10/7/22 Did I Try In Vain to Solve Laura Lynn Miller Murder?

Below are pictures of my work, an email to Tim Miller Equusearch, pictures of what I already quickly knew about Ralph Casasanta NASA guy. I had a falling out with Nanette Barto (Edited July 14 2023. We’re way past that issue now. Doing shows together, etc for months. But I don’t want to leave out the process of evolution of this blog, so, the event will stay) because instead of her being happy that my talents yielded the truth, she was furious when I sent her the below decoded info. WHY? Suddenly, she states we aren’t friends if I send it to Tim when I requested her to forward it as the great Document Examiner who keeps on claiming Jack killed Laura is friends with Tim Miller. She claimed I made up the evidence to use to get the message? She demanded I wait and not send the info myself. Why? Tim and many people have been waiting for closure apx 40 years as this decode brings up: Dean & Tina Clouse, Michelle Garvey, Heidi Fye, Jane Doe Golf Mechanic Audrey Cook as well as Laura. I tried to explain that the shirt and then Laura’s full name were like code-keys that unraveled the message. How could I get the info on John & Jane Doe Clouses that were just officially identified months back and the Jane Doe Cook who is a Golf Mechanic just identified 2019 if the method is not accurate? I tried to explain to Nanette that evidence is cryptic and done many of them and she has my books with some this method in it. It’s as-if she was another person who didn’t want to know this as to which she has the books. It’s a bizarre long story but in her shows, we’ve discussed how the evidence tells a story, especially if it is anagrammable as-in cryptic and code. But now, I am as dumb as a rock when it comes to this (the way she treated me) and we aren’t really friends. I guess my visit to her home last week was just my imagination and the 13 years I have known her is just a lie? That said, looks like doing shows with her is now up in the air. I can only hope that this Casanta creep: Ralph Casasanta gets arrested. He is in a book: The Child Predators Next Door so in my opinion is the best Texas I-45 Killer suspect to come out and be seen since 1980 or 42 years. I sent the email to Tim Miller Equusearch, well, I waited a few days, hoping to hear back from Tim Miller but nothing! I believe many people, including Tim, want closure so I am not holding back. I thank Jack Tarrance, who was not really working at the time period of Laura’s remains discovery but it looks like the crew were dealing with a carry-over of events of when they were working and to their credit, was seeing a job through. The message relayed is meant for, in Jack’s words: ‘Traitor, pay me up my $5M Ronald Reagan’. He/they were not paid what they were owed/worth after decades of work. No wonder Jimmy Carter, whom he absolutely hates, had the intel community failure that resulted in the Iran Hostage Crisis. If the cloak and dagger spies who do the dirty work don’t get paid…..what do you think is going to be the results? (7/14/23 I’m vindicated by Jack Tarrance himself. In the decode, Jack & crew which the main guy here is trusted informant Bobby The Cook, says NASA Robert Abel and NASA GSFC Ralph Casasanta are friends. Bobby Cook refers to Heidi Fye (who’s official occupation is a Waitress) as a call girl for Brenda K. Jones dad Arthur. SHE must have been percieved as a witness to what happened in the mistaken identity Brenda K. Jones killed by John Walsh murder so was killed. I don’t believe it is because of being a call girl. These evil creeps had their own lists and she could have been a teacher, a cop, a housewife and they would have still killed her. RIP Heidi Fye! RIP Laura Lynn Miller! RIP Dean & Tina Clouse! In the decode of Laura Miller evidence & clues, I yielded that her dad was the man that found Bracewell & Geer remains 1976 and he calls detectives. The man who found their remains has never been publically named. This makes him a witness and these creeps like Abel are stalkers, could know anything and everything about their intended targets especially with access to computers that decades ago was not readily available to the public. Because Tim is a witness, his daughter is a witness? Check out Ralph Casasanta he was into high-level computer fields that could locate anyone (Defense Dept, Justice Dept and so on) while working at Goddard Space Flight Center NASA. The book I have seen that mentions Ralph Casasanta is a book on how predators can lure your kids via chatrooms, internet forums, get them to meet them. Hmmm? Just like Laura Miller who was going to call her “boyfriend” from the pay phone because their new home’s phone wasn’t ready? Do you know how many girls, boys have been kidnapped, raped, killed by someone they met somewhere and went to a pay phone place decades ago to meet the person who they thought was ok?

