophilia which is a heartbreaking disorder for anyone at the time but this is the beloved Queen Victoria Monarchy so many of her subjects were heartbroken over the young Prince Leapold death. The Monarchy was threatened by this disorder and Hemophilia became known as The Royals Disease since the disorder is inherited genetically and other Royal Europeans carry it. Add religion, especially Roman Catholic Canonical Rites…..wow! There is a reason why the Jack The Ripper victims are AKA The Canonical 5 and those 5 all died from hemorrhage. It is becoming more bizarre but why William Randolph Hearst Sr. would be so interested in the overseas cases of London 1888 may be because, he too, was born a “Bleeder”!

evening 7:43 p.m. Warning! Very disgusting solve found in the secondary Saucy Jacky’s Postcard message-

“set” means laid down, there were more than one Hearst News Office yet it is most likely San Francisco with others in New York, possibly Los Angeles so I left that out. It is sad to see Catherine Eddowes name show up here, that she begged them (De Keyser & Tumblety) to stop. In the next solve I’m working on, Dr. Openshaw letter, that letter does say that more than one cop or ‘coppers’ as they were called then spoilt the games which I believe confirms this solve saying 3 Public Constables witnessed what was happening to Catherine. It has been a long day, so more to blog about soon.

4/12/25 Another “Bleeder”

was Roman Catholic Pope Leo 12. Amazing! He died at age 68 in 1829. He is showing up in the postmarked Oct 29 1888 Dr. Openshaw letter & envelope message. Hope to have the solve done soon.

Palm Sunday 2025 A Quick Lesson

on the system I’m familiar with in decoding. For envelopes in a cryptic message- identify the full name and address, everything possible about the stamp, unabbreviate or for example I’m seeing Oc being used 1888 which is October as well as London E so, LONDON ENGLAND. Dr. Openshaw is Doctor Thomas Horrocks Openshaw and I identified the address of the hospital address he was museum curator for. As seen in the previous decode, the address and location for the Whitechapel Vigilance Committee was identified and added to help decode the message. Oh and the person who ran The Crown was identified as the box with the kidney was mailed (c/o) to Lusk.

Then, the letters: all the odd grammar and mispelt words which in one case l l and ev-ent held the l-l or 3 parts to make the H for Hearst. The odd grammar usually includes the heading the ending or in these 1888 cases Dear Boss and (yours truly) Jack The Ripper ect. If something is written sideways….add the descriptive word SIDEWAYS. I’ve done many Zodiac era envelopes and other Tarrance related communicationskills where the stamp is sideways. Identify everything about the stamps, use the words….then anagram. Most importantly is to understand the era, the possible code keys. When having the right code keys, one then can evolve the message by which way they turn. I started out in the Jack The Ripper communications using President Benjamin Harrison 1888 as code keys with the Saucy Jacky’s Postcard. I thought that something to do with Lincoln Assassination Co-conspirators was behind these somehow or certainly involved because Zodiac Killer era has to do with JFK Assassination and going after the killers. Add all this to many people seeing similarities between Jack The Ripper and Black Dahlia, Zodiac….well….the connection in common I see is Hearst. W. R. Hearst b1857 d1951 certainly knew how to sensationalize stories and sell papers to the average public, his son R. A. Hearst knew the same system and maximized the effects into a Media Empire. I hope I explained the main methods I use o.k. Happy Holy Week and the Openshaw solve is coming SOON!!!

4/15/25 It’s Been A Long 4 Months

I’m finally going home. I’ve been in hospital since 12/16/24 due to Vehicle Vs Me in Ukiah, CA in the city’s sewer repair area. I was able to return, mentally doing the codebreaking I’m familiar with and by having a pen & paper to work out the anagrams. Having to do all this from a hospital bed while hooked up to a machine… and getting pictures of my work, blogging about it, is an achievement no one expected (I will explain later). Hope to have the Dr Openshaw letter & envelope solve here soon.

The “O” is for “OH” and this decoded message is meant “For United Kingdom and Northern Ireland O Grand Queen on 11/16/88….from J/John Surratt. TT is for Teetotaler and Dr Tumblety was one. W. R. Hearst was a “Bleeder” so was Pope Leo 12 who died in 1829 and Queen Victoria son Prince Leapold who died in 1884. P is Physician and John W. Legg was Prince Leapold doctor and was with St. Bartholomews Teaching Hospital at some point mid 1800s. Catherine Eddowes was “minute” being only 5 ft tall. DV or Deo Volente is latin for “God Willing” and the solve is saying several prominent people were involved somehow with the killings of the Spitalfield & Whitechapel women, namely Eddowes blood kidney in hopes to cure the newly termed “Bleeder” disorder as ‘Hemophilia’. There was no cure, still is no cure. RIP to the- supposed to be Anon/Anonymous- year 1888 agast, horror, Ripper victims.

Good Friday 2025 I’m Home But Still Healing

The accident I went through, the aftermath, I’m healing but am able to take care of this at home. That said, before I continue to work on decoding more Jack The Ripper era communications, it looks like there were people hoping to cure Bleeders and become the heroes for The Monarchy and other Royal Families, The Papalcy and be, in the end, the honored famous. I see it’s possibly logical for the primitive yet quickly progressing into modern era late 1800s with electricity looming, versions of refrigeration, sciences evolving with latest technology/equipment….that they were grasping at straws trying to find a cure. The cure for newly termed late 1800s Hemophilia is still not available, only treatments are. I see the THEY as Dr. J. W. Legg, Polydore De Keyser, Dr. Francis Tumblety and way across the Atlantic: a young William Randolph Hearst who was a Bleeder. I see via codebreaking 1888 Ripper communications that it starts out as relaying updates of what was going on in London between John Surratt & Hearst and then by October, after Eddowes Kidney was obtained, they realized they were unsuccessful in finding a cure. The Openshaw decoded communication appears to infer in a message meant for Queen Victoria that they are sorry for the failure, the horror in the process that London went through which was seen all over the world by sensationalized stories (Hearst and other newspapers connected to his publishing company was great at that) and that is why by November 1888 there are only 5 Canonical Victims.

4/26/25 The Skull & Bones 1888 Letter Envelope

These are found at UK National Archives but are public domain as the cases are long unsolved, perpetrators are deceased. It amazed me to find that the envelope has no stamp yet a postmark and that is very familiar code territory for me. Black Dahlia and Zodiac eras and more have this involving Hearst UPI. I’m almost done decoding this but must rest as still healing from 12/16/24 accident.

4/28/25 Skull & Bones 1888 Jack The Ripper Lettee & Envelope Decoded

I plan on replacing the above solve with a neater rendition. It says in a message to Bleeder and Skull & Bones Society N.E. member (edited 4/29….William Hearst) that there was Hemophilia Research invested by Pope Leo 13 Vatican City, Dr Tumblety, Prince Leapold Dr. Legg…hoping, DV or Deos Volente/ God Willing for a cure. It says Anon (anonymous) Ripper got “tine” / TINY (middle english!) Eddowes L Kidney, that the Metropolitan Police Sgt pen (wrote) a C.O.D. post (mailed) off: K (killed) T Tabram) 8/8 and also 4 crime victim 9/30 1888 TT or Teetotaler bride Catherine (Eddowes & her husband was a TT) d/dead skeleton coffins hid on boat going n/north n.w./ northwest in canal systems to Gen Hospital Birmingham H7 75 ( that’s postal areas identification late 19th C) to J.W.L. or John Wickham Legg.

As far as the letter: there’s a pen and a knife, helios over Skull then the Bones. There’s hard to read sections especially a blurred word after “morning”. When it came to Eddowes name, I had the “C” but needed to determine where the rest was. After early morning there can be an atheria in the sky especially in 19th Century English….there was what the blurry word was, logically to me. I see a 3 with a blurry or squiggly Zero so that’s where the 30 for 9/30 comes from. Eddowes & Stride were killed that date. This appears to be Oct 8 1888 and is saying the C.O.D. to JWL was “last Monday” so after the 9/30 killings.