I am going to let the pictures do the talking for now. Until the next blog and updates, Jack is bringing up about a specific item and the JFK NASA autopsy photos taken by Janis Joplin’s pal Marjorie Alette that alot of time, manpower and energy was spent to locate, send them, etc and they ended up at Mar-a-Lago which was the Winter White House under US Navy care 1973 to 1985 or until Trump acquired it as a wealthy citizen. Keep in mind Hollywoods Ronald Reagan, spent years as President of Screen Actors Guild, was California governor 1967-1975 or during the height of Zodiac era, DB Cooper era, and when they got Hoffa/Giancana.

10/8/22 There’s DNA In The Clouse’s Cold Case

I got that information from a March 2, 2022 Texas Observer article. I believe that this means they, the authorities have the killer’s DNA and that at some point will use it when the right suspect comes into view.

I’ll add alot more on this later but I just wanted to say that when I was attempting to decode Laura Miller cryptic evidence and clues, the recent video by grimlifecollective July 2, 2022 was useful. I believe there’s another video, possibly from CBS 48 Hours made about 10 years ago that showed the missing link of the shirt that was found oddly next to Laura’s skeletal remains. (edited same day. It’s definitely 2016 NBC Dateline “The Killing Fields”) When I find the source, will post it here. It was a vital part of the decode.

I’ve got alot to present here on these 6 cold cases. To think that it was just a week ago, with the missing link of that shirt in Laura’s cold case…..I yielded much of the puzzle pieces of the other 5 victims. Keep checking back! The below 2 pictures are from YouTube 2016 NBC Dateline show “The Killing Fields”. I’m the only website that I know of that’s discussed, printed, published, anything on this important piece of evidence. Happy Columbus Day! 10/10/22 I’ve Found Jack’s Eisenhower Eagle

At the risk of my life, I am posting this. I’m tired of getting disillusioned about people really wanting to find and know the truth about Jack, his cloak & dagger world of spies both domestic & international. What I’m posting here is brought up in the above decoded evidence and other decodes like what is in my book: DB Cooper Solved, that I have discussed with Nanette, tried to email Charlie Tarrance; JACK’s 1971 EISENHOWER EAGLE used for transporting 35 MM Film or Microfilm (could also be 35MM pics of microfilm). How do I know this is Jack’s? IT HAS HIS RARE damaged fingertip fingerprint in it that he sent copies of to Tom Voigt in 2003. The R-1 is in this spy coin that needs keys to open it. Where & when did I find/locate this rare coin? What does it matter at this point. The JFK autopsy pics? Where are they? Did I find them? What does it really matter at this point because this coin, the decodes from 1971 till Jack dies, proves they were and are real.

The above picture is from my DB Cooper Solved telling about this Eisenhower coin used to ‘move Pentagon Data 1967, enemy equipment Micro pictures, sent in Canada Envelope (with snowflake stamp) under stamp and the micro pics include 3 photos via drone opord of Zhou Enlai bedroom…..now in Eisenhower coin at (fisks Harrah’s) Nevada diner.’ The coin makes it way, in other decodes I solved to Nixon just in time for historic visit to Communist China. The above image of The Eagle Has Landed MTV has an amazing coincidence at this point in time. The iHeartRadio shows I have done with Nanette Barto, well, the guy Sykes is a Syracuse U grad 1977 and gets his big start with the creation of MTV 1980. There’s a long list of events for his life that end up with the current events. I’ve done shows on his iHeartMedia K4HD that tell of Jack and the Kennedy’s the moon landing 1969, the Dear Draft Board letter to Syracuse decoded tell of Janis Joplin, Moon Quest Abel….other decoded missives tell of Robert Abel, Geer’s dad & more. Here I am, today, confident I know I have Jack’s secret rare, Eisenhower Eagle D 1971 Type 1 converted into a spy coin that needs keys to open it. If you coin collectors think the 1971 D Type 1 is rare, how about a one of a kind made for Jack Tarrance via Nixon Admin that has a purposely made section on the obverse for a “key” and there’s another “key” (not seen in the pictures!) needed to open it? With or without the “JFK NASA Autopsy pics” this coin is worth millions! Billions? Why? How many movies that cost millions to make and distribute have been made from JFK’s murder, cold cases like Zodiac, Texas Killing Fields? This coin is worth millions! Will I see the money that Jack said his coin was worth in the late 1970s to at least 1986 via this blog? Will anyone? Time will tell, if I live on and I have faith that I will. Do you know how many people have died over these dirty secrets? Neither do I but I hope I don’t end up being among a cold case list like that of, this time of the blog: Laura Miller, Dean & Tina Clouse, Heidi Fye, Audrey Cook, Michelle Garvey. 10/13/22 Yes. It Takes Keys To Open The 1971 D Type 1 Eisenhower Eagle