4/29/25 My Sketches of Skull & Bones 1888 Jack The Ripper Letter

….that show what I seen for the stenographic code. When it came to looking for a missing H, L, O, I (needed for HOSPITAL missing sections) etc I realized that the shape above the skull was HELIOS. Then COFFIN, PEN, KNIFE, SKELETON filled in important sections of the derived message. I honestly had fun trying to think like 19th century pen users, what it looked like so then the knife/pen was identified correctly. I see a B O D and cursive T & F which came in handy to fill in sections of name for Francis Tumblety. The coffin may be a drawing of a sealed decades old coffin which would logically contain a skeleton. Some of the words in the letter are unusual but that’s what happens with stenographic code. The ‘Ts’ are not crossed, just an ^ shape and there are obviously odd words like ‘mayst’. Some words may be middle english and this is the subject John Surratt knew well. More later.

5/1/25 The 1st Jack The Ripper 1888 Code Keys That Unlocked The Messages

After much studying & comparing the 1960s -1970s cryptic letters & envelopes that had to do with intel community, JFK, RFK, MLK and who killed them and why, that a Hearst UPI Media was involved…..educated guess for the 1888 Code Keys was President Benjamin Harrison. It worked. Co-conspirators of who kidnapped & killed Lincoln names surfaced and more. The strip of paper was my hospital food menu….anything with a blank side to try to crack a Code works for me and I did it all from a hospital bed while hooked up to machines. I cracked the Saucy Jacky’s communication, the 1st level but found there was a secondary message to it by adding everything & identifying the address, etc on the postcard…. then anagram. More later. Busy day today. Still healing but got to attempt errands.

for the above Metropolitan Police Sgt I chose the most logical name of Sgt William Thick as he had prominent publicity in Jack The Ripper cases and even made an arrest but the individual had to be let go. There’s info that Eddowes husband was Conway and he was a Teetotaler. He hoped she’d be his bride 1888? Anyway, Post in 1888 was a term for mail/mailed. K.T. I believe is meant for abbreviation of Killed Tabram and she is thought to be the 1st Canonical Ripper Victim killed 8/7/1888 but there is an abbreviation for TK or To Come in the newspapers biz, yet, I haven’t found if it was common in the 19th Century so I went with Kill Tabram. Tine is another word for tiny, Eddowes was 5 ft tall.

5/3/25 Jack The Ripper 2 Coffins Letter Is Next To Decode

This 1888 letter with envelope that has NO STAMP is to Charles Warren Scotland Yard and has 2 black ink coffins, 2 black ink knife shapes, a black ink out address section. Will get picture of it here soon.

After that, I plan on decoding “The Boss” 1888 Jack The Ripper Envelope. I believe this envelope goes with “Dear Boss” letter so it may be a separate decoded message. I love unraveling these coded missives!

5/9/25 Jack The Ripper 2 Coffins Letter Decoded

This one had a hidden Zero in it like the Skull & Bones letter does. It’s found in “BOR 0”. The missive also has Gs & H’s missing in “slauterer” and “slautered”. I didn’t seem to need the Gs but the 2 H’s went as unnumbered H in John and H in Birmingham. I will post the pictures of the envelope & letter soon. Here is the solve:

In another message to Skull And Bones Society Member W. Hearst from Confederate Secret Service John Surratt, what is a surprise is to see that Catherine Eddowes is a target. Did they really believe her Kidney and the other “akin” women held the secrets to a Hemophilia cure? Was Catherine Eddowes with a common ancestor of people of Nobility such Queen Victoria, son of a Nobleman Pope Leo 12? Am I looking at the logical theory that she was believed to be a descendant of Jesus, and/or the other few “akin” women as-in the eucharist canonical rite of “the body of Christ, the blood of Christ? Anyway, this September 24, 1888 letter is a week before her death. I wasn’t sure about The Crown Public Record Office seal or stamp as to when that was put there so I didn’t incorporate it into thr solve. Did the letter come with it or much later? All I know is The Crown was the Pub or Public Bar where The Whitechapel Vigilance Committee met and a Jack The Ripper communication with Eddowes L. Kidney was sent to an office there. More soon.

5/10/25 2 Coffins 1888 Jack The Ripper Communications

if you turn the envelope slightly, like I believe the hint in the letter itself is implying in a left tilt up (not horizontal writing) , the written sideways “immediately” is basically vertical thus this became part of the stenographic code. Then identify everything possible (The Commissioner etc) the 1888 full address of Scotland Yard, use all ‘mispelt’ words and in this case I was able to locate the missing H’s for JoHn and BirmingHam. There is “No stamp” so, solve is saying “Sgt William Thick pen C.O.D., NO STAMP, must post off”. I’ll elaborate more on the solve, soon. But….there was amazing research going on in Europe re: Bones and marrow and red blood cells, how important it was to know where and how human blood worked by 1860s & 1870s, very instrumental in budding Bleeders aka Hemophilia Research. This is another solve telling of the victims skeletons were being shipped to Birmingham area.

It’s late, after 10 pm but the symbol that’s on the red postmark and the missing P in ‘Hospital’ for the solve was bugging me. It looks like the Greek symbol Pi. There will be a slight update to the solve.

Mothers Day 2025

I’m confident that shape encircled in blue under the “on.” of London and above SP24 is Pi. If I try to add: The Greek Math Symbol For Pi, I could get more details but it becomes a point where it feels like ‘force fitting’ to get a message that is already there. I could get Martha for Tabram 1st name & possibly more. Thus minor changes but the basic message stays the same, including the 3 for the amount of skeleton coffins to be shipped off after Eddowes is killed.

5/12/25 The Ripper Detective Cane Face, The Modern Face & WR Hearst Face

The Face is carved on Scotland Yard Det Abberline Cane, he was taken off Jack The Ripper cases. Modern tech created a newspaper-like black & white photo of the Cane Face. The face looks alot like a young William Randolph Hearst. I see these cases being personal for Bleeders aching & hoping for a cure: persons of Nobility, prominent citizens involved that include British Monarchy, Russian Royals, Spain Royalty, Italian Nobility, The Vatican and Pope Leo XIII and Hearst with bloodlines from Ireland. They may be rich and in power but they have family who cried when they lost a loved one to Bleeders and Queen Victoria literally had the World on her shoulders.

The World of Penny Newspapers 1800s

They cost 1 penny, even in England. The Penny Press 1800s was American with international correspondents. The Penny Illustrated Paper was basically England’s. I’m learning more about these papers that evolve when WR Hearst was getting into the papers biz. Also, the Lilac Penny was printed by a New Englander & his son-in-law while in England. The 1st postage stamp ever- Black Penny with Queen Victoria on it- was printed by the New Englander. I’m getting to know so much about these important details.

Anyway, it has what Meghan Walsh sent me via Twitter as cover which got that new 2024 blog rolling: early 1980s Star Sentinel cryptic note with part of Suffrage Star limited edition envelope protruding under it and she requested me to decode it. The back cover has a collage of the deathbed message Jack sent telling all about his redemption and a recap of his many deeds….buy the book! Internet, sites, come & go but books last centuries.

Sunday- Memorial Day Weekend

My 100s of decoded missives spanning decades and how an odd cryptic looking postcard, envelope, message is solved using much of the same system, that includes anagramming, seen even in 1888 Jack The Ripper era. Memorial Day Weekend Monday 3 a.m.

There are 2 Dear Boss Letters & 2 The Boss Envelopes??? When you add the 1881 stamp it changes the dates.

I’ve not decoded the Dear Boss 17th Spt 1888 letter. That said, this does appear to be 2 letters and 2 different envelopes. Interesting to know that 1987 it’s reported that Dear Boss letter was anonymously returned to Scotland Yard but which one? The one with the envelope that has the stamp?

just wanted to add: 3 P on a piece of mail late 1880s to circa early 1900s (1904) can be for London to New York, N.Y. mail for 1 pence for Postcard shipping cost & 2 Pence more for shipping to New York, N.Y. I’m wondering if The Boss without Stamp may be a postcard & the B&W Sept 17th 1888 is the back of that postcard. The printing technology was there c1900 to copy/print and the one without the stamp does, to my eyes, look like it is printed not hand written, yet, the B&W with “I am Yid” looks like it’s someones writing. A decode of the Sept 17th one is in the works.