This is to prove that I do own it now. That is my left hand holding it. See the key hole by Eisenhower’s back of the neck? There’s another “Key” that helps open it. It takes more than one key to open it. I may open it and take closeups with me holding it but I am concerned about damaging it. It does have the biometric-esque fingerprint which may be another “key” to Jack Tarrance items. The JFK Autopsy Pics? Microfilm/Microform? Microfilm of Marilyn Monroe murder & Elizabeth Short murder (see The World According To Jack Tarrance). My theory is that since Jack was not turned in between April 2006 and his time of death August 26, 2006 is that he went somewhere that would take his biometric key and secured what ever could fit in this and probably more in a secret location. Is the clue in Jack Tarrance Bruce Ivins 2006 letter- Fort Detrick? Princeton, NJ? Let’s really get the seekers of DB Cooper’s money going! Even though I believe the majority of the money was used in the operations (see the book! some of it is brought up in the blog here) there is a sum of $50,000 for a down payment on the moving of CIA microfilm and data (as per decoded Jack’s world). Let’s hope that the truth revealed by simply decoding the evidence & the anagramable ciphers (there’s a few in the book) & surprising never seen before decoded missives that aren’t at the 2 blogs this year will be a success as-in THE COLD CASES GET CLOSED! This is John & Reve Walsh time to be seen for who and what they really are. The same for the late corrupt detectives: Dave Toschi & Ken Narlow. The same for Hollywood created Icons like Bette Midler. The same for Jimmy Hoffa, Sam Giancana, corrupt politicians and CPS, DCF……amongst America’s most evil.

I may be taking a brief vacation for about 1 to 2 weeks. So may or may not be back at the latest blog. Honestly, I don’t do “vacations” well. I keep being driven to decode what I can and help solve the cold cases by revealing the victims stories. Keep checking back!

It’s on Barnes & Noble, Amazon.com and it just got published! Do you know how hard it is to get into the Barnes & Noble online field? For the first book: “The World According To Jack Tarrance” many issues, stalls and what I went through with requests to review and edit the paperback & hardcover! Then for “DB Cooper Solved” it seemed to take forever! That said, this book was cleared immediately by the 2 big online retailers and there’s more to come! It must be what they, the major online retailers think should be a best seller!? The context matter of unmasking such dark souls like John & Reve Walsh and the pals? Hope the many cases brought up in the book that much but NOT ALL of it can be seen at this blog! Nice to know that Bette Midler Hocus Puke Up 2 is a flop. IF only she’d fess up about The Doodler and what she knows instead of staying silent for her disgusting career! Check back later. I have got some good things to share here.

10/26/22 I Will Be Updating This Latest Blog Soon

Been having to take some time off. I didn’t realize I did actually more than one book this year! Glad to see the victims stories are in published. Sad to note here though that I have not heard anything from Tim Miller. It makes me wonder about him especially when I know that he did work with John Walsh on the Natalie Holloway case. I now know that John Walsh can’t be trusted, his cocaine crap of using it and smuggling it and selling it and then I understand through Dennis Kaufman’s own experiences with Tim Miller that using cocaine was a thing with Miller. Dennis told me that when he met with him in Texas circa 2010, he saw Tim did some coke. So am I and others are going to find out more about as to why Jack taunted Tim Miller in the 2005 letters? That said, if Tim is really wanting justice for his daughter, he should be looking into CASASANTA. I know that just because some drugs were witnessed by Dennis and that Tim has a published past about his going down the debauchery hole for years after finding Laura died before deciding to do Equusearch that this shouldn’t be an obstacle of getting justice for Laura unless one has something to hide. I feel so dissillusioned again. I thought John Walsh was a good guy with a past but NOPE. He is scum! It’s just an image. Is that the same for Miller? If you read this blog, Tim, prove me wrong and persue Casasanta, get justice for Laura and so many others!

Will be posting more on the 1986 decoded message solve. Was hoping to post more on the last message sent by Jack Tarrance in the alleged April 2006 Ivins Letter and Envelope but I found a gaping hole as-in there is more to this message not published. Let’s just say it’s something not noted in any findable searchable FBI files. The FBI labeled Ivins as the Anthrax 2001 mailer without any trial…..well….Ivins dies (suicide?) before any conviction. SO? What is missing? I think I know but can’t publish it for now. Keep checking back!

11/15/22 I Am Still Taking A Breather BUT Will Be Back This Week

I am getting ready for a busy time period of being a podcast guest (Nanette Barto’s Show K4HD), decoding and updating decoded missives, the FOURTH book that will include solves I have yet completed (1980s? 1990s) regarding Texas I-45 Killer Cases. The evidence tells the story and so who knows which story will be told first after 1986? Only the work done by hand will unravel that journey. Until then, a reminder: It is now icy cold in my area and I am still trying to rebuild after Clayton Fire 2016. It’s a hellhole here but my town people and locals know what we mean when we say we love our hellhole area because your heart is where your home is or once was and will be again.