I am confident this is a postcard. 3 P or 3 Pence for 1 Pence to send postcard and 2 Pence to send it overseas to New York. Even though message says William Hearst California, Hearst had papers there & California. It is an amazing Stenographic Code! Anyway, I did this black & white Sp 17th 1888 version…..as it was very, easy and says Jack The Ripper detective Abberline has the young Hearst engraved on the Walking Stick. There is questions in this one but what we now call a question mark, Punctus Interrogativus, fits perfectly especially when one of the latin phrase was used for code to fill in parts of words. Still working on the red 1888 version with Lilac Stamp (Env & Letter combined). Check back soon!

May 31, 2025 Book On Jack The Ripper Communications

is coming out sooner than later. The Sp 27 88 with Lilac Dye Stamp Envelope & Letter tell of the type of code being used that I am oh, so, familiar with: Skull And Bones Society Stenographic Code! John Surratt, in this type of code but letter is a supposed to be a week after the postcard, tells that in the postcard without the Lilac Dye Penny, he was using the Skull And Bones Society Stenographic Code system. He says to W R Hearst (A Skull And Bones Society Member), that like he wrote in the postcard, that Det. F. Abberline had his young head engraved on the Walking Stick.

It is a very, hot but normal weather weekend, so…..I’ll add more later.

6/3/25 I’ve Been Sidetracked….

by a suddenly surfacing online at Facebook Twitter (X) of an old NCMEC adult Jane Doe data case from 1976. It’s proving my point that the old NCMEC is bad. Are people really that naive? Why would an April 11, 1976 Jane Doe found in Lopez Canyon Trail/Road area of San Fernando, CA with data/info stating she is an adult (apx 20 or 18 to 25 yrs old) be in the database of National Center For Missing and Exploited CHILDREN? Why is NCMEC trying to sensationalize this cold case now? I’ve done dozens of these types of decoding the evidence, many involving what became the Milk Carton Kids 1980s that have to do with 1970s kids and the decodes all say the same basic thing: Cocaine money & drug money owed, names of Pablo Escobar & Blackie show up, drug traffickers & corrupt cops…..yep, you guessed it: This Jane Doe evidence is telling a story about Escobar, Cocaine & money owed and a corrupted cop.

I’ll get back to the re-working neatly and presenting the 1888 Sp 27 Lilac Dye Stamp Envelope & Letter. Should be here by weekend.

6/5/25 I’ll Get Back To 1888 After This

In this heartbreaking solve of the April 11 1976 San Fernando Jane Doe, Jack Tarrance is making fun of the Cocaine Cartel guys accents. The NCMEC “data evidence” which includes NAMUS and DoeNetwork “Data” says Jane Sherwood isn’t an adult and her own Police officer dad killed her because she witnessed a 118 Lb pure white cocaine deal between her dad & Pablo Escobar in Longbeach, California….fail with D.E.A. seizing it. The coke was in a waterproof Londontown Jacket in the water. She gets scared and runs off. Cop dad kills her by dropping her from an upper window at home hitting the yard, deletes her birth record, places body at the location. Jack says- Her “pop can now cry of cocain’ $$$$ n’ar that road!”

I’m back. As seen in the above solve, Jack Tarrance is making fun of the thick accent broken English the coke traffickers had. “Nels’n, littllle, cocain’, na’r.” Jack & crew saw and heard everything! These creeps were bring tracked by satellite and things like West Coast Norad with pictures, the GSII types, that see everything as even President Ford was using the stealth version of War on Drugs. Anyway, the attempt to render the accent to be decoded, reminded me of Movie “Scarface” and how Al Pacino character Tony Montana talked. “Say ‘i ta my littlllle fr’end!”

Here’s versions of the same basically 50 year old evidence from NAMUS and DoeNetwork, NCMEC. Why is a Missing Child source trying to get info on an adult? Why? It appears someone knew she was a minor when this data was put in. Yes. They had computers back then 1970s. I’ve done so many of these (see my books, the previous blogs) and John Walsh has a dirty, cocaine, murders, kids missing & trafficking past that is well into the 1970s & 1980s, his name is associated with Pablo Escobar. Before that it was Sam Giancana & that cocaine. Giancana & Hoffa gone in 1975, Pablo Escobar & Nelson Blackie Hernandez take over.

This move of claiming the decode has wrong age makes the venture into Jack Tarrance mean game of chess with people! The chess move is then: move the 4 in 4/10 to 45, move the 3 to replace a Zero in time 11:00 to 11:03 or even 11:30 then place the Zero for the Location code as seen in many decodes of Tarrance and crew. The date is still April 10 etc, around 11…future Police Chief killed her etc, placed in location….CHECKMATE!)

I will do the formal numbering by anagramming and blog it later. The message won’t really change. This tells about the use of Skull And Bones Society Stenographic Code! A system I am familiar with! But now, it has a name! It confirms the Abberline Walking Stick has W.R. Hearst head. So much details that were/are true about the Venetian Red Penny, the company name & address 1881 onward. I am in awe of the 19th century intelligence of these brilliant men and Queen Victoria, too! She is not involved with the 1888 crimes. She just happens to rule the entire world as the British Empire is in so many places at the time!

I am on Facebook and Twitter (X). Was blocked by Jack The Ripper Experience, recently, which is linked to a guy claiming they ID’d conclusively JTR but the DNA info… mitochondrial DNA from mid 19th C?…. is ridiculous, experts are laughing at this. Anyway, guy with last name Edwards has a book out but Nanette Barto has someone often in her podcast YouTube comments as Edwards Cipher Solver or something like that trying to claim they solved Zodiac Killer. This unknown person or many people account doesn’t even acknowledge my accomplishments that are posited on her show. I may be blocked today by the Twitter version of JTR Experience after commenting in pictures & a reply that Ripper is not innocent dead Jew Kominski. Won’t bother me as I am a voice for the dead AND Stenographic Code keeps revealing Polydore De Keyser as JTR.

That said, I’m wondering if the horrible NCOVID19 vaccines that many have got blood clots from, may be a cure for Hemophilia? Could it be true that during Pope Leo XIV a real cure can be for what killed Pope Leo XII which, according to 1888 decoded missives, say Pope Leo XIII and Vatican are interested in finding a cure for Hemophilia, happen now? Could it be a cure for what many call The Royals Disease? I hope so.

6/15/25 Warning! Ewww! Gross!

In part 1 of this blog, I was doing many of the Jack The Ripper communications decodes while in the hospital. I do not like bacon and don’t eat it, though I love the smell of it cooking & I worked about 20 years for McDonald’s in San Francisco Bay Area as the opening manager….served 1000s of people breakfast for years. One day at the hospital they served us bacon cheeseburgers when I had a meaty section of my body healing amongst many wound care procedures that looked like bacon going from my front groin area, wrapping the hip and then on my backside. I couldn’t get the rear end of me picture (trouble moving much of my body at that time) and I think most people would be glad not to see a woman’s 66 y.o. ass looking like it is wrapped in under cooked fried bacon. I tossed aside the bacon slice, barely ate 1/2 of the cheeseburger (meds & injuries caused appetite issues). The giant band-aids were often falling off of me as seen in the picture. This is a small part of what I had to deal with at all the hospitals combined.

6/16/25 The Jewes Wall Message 1888

It is believed to be in cursive, in chalk on a type of brick wall in Metropolitan Police London territory. I started working on it about 2 months ago but so many versions of it, I decided to work on easier communications. The weird part of this is not only does Zodiac era Tarrance and crew use Skull And Bones Society Stenographic Code, in Lipstick Killer case, there is a wall message that anagrams out to: ‘Im Jack Tarrance I slain JBR I see more of them youll see more of me.’

The one thing that stands out with the 1888 wall message is that Catherine Eddowes once told police upon getting into some trouble and they wanted her name, it is reported that she told the late 19th century London area police that her name is “Nothing”.

Iran Regime Change Eve 2025?

I am like many, watching events unfold in the Middle East. Bottom line is apx 5 USA Presidents and many other world leaders have tried democracy to deal with the Islamic run Iran since 1979. Looks like Trump Administration is done trying these diplomatic roads to nowhere and Israel is also. The deposed Persian Royals are about to take back they’re rightful reign.

That said, I’m almost done with the Jack The Ripper Wall Message and it may reveal that Detective William Thick is one of the communications writers. I am using the Police Constable Mr. Long version of what is used in the cursive writing picture (from 1888). The word “Juwes”, if with an abbreviation period is Middle English and is “Juwesses”. I have the abbreviated form in the work I am doing as it makes sense, especially when the other victim Elizabeth Stride spoke Yiddish, Swedish & English so she could work for Jews in England. In other words, adding the “ses” helps fill in the message. The decode of the two lines found on the wall appears to be saying that this was written by Det. Thick. I am almost done with it, just have to make it nice and neat. Anyway, there are differences in the writing seen in the letters and post cards. This makes sense that there are at least two writers as the Sept 17th 1888 coded postcard is written by John Surratt, as per decoded Lilac Penny Envelope Postmarked Sp 27 88 which that plus the letter is written by Surratt. I know it is confusing but some of the others may be written by Thick and just the Skull And Bones Society Stenographic Code relayed to Hearst for John Surratt. The coded September 25 1888 letter I now believe has a clue about Det. Thick in the sentence that says “thick like glue”. Keep checking back!!!

June 18 2025 Her “Long” Nickname

Elizabeth Stride came to London from Sweden late 1860s and according to different online sources was dating a Police guy. She married a Stride. Her nickname by 1888 was Long Liz and various online sources say it is a mystery how this nickname came about. When I noticed Police Constable Alfred Long is the one who is reported to have discovered the Wall Message, I wondered if he was the London Police guy she was dating late 1860s. She married around 1867. Alfred was in his late teens by then. She was older but since is Elizabeth Stride was also said to be part-time prostitute, got arrested for it…..well….I am just seeing a logical connection to the Police Constable Long walking the streets 9/29 into 9/30 1888, Elizabeth Stride possibly knowing Afred Long and the Wall Message discovered. What if she was Longs Liz or just Long’ Liz? Another thing is I don’t see “Elizabeth” in the decodes but I do see “Stride” in one of the decoded missives. Stride is killed or found after Eddowes body was found by Police Street Walker reportedly to be Edward Watkins but I got to remind myself that so much of this with even supposed to be official accounts via types of records at the time are stories. Look at what happens with Abberline and the Walking Stick face! The decoded missives bringing up what many sources suspect Det. William Thick as penning things regarding the 1888 victims? I am seeing a, very, macabre conspiracy to get selected women in 1888 for Bleeders Research and a deadline for the dead specimens by mid November 1888 and it involves the budding newspaper agencies of 19th Century England & America, London area police agencies, The Vatican, Dr. Francis Tumblety, Lord Mayor Polydore De Keyser and his teaching hospital connections, the British Empire UK royals Dr. John Wickham Legg…… hoping for a cure.

6 21 2025 I Thought It Was From 1888

The Openshaw Letter is from a time when planes flew and map creators used Zero for location or after late 1920s. Something that Sir Charles Warren knew how to do as an archeologist before and after being London Metropolitan Police Commissioner. The big parts of the message is seen in my first version of the solve. It is a message meant for the Queen but it is not Victoria. It is Queen Mary, her cousin. In the message I am getting, someone is telling on others that are no longer alive but W. R. Hearst is now an empowered, honored and respected newspaper head of his own media empire. This is why details matter. Details like what is found in the Lilac Penny! I will post surprising solve soon.

It looks like John Surratt was pro President Lincoln and in The Confederate Secret Service I.E. or there-after a Postmaster. Also, this is a message meant For O So Grand 1 Queen Mary by Nomen Nescio Fred Best of The Star who was 73 years old in 1931. He is telling on many who are now dead by 1931, except the powerful Media Mogul W. R. Hearst about what Jack The Ripper was about: an agast inhumane horror of a body Ripper, who was involved, in hopes for, Deo Volente, a cure for Hemophilia in London by November 1888. More on this later. RIP to all involved.

6/23/25 Openshaw Letter & Envelope Decoded Message More Clearer

It is a long message, full of ellipses and pauses that I feel confident was meant to stress the consequences of revealing what ‘the agast horror put in Spitalfield’ and Whitechapel… 1888′ was really about even at the time period of 1931. The horror film with Boris Karloff “Frankenstein” was coming out and by 1931, W. R. Hearst name was mixed up in Hollywood via Marion Davies. Anyway, there is so much fact in this coded missive now decoded that it may take some time to catch up! One stand out fact is that Sir Charles Warren was and is a very, famous archeologist, that in 1920s he was mapping areas where wealthy pharaohs once ruled over. He was an archeologist before being the London Commissioner Metropolitan Police, too. More later….. keep checking back!

…. are not Sir Charles Warren: Born February 7, 1840 and died January 21, 1927; Doctor Francis Tumblety: Born 1833 Ireland, died May 28, 1903 St. Louis, Missouri; Lord Polydore De Keyser: Born December 13, 1832 in Dendermonde, Belgium and died January 14, 1898; Detective William Thick: Born November 20, 1845 in Bowerchalke, Salisbury, UK and died 1930; John Harrison Surratt the 2nd: Born April 13, 1844 and died April 21, 1916; Detective Frederick Abberline: Born January 8, 1843 in Blandford Forum Dorset, England and died December 10, 1929 in Springbourne, Hampshire, England; Doctor John Wickham Legg: Born December 28, 1843 and died October 28, 1921; George Lusk: Born 1839 in the United Kingdom and died 1919 UK; Pope Leo 13: Born as Giocchino Vincenzo Raffaele Luigi Pecci in March 2, 1810, died July 20, 1903; Queen Victoria: Born as Alexandrina Victoria on May 24, 1819 and died January 22, 1901; Thomas John Bullen aka Bulling: Born 1846 and died 1919.

The only notable ones from Jack The Ripper era still alive in 1931 are William Randolph Hearst: Born April 29, 1863 in San Francisco, California AND Frederick Best: Born in Westminster, London 1858. I will be having alot of fun updating the bios of these people from the 1888 era. Keep checking back!!!

Since Detective William Thick, via code, is brought up as one to pen papers in regards to the victims in coffins to be sent up to Birmingham and the one to have wrote the wall message as well as just died in 1930, I will start with him.

In 1868, he joined Metropolitan Police at age 22. He was in the Whitechapel area then Chelsea area, then Camberwell and then Whitechapel. William Thick married in 1872 to Hannah Ellison, had a daughter: Alice Hannah Thick, had 2 other daughters: Ellen and Amelia. Thick worked under Detective Frederick Abberline, his nickname was Johnny Upright, was said to have dealt alot with the lower class, the prostitutes and petty theft criminals, Sgt William Thick was an excellent policeman and retired in 1893. He became a railway Police Inspector.

As for Jack The Ripper era 1888, this had to do with September 8, 1888 victim Annie Chapman, Sgt Thick arrested John Pizer as some believed he as Leather Apron but the police had no case against Pizer, so dropped it few days later. It is reported that William Thick lived in the area of the Stride & Eddowes killings on September 30, 1888 as his residence was at 19 Nottingham Place. Mary Jane Kelly was killed on November 9, 1888 and Thick was quickly at the crime scene. more later…..keep checking back!

June 25, 2025 William Thick Bio and Others Continued

William Thick was in Metropolitan Police Division H, was nicknamed Upright John because he always walked proudly upright and of him saying that there was an Upright Witness in regards to a case he was involved with. He is said to have been a barrel chested man with a mustache.