11/21/22 I Had A Scary Vehicle Accident Last Week

So? I thought I was going to be back online at my blog but this event definitely derailed me. Anybody who knows people that went thru fires will understand that anything that can explode and burst into flames is something we are quite nervous about. That said, with our very cold weather returning here, I felt it was best to get some propane just for cooking and to help offset energy use in the morning that would help warm up my place that I live in. I went right after I posted on the 15th to go get some propane for my tank. I went to a place called Browns RV on Hwy 53 Lower Lake, bought 5 gallons, secured it as best as I could in a back seat of my van. I left and proceeded down hwy 53, turned onto Jesse Street only doing about 10 miles/hour & sped up to go 25 mph when all of a sudden my front end dropped to the pavement namely on the passenger side. Sparks were flying and smoke but I suddenly came to a halt. I was spastic! Fearful that this would set my vehicle on fire with me in it and the propane was in the back seat! I got out and was calling 911 because now, despite no vehicle fire, idiots were coming off of Hwy 53 whipping around the turn and nearly rear-ending my stalled vehicle that could not be driven out of the way or off the street. I kept on getting kicked off of 911 more than once, especially when the first dispatcher thought I meant that my front bumper fell off when I said I lost my front end and it dropped to the pavement and the last call was a rude dispatcher after being transferred by another dispatch office when they asked me twice if I was unsafe while waiting for a tow and I said ‘YES! I’ve propane in the back seat and people keep almost rear-ending my vehicle and I am off the street but few feet away!!!’ ‘Mam. Mam…it’s only a yes or no answer!’ Click (hang up). To add to the chaos, I had almost 12 gallons of gasoline in my gas tank. My vehicle was a fiery event that could have happened at any moment. Well, I realized in between calls that I would need a flatbed tow. So, while waiting for the tow and wondering why there is no CHP helping to alert traffic of the hazard as fools try to quickly turn onto Jesse, I was the one yelling at people to slow down and watch out! The reason this intersection is very busy for our semi-rural area is that it is in a populated area of Lower Lake/Clearlake and 1/2 the county has kids that go to the 3 Lower Lake, CA schools just few blocks away: Elementary, Middle & High Schools. The Flatbed tow truck was on it’s way but it would be a harrowing 20 minutes or so until it came. Then, to top it off, when the driver came, he said that the CHP was parked up at a usual spot near hwy53 & hwy29 junction just few blocks away. It would have been nice if the dispatcher got the info out to the CHP and they only drove about 5 blocks….but….the female dispatcher was rude and hung up on me refusing to get CHP there. After all that, I had to have the disabled, undrivable vehicle towed to my street because of the propane that had to be removed and setup, safely attached so I can cook, have some occasional heat in the icy mornings. The events that transpired quickly on the 15th overtook any plans I had that day and the rest of the week. Of course, I had to make arrangements to get it towed to be repaired for the next day. Really strange to suddenly not have a vehicle or any real help to get places for a few days but I managed. 11/2016 until 7/2018 I didn’t have power, heat and A/C as a fire victim with 3 farm cats living on my property with odd jobs, selling my belongings at a flea market…. then my car stopped functioning, so no dependable car for months while I decoded and worked on my first book…..ah…but that’s a whole other harsh to deal with story yet I figured I managed thru that, I can deal with a couple of days without my trusty van.

I hope to be getting back to decoding more and presenting what I may have left out on these blogs this week BUT IT IS THANKSGIVING WEEK. That said, for those very, interested in my latest book: “America’s Most Evil” there are some Political decodes and a number of them are 21st Century in it not seen at the blogs! 11/26/22 Vietnam Born Tot Harriman “Missing” 2001 & Mysterious Origin Vietnam Born Kathy Nguyen Anthrax Victim 2001

I wondered for years if the 2 women who left Vietnam same day, Fall of Saigon, worked in the Hotel industry there, were the same person born circa early 1940s. Tot Harriman, there’s stories about her but very, few pictures and there’s decoded missives that bring about Tot in the World According To Jack Tarrance book. There’s in my blogs that Jack says he will get even with Tot for what happened to Vietnam’s dead man Jesse James Coon in 1968. Kathy Nguyen is a basically a complete mystery. She shows up in New York but nobody knows anything about her, she dies of Anthrax Halloween 2001. The one picture of her with bracelets and jewelry and then the Texas Missing Persons report that tell of bracelets and jewelry. That said, will only post some pictures for now because I am almost done with a decode of one of the 2001 Anthrax Letters & Envelope where Jack says…..well….just wait and see! It will shock you!