In 1902, he met Jack London in the East End. Jack London was trying to find a place there and interesting to note that this means there is a San Francisco, Alameda County and Sonoma County, California connection where Jack London lived, as well as Jack London Square of the San Francisco Bay Area. Jack London was an author and born in San Francisco, same city as William Randolph Hearst.

From here, I will move on to Frederick Abberline. I am trying to keep the synopsis of the biographies short because the Jack The Ripper letters decoded are the main focus. Frederick George Abberline was the son of a Edward Abberline, a saddlemaker, a sheriff, who also held minor local government positions married to Frederick mother Hannah. Edward Abberline died, Hannah raised her four children: Emily, Harriett, Edward and Frederick alone. F. Abberline was a clockmaker before he joined Metropolitan Police January 5, 1863 Division N in Islington London. Became Sgt in 1865, moved to Division Y Highgate London. After promoted to Inspector in 1873, was transferred to H in Whitechapel, then 1887 on Division A in Whitehall London. Abberline made Inspector First Class February 9, 1888. Upon the killing of Mary Ann Nichols, August 31, 1888 he was sent back to cover Whitechapel Division H.

A main Ripper suspect of Abberlines was an Annie Chapman husband George Chapman aka Severin Antoniovich Klosowski who had a black mustache and alledgedly tried to cut out a woman in 1901 named Mary Ann Austin uterus at the Ripper victim Annie Chapmans old home. I am adding this 1901 woman because of the cutting out of her uterus and Francis Tumblety had several uterus specimens in a bottle as well as the Teaching Hospitals De Keyser was involved with would need such specimens. Annie Chapmans former home was Crossingham’s Lodging House 35 Dorset Street. Annie Chapman husband was John Chapman 1869-1884. Klosowski took the surname of Chapman after meeting a different Annie Chapman in 1893. It is, very, confusing but the reasons why I am adding this info is it is an interesting part of solving Jack The Ripper and to see the logic that there must be a connection to a Chapman and the uteruses being ripped out. There is a New Jersey USA connection to this Ripper suspect. The last major case that Frederick Abberline was involved with was 1889 Cleveland Street Scandal where it was claimed that Queen Victoria grandson Duke of Clarence had been a regular visitor to the homosexual brothel. When I seen this claim, I thought of ” Oct 1888 Saucy Jacky” my first Jack The Ripper solve, that mentions ‘De Keyser as an evil Public House Bum fellow’. The word “Bum” at the time was a homosexual activity reference term and the word can also mean “buttocks”. Abberline retired February 8, 1892.

Next up, I will go to Doctor Francis Tumblety. Take a deep breath because this may be a long read. Original surname is said to be spelt Tumuelty as his family was from Ireland, immigrated to Rochester, New York and had ten brothers and sisters when he was approximately 3 years old. He was employed for a time at Lispenard’s Hospital, sold books between Rochester and Buffalo, NY. At around 17 years old, he was in Detroit and in business selling patent medicines like Dr Morse’s Indian Root Pills and by 1857 was practicing medicine in Canada which was a colony of the British Empire. He was quite flamboyant and often wore military type clothing. He moved to New York and Washington, The District of Columbia, Maryland areas and circa 1863 when I believe is the time he met Abraham Lincoln. He may have met him when running as a Senator but the Presidency plays a big role in the Jack The Ripper communications and who is involved. SO? By 1863, Dr. Francis Tumblety had become quite wealthy off of herbal remedies and his patented medicinal cures. May 5, 1965 Dr. Tumblety was arrested in his St. Louis, Missouri city where he resided as he was believed to be co-conspirator in Lincoln Assassination. He was suspected to be in with David Herold and John Wilkes Booth. This is where the connection to John Surratt comes in as he also was believed to be a part of the plot to at least kidnap the President. They both knew each other. Mary Surratt, the mother of John was hung July 1865, so was Herold for Lincoln Assassination. The charges against Tumblety were dropped and John Surratt trial in 1867 did end up in a hung jury.

More on Dr. Tumblety…… by 1881, was arrested in New Orleans for pickpocketing and his alledged victim was a U.S. District Attorney employee but the Private Eye who arrested him was said to have been attempting to blackmail the Doctor. The name of Charles Durham enters his life and allegations of Tumblety denouncing all women, especially prostitutes and that Tumblety proudly showed off his collection of uteruses preserved in jars at all male parties. Durham alledgedly looses credibility of his claims against Tumblety over numerous forgeries and many perjury convictions. From there, it seems that Tumblety travels abroad alot and by 1888, had been introduced to Charles Dickens, King William in Germany, he had already set up circa 1874 in 177 Duke Street, Liverpool, England and had all types of patent medicines sold to the public. It is a dizzying set of events that spiral out to the Whitechapel and Spitafield killings of 1888 but basically Dr. Francis Tumblety was a resident at a boarding house in the area during the main 5 killings. Dr. Tumblety was arrested for an unrelated charge to the Ripper killings, November 7, 1888, he posted 300 British Pounds bail November 16, 1888 and fled the country, knowing that Scotland Yard had an interest in him as a Ripper suspect. He arrives back in U.S.A. by November 24, 1888 after a brief stay in France alledgedly under a fake name of Frank Townsend. Apparently by then, the New York Times had the famous flamboyant Quack Doctor, with a bunch of womens uteruses in jars, as a suspect in the Jack The Ripper cases and that was really the reason why he was arrested on the 7th. There were rumors that Scotland Yard tried to extradite him but who knows if this is true or not. The Liverpool connection stands out to me because John Surratt, when he left upon Lincoln Assassination went to Liverpool at one point before being eventually arrested in 1867.

Then there was, by 1913, that former Ripper detective John Littlefield stated in a letter to a journalist G. Sims that Tumblety now dead in 1903, was indeed a prime suspect in the horrors of the 1888 Whitechapel and Spitalfields killings. More later….. keep checking back!!!

6/25/25 Afternoon

I plan on trying to keep the biographies brief because by decoding, the focus is on their voices being able to be heard from beyond the grave. I am their voice, a voice for the dead and proud of it. My take away from the solves I have achieved so far and what I’ve learned about the era, the people involved, is that late 19th century British Empire is a time of great discoveries and inventions. The possibility of discovering a cure for Bleeders aka Hemophilia and one of the people involved is archeologist Sir Charles Warren who took part in monumental discoveries before being a London Police Commissioner, for the time period with the latest available technology, it was probably seen as a, very, morbid approach to find specimens the way they did, that those involved were blindsided by the thrill of discovering a cure. When people, at the time, in the field with Warren were involved in finding mummies, dead humans remains, the wealth of a treasure, from centuries ago, it might have had a desensitized effect on their conscience. Mr. Warren goes on to mapping major archeological finds after his time as Police Commissioner. Keep checking back…..more soon.

June 26, 2025 Sir Charles Warren Resigns As Metropolitan Police Commissioner….

the day after Dr. Tumblety is arrested? The day after? He stays on until a replacement filled his seat December 1, 1888. As you notice, this brief biography is now about Mr. Warren. Born in Wales and died in Somerset, England. He was a British Army Officer of The Royal Engineers, a great archeologist of The Biblical Holy Land discovering much about the Temple Mount. In a way, he was/is like me: he rewrote history by being a voice for the past that revealed so much truth and facts in the 19th Century by his work and those who worked the digs, the excavations, with him. 1886-1888 he was the Metropolitan Police of London Commissioner. After that, he is in South Africa in command, A General, of combat in the 2nd Boer War. Sir Charles Warren awards are: Knight of The Grand Cross of The Order of St. Michael and St. George; Knight Commander of The Order of The Bath; Order of The Medjidie 3rd Class. He, in 1861 to 1865 was surveying Gibralter, The Rock of Gibralter. His amazing work from being asked to be part of the Palestine Exploration Fund and do Biblical Archeology, excavations, the finds under him with the lack of modern conditions many explorers later had for any type of work like this is simply amazing! He and his crew found Old Jericho aka Tell es-Sultan in 1868. The settlements in the area are dating back to 10,000 BC. As I have yet to touch the tip of the iceberg of such a mans life as to the one Sir Charles Warren led as it would take alot of reading, watching old shows, videos, etc, I am not certain if Warren and his crew found skeletal remains of mummified remains but I believe they did find the dead or evidence of the dead under floors of buildings. When you think about what this man really did for decades, why was he just the London Police Chief for such a short time or is it theoretically correct to assume that there was another type of an incredible discovery many thought they were on the brink of, that he would be proud to be a part of: Bleeders Cure that affected the Nobility, the rich and powerful, that he served and/or certainly associated with? Even some thorough reading to understand why he was appointed is not fully understood as to why he was appointed. His tenure as a Police Commissioner came and went and then he was eventually back in the field he knew well: Archeology. He was undeniably a great explorer , a discoverer and in the 1920s mapped out many areas of exploration in an era when many explorers went on to find the wealth of Pharaohs and ancient kings now in museums and private collections. His work with the crews and what they discovered, the truth, lives on for decades to come.