11/30/22 I Ran Into Another Snag

When the New York Post Editor letter & envelope was published by the FBI, Voigts Zodiac .com site was a buz with THIS IS FROM THE ZODIAC KILLER. I was on that site with Dennis Kaufman under aliases. Dennis as KennyKilgore said that’s his stepdads handwriting and of course anyone who agreed with KennyKilgore got bashed to hell and back. So? Why am I now decoding this and almost done? I’ve been taking a much needed break from decoding but something started to nag me and I wondered which decoded missives I should restart to finish or just start a new one as they all seem to somehow circle back to when Jack and his crew were working as a team. I fell asleep for the night last week, started dreaming of this letter and working on decoding it and the others IN A DREAM. Jack was egging me on to do this one!? I physically while awake started to try to decipher this envelope and it took several days. I ran into a snag. It says something when deciphering it that, well, when I am finished, will probably be redacted yet end up in the next book. It does link way back to 1968 and then into 1975 where Jack says Jesse James Coon will be avenged (see previous blogs), that Tot Tran will become a cold case July 12,2001 because of what happened to Vietnam Mekong Delta military man Coon in the car. It does appear to say that Vietnamese Tot and Vietnamese Nguyen are the same person and it is in 2001 that she dies. It is a long standing theory that Tot Tran Harriman is a Texas I-45 Killer victim. So here I am working on a 2001 Anthrax letter to New York Post and her name as Tot Tran comes up and well….the rest will be posted soon but with redaction. I am working on other decoded missives that I mentioned about recently at this part of my sites blogs. All that said, I have much reason to believe that Bruce Ivins was mailing anthrax at one point late 1990s and maybe this is where Jack got some ideas of how to do it, yet, Bruce Ivins did not mail this N.Y. Post Editor envelope and letter. I am very enthusiastic at attempting the other known 3 2001 Anthrax letters that Nanette Barto has done exams on saying according to her expert analysis it is Jacks handwriting. Did Jack have a crew in 2001 and work with others? Will there be names surfacing by deciphering and unraveling and will it link back somehow to Texas I-45 Killer cases???? 12/5/22 This Deciphering of NY Post 2001 Anthrax Letter & Envelope Is BIG!

It may end up proving the 2 women are different but with much in common: Born c 1940, hotel industry & renting rooms, apartments, left same day as Saigon Fell 1975. That said, I am wondering what is going on Jack’s mind as-if he’s under a spell or a Operation Midnight Climax robotic key word or events triggering him. He’s a very, intelligent man and I strongly believe that under normal circumstances, he would know how insane it is to attempt sending a weapon of mass destruction through the mail. Where did the money come for such a series of events, too? I may have the answer in the solve of this complex decode. There were 2 different levels of anthrax sent, they were Ames Strain but one was much less than %100 to NY Post & NBC Brokaw, the other was insanely clearly meant to kill Senators or maybe all of the US Senate AND he says why he went after American Media Bob Stevens with that lethal amount as well as Kathy Nguyen. So,…..keep checking back…..this is taking a while because it is not a set of stamped envelopes. Just the NY Post one is proving to be complex to do but it will get done, presented with some redaction to be saved for a later reveal either by book or another blog or both. It would be more easier if it was just stamps and an envelope which is time consuming to decipher. Thanks for reading!