He authored several books on Biblical Archeology, died after getting Influenza in January 1927.

November 9th in 1888 was Lord Mayors Day, it was the day to choose a new Mayor of London, the last day for Lord Mayor Polydore De Keyser and also the day that Mary Jane Kelly met her demise. Per a Post Mortem exam, she is believed to have died in the early hours of the morning especially more closer to 2 a.m.

Good Afternoon, Same Day 2025! Polydore De Keyser

….. was born in Dendermonde 1832 then came to London a few years or so later. Educated in England, Germany and Belgium, was intended to become a surgeon but ended up in the Family Inn business circa 1850 after the death of his elder brother Emile. How the De Keyser family got in the Hotel/Inn business is vague but by 1856 became the manager of the E. C. place, that was built on the old site of Bridewell Palace, on the corner of Victoria Embankment, London. His father, Constant De Keyser had retired, was widowed by that time, too. Polydore inherits the place 1861, marries the daughter of a Brussels Hotel/Inn owner. The place had over 400 rooms, was quite luxurious. Polydore was very, wealthy, was also elected 1898 to a council that governs London. He spoke Flemish, French as well as English, 3 other languages.

The list of city Trades/Liveries City Companies that this obviously brilliant man belonged to: Spectacle Makers or The Worshipful Company of Spectacle Makers founded 1629; Farriers or The Worshipful Company of Farriers founded in 1356; Butchers Livery or Worshipful Company of Butchers founded 975 A.D.; Innholders Livery or Worshipful Company of Innholders/Innkeepers/Hostellers founded many centuries ago; Poulters Livery or Worshipful Company of Poulters founded several centuries ago, 1368 A.D. Gold and Silver Wyre Livery or Worshipful Company of Gold and Silver Wyre Drawers founded centuries ago, incorporated 1693.

Polydore was Sheriff of London and Middlesex 1882-1883, an elected alderman representing Farringdon Without, The Court of Common Council. As an Elected Lord Mayor of London, he made history by becoming the First Roman Catholic to become the Mayor of London. All the Catholics in Jack The Ripper decodes: John Surratt II, Pope Leo 13, De Keyser, Dr. Francis Tumblety and I believe so is Dr. John Wickham Legg despite being on record as a devout Anglican. Polydore was the Governor of: Bridewell Prison and Hospital founded in the Bridewell Palace Site circa 1550, Bethlem Hospital opened in 1247 A.D. by 1330 a Hospital, St. Bartholomew’s Teaching Hospital founded in 1123 A.D. Bethlem was basically for the deemed insane, the criminally deemed ones, especially, lunatics and Bridewell was both a prison & hospital. Bethlem had “research” going on for centuries. In my unvariable opinion all of the hospitals De Keyser was associated with had researchers in the 19th Century.

Lord Polydore De Keyser was knighted December 4, 1888 just 3 days after Sir Charles Warren officially departed the role of Metropolitan Police Commissioner. Thus makes the former Mayor: SIR Polydore De Keyser. There is more to come….keep checking back!!

Week Before USA Independence Day 2025 Now On To Pope Leo 13

Pope Leo 13, born in Carpineto Romano, was very interested in the Warren era Temple Mount and Jerusalem, Holy Land excavations. Pope Leo may have had a bleeding issue and I found a snippet of information about this before the current Pope Leo 14. The section I found of this information is that circa 1878, he developed a hand tremor due to bloodletting for an unspecified illness and this leads me to suspect that he had a form of Bleeders as if the hemorrhages near a nerve results in nerve compression can cause a tremor. With this in mind and the previous Pope Leo 12, a son of a Nobleman died of Bleeders, this would logically make Pope Leo 13 be involved with Bleeders/Hemophilia Research. Leo the 13th lived a very, long life of 93 years, was Roman Catholic Church Pope 1878 to 1903. He was the longest living Pope at the time of his death, was amongst the longest reigning Popes. Under the previous Pope Pius IX who lost the Papal States in 1870 is when John Surratt was working for the Papal States especially at the time of his arrest 1867.

Leo The 13th was interested in the rights of workers, fair wages, safe working conditions, trade unions, poverty amelioration, rejected forms of Socialism and Capitolism…..something seen in the London areas of 1888. Before becoming Pope, he was the Nuncio to Belgium, the country of Catholic Polydore De Keyser birth, 1843-1846. Pope Leo 13 was for the Rosary and all of its Canonical Rites that go along with it. My decoding point is they are just numbers and the final anagram message reveals the true date and much more. The Ripper 1888 Openshaw letter & envelope: the same thing happened using the same system that involves WILLIAM RANDOLPH HEARST. I’m to number the “May 1986” etc anagram, soon that the final message is full of ellipses due to Tarrance recapping decades of events involving him, he’s now dying, so is his pal Pope John-Paul 2 and he’s just been hired by President Bush to secretly take out the demon on earth: Robert Abel in Texas. Abel does die on Railroad Train Tracks July 2005. The T.V. I. C. is Tom Voigt (ZodiacKiller dot com) site runner Incident Command with Robert Graysmith 94103 location. I am laughing now because the Real Zodiac Killer Jack Tarrance is a dying man now hired by President Bush and is blackmailing Voigt who was Dennis Kaufman and any one on Tarrance being the real Zodiac antagonist. He’s is also subtly blackmailing Graysmith but that is, if you see my many decoded missives now in books, nothing new to him. Also, Tarrance stepson Dennis Kaufman had Graysmith phone number and this message is saying a cc or carbon copy of Bush fax is sent to his phone number.

FYI, I was requested by Nanette Barto to get out a decode to the 1986 etc (for her amazing podcast) Envelope, told her, initially, that I wondered about it, that it may be a years later date like what just happened with 1888 etc Openshaw. It ended up not being from 1986 but 2005. Just another FYI, the Prefect Jack Tarrance is mentioning about is the Roman Cardinal of New York City connected to The Holy See…..

Same Day Evening

This is getting weirder and weirder but the 1987 Zodiac Envelope w/ 2 22 C stamps and the Lincoln Civil War 1863 Gettysburg Address quote on the stamp is a LILAC colored envelope. Nanette Barto requested a current decode. The envelope alledgedly contains a facsimile of a 1978 Zodiac Letter where ZK says things like “can catch me if they can” and “yours truly”. I had already decoded it (previous blogs, says how Hogans Heroes actor Bob Crane is going to die by who & why) but it is mainly the envelope and I believe this rare 1987 Lilac Zodiac Jack envelope is going to say something about Lincoln Confederate Secret Service John Surratt and a young WR Hearst head engraved on Abberline Walking Stick, Queen Victoria Lilac Penny….1888 Jack The Ripper communications. Why? It is 1987 when a bunch of these Ripper era 1888 documents arrived in November 1987, I believe mailed Oct 1987, to London Scotland Yard, “anonymously”.

Dang IT! It is late for me to be still working but there are 2 sets of stamp panes on this Lilac Color envelope:

one set is USA 22c Stamp 1985 issue but the other appears to be a 1985 ROYAL MAIL 17p which is close to 22 cents USA. That would make this envelope large & with 6 stamps (2 17p sideways) and some are overlapping. The one picture Nanette used is from sites using 2 22 c in color over what is under them. I am excited but very tired. Will add more about this soon.