12/7/22 Something Bittersweet Good & Bad Has Come Up In My Life

As readers and followers of what I do know, I and my family lost everything in a fire August 2016 and I really believed I had no home to go back to, so did members of my family. My cousins on my Aunt Lorraine’s side only had the shirts on their back, their cars, their jobs/income, their pets left after that terrible event. I try to not go into too much personal details about me, my family and what an ordeal it has been to try to get past just that one fire but to my surprise, I just found out how evil and heartless people can be by deception and fraud and I am suing somebody to get them out of a place they’ve been illegally living in that HAS MY NAME ON IT AS LEGAL OWNER! My cousin would still be alive if this inhuman piece of crap had been honest about not completing the sale between my Aunt Lorraine……who I was her caregiver at the time of an agreement made and now deceased 2014…..ah….well….I will be quite busy suing this person and/or others to get out of a home that we who lost our everything could have moved into in Lake County, CA. The stress of living in evac center and hotel and being homesick for a family home gave my cousin a heart attack. I had neighbors in my town who had heart attacks and dropped dead trying to deal with the stress of property loss, evac centers and recovery from a fire by attempting to rebuild (Insurance companies, lines for everything to even get pets/farm animals needs, food, water, shelter, food cards, social services system assistance and more that only fire victims will understand). I am in the process of dealing with what this inhuman scoundrel did to me and my family that goes back over a decade. Will probably explain more on this later but I have a home in my name and the shock has been incredible the past 2 days. I have to pay back taxes for what this creep did to my now late Aunt and I (our names are on the property) and this person/persons will be facing eviction for Christmas. These events I have to deal with will be quite time consuming. I will try to carve out time to continue what I love doing: unraveling Jack’s world and revealing the victims stories but this will take a back seat yet, I believe I will be doing podcasts with Nanette Barto and this will be about what has already been solved and in my books. As you can see, I am trying to leave out my on going details of an ordeal, a life as a fire victim and leave out how emotional it has been and place my family and their ordeals before mine. Did you know that they only gave fire victims without insurance and no FEMA assistance (if you don’t “qualify”) food cards and limited Social Services assistance? You can’t buy toilet paper with a food card. You can’t buy gas to get food on a food card especially if you live in a rural to semi-rural area where being independent with your own vehicle matters in every normal way of life that is now gone due to a fire that burned your place down in just minutes. Your food card can be under $100 for the month or if you are lucky and “qualify” it’s under $200 but if you are used to buying more than that per/month as a normal person living life in California, that in itself is a shock after the loss of your everything you lived at and in. The carving out of an existance that must immediately start after finding out you only had $80 left, no way to pay rent, nothing….your golden years nest egg….all burned down and gone and you have to find a way to get the little-ist things that most people take for grantid.

12/27/22 Hope All My Readers Had A Nice Christmas

Here’s to hoping a wonderful New Year happens! I am still dealing with the eviction process but also have had some serious setbacks such as accidents & needed tows. Had to resort to local taxi service and that is expensive but I got to deal with it. No friends or family to help me here. Sorry to be so bleak but much of my family I came to live up here with is dead, same with some very wonderful friends as they too have passed on. I learned how to survive from them, so I will get thru this adversity. I had no vehicle for Christmas, so could not be with my sister who has her senior citizen issues, too. But I may be moving soon, will be near her. My vehicle is old and has had issues, hope to get it up and running soon. I need the vehicle as it’s necessary to be self sufficiant in a rural to semi-rural area like my county is. Anyway, I will be trying to get back to my blog as soon as this series of events calms down. I am hoping to be moving soon and this will open up a whole other types of obstacles to jump over and go around in the next several months. To top it off, we are starting the new year with several days of rain, already got the first of many Atmospheric Rivers underway. Our creeks have been dry and even last year they didn’t run at all for about a year. Now, they will run and be at banks level and possibly jump them, yet Clear Lake has plenty of room for excess rain runoff. Looks like after years of little to no rain, it’s going to be raining alot and at times will be too much at once. All that said, my readers may notice some changes in the blog as it looks like I will be coming to you from a different part of the county next year. Anyway…..keep checking back. Happy New Year!

I may be getting back to working on a planned book that got started last year. Also, haven’t really heard anything from authorities I sent my books of solves to. It is a sad day to know that there is so much corruption and evil out there that has it’s roots decades ago. Keep checking back!

4/13/23 RFK Jr Mentioned About 2001 Anthrax Attacks Recently

It’s a speech and I found it on Twitter, a video, but it stated that the coincidence of two Senators had gotten Anthrax sent to the Senate building and a reporter who was doing a story in regards to the newly drafted up Patriot Act, that Leahy & Daschle voted against it. It’s a coincidence to me as this is in line with the things I was working on before getting definitely sidetracked by Civil Court & eviction process issues. I know that Jack Tarrance was a person who kept up with Bobby Kennedy, his boss, son. Hope to be back on track, soon. I hope to be in my home, soon, too.

That said, I will be printing this book before my new planned book. I had sold a few copies that were self-published very, locally in Lake County and had brought copies, sold some, to Judyth Vary Baker JFK Conferences 2014 & 2015:

No free ride as an adult and it was ok by me.

5/5/23 Will Be Moving This Blog to…

part 2 & more. I’ve been silenced re: my home. So? California has a cancer that’s overtaking it and I will be dealing with that. I’m to stop dreaming of rebuilding after a fire and having a normal home life. I’m homeless last 6 years on my burned down property. I am accepting that I will stay homeless. The past 6 months has opened my eyes as to how bad it is for an American in California. Keep checking back. Will be finishing the NY Post 2001 Anthrax communication & publish the revelations.b

5/13/23 Part 2 Coming Soon But Until Then…..