6/29/25 Above Zodiac 1969 Envelope

….mixed in with 1987 etc Lilac Colored ZK envelope has Newfoundland, Canada 1A or A1A postal code after San Francisco, Calif. It is all code, I did a very early 2020 decode of that envelope, not realizing the postal code is Canada/UK. The alledged 1987 Lilac Envelope and the 6 stamps, I believe will be talking about the Jack The Ripper communications as the mail shipping company John Surratt was working for had a line that went to Newfoundland out of Baltimore, MD USA, in-turn that mail got to London to England to UK. Anyways, I will get back to the brief biographies of people associated with Jack The Ripper now.

June, 30, 2025 Dr. John Wickham Legg Is Incredible…..

….like so many of the Ripper Era people. He was Queen Victoria son Prince Leopold doctor because of Bleeders. Born on December 28, 1843, Alverstoke area Portsmouth Hampshire area, England. The son of a book seller and printer, George Legg, attended Winchester College then New College Oxford. He studied medicine at University College, London under Sir William Jenner. He soon qualified as a member of Royal College of Surgeons and ended up a private physician attendant for Prince Leopold for about a year although he moved on to be the favored doctor for the adult Duke of Albany wife Princess Helen and their daughter Princess Alice. 1867, Dr. J. W. Legg was appointed a curator of The Pathological Museum University College. By 1870 was a Casualty Physician St. Bartholomew’s Hospital London, England. This is where the connection to Polydore De Keyser comes in. At this time period he was publishing things of the medical field, was very involved in Liturgical studies. Being a devout Anglican he pursued Eccliastical studies and at this time period 1875 he is elected a Fellow of The Society of Antiquaries which amongst the fields of interests was tracing genealogy. Later that decade, he’s Assistant Physician at St. Bartholomew’s. By 1897, he’s a founding member of a re-established St. Paul’s Ecclesiological Society. The available public information on him is: 1881 an essay on liturgical colors, his medical career is great and accomplished, gave lectures, was sick suddenly with 2 seperate bouts of rheumatic fever, resigned several offices, gave away his medical books, by 1888 was an accomplished publisher. But I see him as being well knowledged in Canonical Rites and involved in the brief but “Agast Horror” of Jack The Ripper cases while is said to have been very interested in antique Missals. He is a publisher of rare liturgical texts and has something to do with the founding of the Henry Bradshaw Society that has alot to do with his work and interests in antique to possibly ancient manuscripts. As you can guess, there is a definite logical link to: Antiquities Research that involves archeologists and on site excavations, historians, and as a doctor in the time of great discoveries, logically he would be very, intrigued by being on the brink of a cure for Bleeders aka Hemophilia especially if it involved tracing documents and the genealogy to find a common ancestor that might help solve the mystery of Bleeders. The words in the decoded stenographic Jack The Ripper communications often bring up the “Akin Gal or Gals”. I believe that there was research and trying to find the cure that involve the genealogy of wealthy, noble people that had this disorder, hoping that is was a disease that could be cured. Add the religions of the time that have being Catholic as a common link and all I can say is that I hope there is a cure, too. God Bless the victims and God Bless The Vatican, God Bless the Popes, God Bless those who believed that they were doing the right thing under dire circumstances, God Bless and God Save The Queen!

her first name, I’ve yet to find in a Jack The Ripper letters solve, until now. I have only seen her last name as no Z and the rest to annagram her first name. I’m still working on the very, rare communications decode. Will post it soon. Until then, I hope I have given levels of dignity for all involved in the 1888 Ripper cases. I am not going to add a brief biography on W. R. Hearst because that would be impossible to do. If you want to learn about him through the 100s of decoded missives I’ve done, you can be reading the other blogs or even listen to Nanette Barto’s podcasts or buy the books I’ve got out. All that said, Mr Hearst involvement in the 1888 Leather Apron/Ripper cases does appear to be both his Bleeders issue, logically would hope for a cure and the coincidence of being in the new newspapers business.

July 2, 2025 The Direness of 1888

There was no anesthesia, no electricty, no automobiles, no phones, no computers, no airplanes and to many modern citizens that is primitive. Thus when these lady specimens killing events occured and people were doing research in an area where there were great advancements in education, medicine, science, I feel that the era of when it happened needs to be understood. The Rapid Mail delivery service of its time, in USA, was get message/mail to postman to post office, horse cart to train to steamship shipping port and in this case that would be John Surratt company that did have a line from Baltimore, Maryland/New England to St. John’s North Newfoundland and then on to overseas to Thames River to London, England and then the reverse to get mail to the intended recipient in New York or San Francisco. In 1888, if mail as-in a message to be mailed was meant to be somehow sent from San Francisco to New York City that would be the Transcontinental Telegraph Line in Morse Code. Using Morse Code, would then have to be decoded and it is very, easy to assume that this, albiet was New York City and it had to do with Hearst Newspaper office(s), logically a handwritten Skull and Bones Society Stenographic Code would be created. Add to the mess of confusion in trying to be brief about the era, the telegraph system was also used in England over telegraph lines. I believe it was mostly the wealthy who had easy access to this system and that is where the newspaper business people come in as well as the London Metro Police and Scotland Yard. Apparently Queen Victoria made history by having sent in 1858 a Transatlantic telegraph message to President James Buchanan. The Royal British Empire colonies had the telegraph system: India, Australia, South Africa and that is just amazing! Their colonies had this 19th Century modern, for its time, system. Without Morse Code, it could take months for “mail” or “messages” to be sent back and forth. With the telegraph wires, it was much more faster. The Queen was definitely making history in her lifetime: first adhesive stamp and the telegraph, so much more.

Happy July 4th 2025! If Only People Didn’t Spin Jack The Ripper Cases….

….in the wrong, gory, scary, crazy, cold case direction, maybe Det. Joseph Henry Helson archives would have had a historic auction record last summer? Apparently, a descendant of his found the archives of fac-similes of Ripper era letter/postcard(s), thought they would get rich? Like Dennis Kaufman, who believed his step-dad Tarrance was a serial killer & hoped to get rich? Nobody bought the Helson archives except the auction house at starting bid price? Looks like they own a bunch of junk unless my Jack The Ripper Communications Decoded becomes a best seller!

Anyhow, Tarrance was a killer but mainly a hired gun and in intel community. His talents at code making Zodiac era letters AND D.B. Cooper era letters, did make newspapers a fortune (Black Dahlia & other cases, too). Dennis, in the end, wanted Jack to pay his debt back to society for killing his mom but also welcomed the truth about what Zodiac era before it and after was about. I see in many decoded missives, Jack does feel guilty for some of the killings, especially his wife Nora (Under MkUltra effects or not, he felt the guilt for killing), pay his debt back to society by taking out Robert Abel in 2005 (see previous blogs, buy the books!). All the hype in the wrong direction, the farthest from the truth, hurt Dennis Kaufman financially and the reality of what these types of cases are really about: Intel Community, code systems, messages being relayed for who/what/when/where & why. All that said, please scour the internet to see information I may have found re: Jack The Ripper and all, so far, involved. I’ve been blocked by one or more accounts regarding Ripper stuff, accounts whom I naively believed they’d like to see these Cold Cases heated back up and solved but since they are not so nice to me, why should I be so nice to mention their accounts names here at my blog that I do plan on making another book? Will I get rich off of it or is getting back to being upper middle-class (I was born into it) and off of EBT due to losing my everything, my nest egg, my Golden Years future in Clayton Fire 2016….too much to ask? I admit, I believe my God Blessed talents of being a voice for the dead are worth something. So? If these other accounts played follow the leader and was lead down the wrong direction….. I am just the codebreaker, so? DON’T SHOOT THE MESSENGER!

7/6/25 Photogravures Of 1888 Jack The Ripper Communications……

….. is going to be playing a major role in the next solve I will be publishing here at my blog and, in-turn, will be the next book.

A way to do a fac-simile for the public to see in 1888 was photogravure. The renowned Saucy Jack Postcard was reproduced by this method for newspapers at the time. It looks to me that all of what average minds believe are original Jack The Ripper letters are actually photogravure to create fac-similes. And, yes, the 19th century way of spelling facsimile was hyphenated.

I haven’t seen any articles from 1888 mentioning the color(s) and whether the writing instruments were more than the ink ones at the time, nor does the black and white image of “Dear Boss” letter have the original layout of some of the communication being sideways. My “Dear Boss” solve adds the coded message saying ‘written sideways’, ‘in red pencil’, ‘written in red ink’. All these stenographic code details matter!

All the above said- the Saucy Jacky Postcard, the one that was hyped to break a record in auction bidding is a fac-simile, a photogravure. The thing was created, drawn up by (yes, I got the name) and staged, photographed then the rest of the method to finish the photogravure. All to convey a message in Skull And Bones Society Stenographic Code. The photogravures could be made on envelopes, as postcards and actually could have been mailed and even all the way out to USA. Sorry to bust alot of True Crime enthusiasts bubbles but it looks to be that like Zodiac Killer, DB Cooper, Black Dahlia communications there are no real original handwritten ones to hold and examine. The sending of images on a wire….. goes way back to the 19th century and what you are seeing is a show, choreographed by some amazing masters, to send and receive messages by many involved somehow in the intel community for various reasons but usually political.

FYI, stamps use engraving and photogravure, but the more modern ones can be created with Rotary Press, Giori Press.

July 10, 2025 999 & 222 Angel Numbers

The world of Jack Tarrance and code systems he used, especially the Skull And Bones Society Stenographic Code, there’s alot of “Angel Numbers” seen in messages from him and/or the crew working with him. Pope John-Paul 2 is often referred to as The 999 Pope. 999 is Holy, Sacred, Saintly. He is now a canonized Saint Pope John-Paul II. A dying Jack Tarrance is signing this coded message as 222 John Tarrance II. 222 Angel number is: trust the celestial heavens of God and the human intuition of a path now being in alignment for the future events yet to unfold. Mr. Tarrance was dying, soon to die a year later and was often out of breath and the choppy decode full of pauses is revealing this. He is very upset that the perfect and very, Holy man that helped him decades earlier to get the MkUltra cure in 1978 that was the other half of a CIA intel community LSD-100 Alcoholics Anonymous to help break the 1953 spell he and others were put under, died the day he sent this message out. The cure was a 1908 Carmine Peyote Red Demosthenes Death Date 322 George Washington Stamp to lick the face of as part of the process, under U.C. Davis medical care to break the MkUltra spell. Demosthenes has everything to do with Skull And Bones Society. Peyote, the effects of it, is of the expertise of Dr. Francis Tumblety who was an Indian Medicine specialist, among his other Medical professions. He had died few years before the 1908 “cure” was created. The strange coincidence I see is that 1888 via the decoded Ripper communications is that there was a chase of the cure for Hemophilia and Mr. Tarrance spent 9 years chasing the MkUltra cure: 1969-1978.

The 2 22 cents Frank Waslick are wrongly superimposed over this communication and this was sent to me by Nanette Barto from the source she obtained it from. The 1985 commerative size stamps are almost twice the width of others. There are 6 stamps and they appear to be squeezed in, almost on top of other but enough room to be noticed by mail carriers and canceled properly. In the coded message I worked on, I didn’t really see a “killer” or “cancellation” thus I didn’t add words like “with the killer” or “without the killer” as it wouldn’t really change the gist of the large message. It is blurry but it does appear that the blurry stamps are canceled. To see more of my decode expertise, look at the other blogs and/or buy the books I got out. Keep checking back!

…. there seems to be some confusion about the 1978 Zodiac “Crack Proof” letter and hope to clear that up soon. I already decoded it as 1978 and the matching envelope, too. There are TWO APRIL Zodiac Killer cryptic 1978 Letters! The “Crack Proof/The Car” is recycled in the Lilac Envelope “1987” communication I just decoded. But as 1978 it says The Irishman is going to kill Bob Crane. The decode of the envelope is from 1978 below, too. Here’s the decodes:

I found Nanette Barto Podcast Episode 156 “Hit The Road Jack, Finding The Zodiac” where she, Nolan Del Campo on screen and I on the phone, are discussing the 1978 letters. The show was December Friday The 13th, 2024 and the following Monday, I’m told I was basically dead in the street (for a few seconds?) from Truck vs Me. There are 4 large messages: 3 Letters and 1 Envelope, all Skull And Bones Society Stenographic Code (I know the name now): Ghost Killer Ltr, In Control Of All Things Ltr, Crack Proof Ltr & The 2 13 C Liberty Bell April 1978 Envelope as they all link together to form a long message to Editor of 2 newspapers, 1 SF Chronicle, the 2nd one is Santa Clarita Signal: Scott Newhall. The 3 letters could fit or be made to appear to be fit as a real communication in an envelope but what I got is the long 1978 message is by wire as-in a facsimile and sent by Jimmy Carter with a needing eye surgery Jack Tarrance contributing to the coded creations. I may add the other 1 here, soon. This is subject to editting later here as it is apx 108 outside, very warm inside. So may edit when cooler.

It is the weekend and way too hot here to be online working. I plan on looking for a few areas in this important blog to add to. I want to just leave it at the level of dignity all the 1888 Ripper Victims, the ones killed AND the ones involved, really deserve. I can do this by simply being a voice for them by decoding their era and letting them speak, be heard, loud and clear! After all…. I am a voice for the dead!

I had gotten so excited to find the entire 1985 UK Booklet of the stamps in Jack Tarrance Jack The Ripper communications he decoded per Lilac Env “1987” cryptic….. OH? I had to buy them because they had the perfect list of identified accurate details associated with the unique stamps that collectors need to know.

7/13/25 An Oct 6, 1888 Transcript of A Jack The Ripper Communication

Laugh, OUT LOUD! Yes, it is just that! Why? Because the Telegraph system & morse code of the era! I decoded the “transcript” of the Skull And Bones Society Stenographic Code! Hint: it has S.O.S. in the message. And the dates involved are October 1 to October 6. It took five days for a shipping packet ship to go across the sea. The morse code of S. O. S. tapping & flag/light flashing…. usually involves the sea.

7/14/25 These 2 Transcriptions Are Different

I am almost finished with them. They appear to be from Fred Best, same Skull And Bones Stenographic Code System but using the Telegraph systems in both UK and USA as well as shipping a transcribed message by ship. In my invariable opinion, these communications are transcripted right. The newspapers of that era had telegraph access, had people transcribe and relay the messages (to the owner, the editor, journalist, etc) I believe I done calculations correct, meaning it would take about 5 days to get across the Atlantic.

The 1st one is said to have been recieved by The Star on October 6, 1888 after an October 1st story on the latest two victims and the rumor of two witnesses saw who killed them.

“You though your-self very clever I reckon when you informed the police. But you made a mistake if you thought I dident see you. Now I known you know me and I see your little game, and I mean to finish you and send your ears to your wife if you show this to the police or help them if you do I will finish you. It no use your trying to get out of my way. Because I have you when you dont expect it and I keep my word as you soon see and rip you up. Yours truly Jack the Ripper.”

2nd one is: “Beware I shall be at work on the 1st and 2nd inst. in the Minories at 12 midnight and I give the authorities a good chance but there is never a policeman near when I am at work. Yours Jack the Ripper.”

The solve is done after a few hours of getting it right. Fred Best and Thomas Bullen are very, mad! They know Surratt and Hearst are getting their information and everything about Jack The Ripper cases. The Star Journalists are telling them to shut up in a very, threatening manner. The sensationalized stories of cry for help, S.O.S. was in “ton/tonight Wash/Washington Post.”

WELL? I will finish this blog up and it will be as-is, the blog-to-book that I made. The above decoded transcript says: “Oct 6 1888….. I.O.U. John Surratt c/o…. I.O.U. U.S. W.R.