I want to thank the many new readers and upticks in views re: Twitter events involving the sad truth of what Meghan Walsh, her kids, are going through. The roots of the causes are in the older past of the John & Reve Walsh issues I didn’t plan on finding but did via decoding the evidence of: Santa Rosa Hitchhiker Murders, Franz Valley Murders, The Doodler & Texas i-45 Killer cases. Below are some pics of the latest few days of stats and take note that there is many views from Canada! It’s hopefully because people are interested in the true crime events re: Canadian Dennis Arthur Simpson who I found out through Jack’s world (his crew, Nixon, Ford & more!) was a wonderful, dear friend of the Davis’s, namely Carolyn Nadine Davis, her dad and the dog. Dennis A. Simpson came down to help them, witnessed Kursa crimes….ah…read the blog. It’s a sad outcome for Davis’s & Simpson but here’s to hoping the cases get closed. Keep checking back. Who Was Jesse James Coon? 5/17/23 Why Is Jack Avenging Him?

According to Avenue of 444 Flags site: Jesse had a rare assignment in Vietnam. 9th Infantry Division HQ and HQ Company to play in the divisions band. He was part of the Rivertine Force, recieved Meritorious Unit Citation for support of Combat Ops Mekong Delta. He’s born 8/30/47 to Billy Coon, Jr and Mrs Anna Roman Coon. Attended Farrell High School and graduated from Hickory High School 1966. Worked for Sharon (PA) General Hospital and The General American Transportation Corp. Enter Military Service October 1966. Vietnam tour started 2/5/1968. His Division was in Operation Palm Beach. 3rd Brigade 9th Infantry Division Army Unit and if I understand correctly- Dinh Tuong Province, IV Corps South Vietnam. So, from date: 01/06/67 to 05/31/67 the 3rd Brigade 9th Inf Div conducted this “Search and Destroy Ops” while providing security for the development of the new base camp at Dong Tam. They claimed 570 known enemy casualties. That said…..it is the Operation Palm Beach that seems to stand out. Maybe he was CIA? His tour dates officially beginning in Feb 1968 don’t match up to the previous dates. So, if this is just an Military error, my apologies but the Kennedy’s family estate where JFK wrote his inaugural speech WAS IN PALM BEACH Florida. The Future planned Winter White House: Mar-a-lago IN PALM BEACH FLORIDA. Alot of people associated with the other millionaires & billionaires were and still are there. Hoffa connections were there and I will try to list them but one was a General Motors top man. Anyway, to me, Operation Palm Beach stands out for many reasons. The Riverines was a joint Army & Navy force that comprised a substantial part of brown-water navy. the Dong Tam Base Camp had a floating base of the Mekong River and played a key role in the Tet Offensive. Tet Offensive Phase 1 is 1/31/68 to 3/28/68 and this is the time frame of Jesse starting his Vietnam tour. When I see Tet Offensive time frame, I know that Jack Tarrance brings up Tet Offensive in the Zodiac era communications, namely the laborious massive (my work) decode of the combination of z408 & z340 that is in The World According To Jack Tarrance. I know that Jack’s son Denny was in Navy Vietnam but I believe that was 1969 and without finding the clarity, yet, of his son’s tour of duty, I am leaving that out as a connection for now. Logically, if Jesse was a family member Navy pal, well, this could be a more personal reason to be avenging Jesse. That said the two standout reasons for me is: Operation Palm Beach & Tet Offensive.

The Meritorious Unit Citation is, if I understand correctly, as far as Army: awarded to units (Army) who show exceptional meritorious conduct in performance of duties for a period of at least 6 months during conflict with an armed enemy. This does not match up to the official tour date started 2/5/68 and Jesse was killed in April 1968. This emblem is 1 7/16″ wide and 9/16″ high, has a 1/16 gold frame with laurel leaves which encloses a scarlet 67111 ribbon. That shape and size may match up with something Jack sent via messages? In code? Rectangular shape on an envelope? Letter? Well? Looks like I got some work to catch up on. Chuck Hagel served in 9th Inf Div as Sgt E-5 and served as an infantry squad leader 1967-1968, his younger brother Tom also served and are believed to be the only American siblings to ever do so. Chuck Hagel was a Senator 1/3/97 to 1/3/09. The 2001 Anthrax Letters and Senators….wow. Also, another wow! — After being a staffer for Congressman McCollister 1971-1977 & lobbyist for Firestone Tire & Rubber Co, 1980 he served as an organizer for California Governor Reagan Presidential campaign! 5/23/23 Still Trying Work On Just WHY JESSE JAMES COON

The date of when alleged Doodler Victim: Warren Andrews is found may be a clue. Warren Andrews born 8/9/22 and died 8/22/75 was found in a pool of blood April 27, 1975, a Sunday. The date of Jesse James Coon demise is April 23, 1968. Warren Andrews information is that he was found unconscious but I can’t find any info on what date he went missing. Warren was a San Bruno, California U.S.P.S. Lawyer, lived in Milbrae, California, worked as an Attorney in Tacoma, Washington 20 years prior to working in San Bruno. That said, the other clues may lie in AWOL George “Marty” Allen also of Vietnam war era and Fredrick Chapin USN Vietnam Veteran. Who were the 4 that Jesse James Coon is believed to have saved with grabbing the grenade or at least that is what I believe I located online via searches that he saved not only the driver but others by grabbing and trying to toss the grenade. With all that said, I’ve honestly found nothing yet on Jesse James Coon parents as-in when were they born, where, dates married, etc. BUT what I did find was a coincidental information on a top secret James Huntington Coon b 11/19/1914 & d3/10/96 who looks alot like Jesse, has twin brothers Jesse & Julius Coon and all are from just miles where Jesse James the Outlaw is from: Liberty, Clay County, Missouri. James Huntington Coon worked on Trinity and Manhattan Project (something very much associated with Jack Tarrance era), James H. Coon worked on NASA Vela Hotel Satellites 1963, well all the way up 1970 and this has to do with JFK as the partial Test Ban Treaty compliance with use of these satellites signed 8/5/63 by Dean Rusk & Soviet USSR’s Gromyko. Not much info on this top secret James H. Coon but the JFK connections including W. Averell Harriman (Tot Harriman in-law?) took part in the negotians for this treaty. W. Averell Harriman was a former Ambassador to the Soviet Union at the time who after 1963 very deeply involved with the Vietnam War under LBJ.

Looks like in order to get a better understanding of just why Jesse James Coon is being avenged by Jack all the way into 2001 and getting Tot Harriman 2001, I may have to try to decode William Andrews evidence. Finding William Andrews unconscious suggests a strong theory that his attack happened a day or more earlier. Could it be April 23, 1975 that he was attacked? Could it be that since some online information suggests that he was attempted to be stabbed, fought back and that didn’t work to assail him to death so then a bludgeoning occured thus possibly different days? Back to the surname Coon and NASA connections. Another one is Darryl D Coon and this person has connections to AMES Research Center, has publications dating back to 1969 under things like Quark-Gluon coupling, trajectories, Unstable Particles, Two Body Inelastic…etc……image processing? Very, complex issues found under Vision, Science & Technology NASA. Well…..I am pressed for time, again so check back later! This is what I love doing! Being a voice for the dead and getting their stories told.

May 26 2023 It’s Personal! But Also A Duty

I have been actively working on decoding the little known facts but very important details that are achieved by following the clues: Warren Andrews, ALLEDGED Doodler Victim. He’s alledged to be one but my hard work is unraveling an amazing truth. Let’s start with alot of the findable evidence presented on various online sites: Born August 9, 1922 Seneca Township Illinois; San Bruno, CA USPS Lawyer who worked 20 years as an attorney in Tacoma Washington, resided in Millbrae, CA; Harvard Law Degree; found April 27, 1975 unconscious at Lands End (a park within The Golden Gate National Recreation area) bleeding in a pool of blood under overhanging brush; bludgeoned with a rock and a tree branch; left for dead; approximately 1.5 miles north of Ocean Beach; (found) not far from June 24, 1975 murder victim Jae Stevens and Klaus Christmann July 7, 1974 murder victim areas; lay in coma, died approximately two months later June 22, 1975; 52 years old.

Below is a picture submitted to a newspaper agency so I believe this is from SF Chronicle and Warren sister had it. The clipping? From Union Ill or Seattle papers? Will try to verify this soon. Below this is news orgs screen shots like Fox News & The Hill (pressed for time so hope to clarify better soon) Lastly….his nephew Alan R. Andrews, a US Marine Vietnam veteran. He plays a role in what I hope to present by next week. Jesse James Coon…..was personal for Jack and why he avenged him. Check back!!!!

5/30/23 It Was Personal And Here It Is:

It’s a message for President Ford in Washington DC. Warren Andrews, according to Jack’s world, was killed because his Vietnam war nephew Allan was friends with Fredrick Capin (also killed 1975 but by Hilliard), Jessie James Coon had just saved his US Navy son Denny 4/23/68 and Coon medals were sent to Warren sister Nancy for Ad Usum or For Use and in this case would mean ‘personal use’. To see the hint that the recently created under Nixon 1972 “The Golden Gate National Recreation Area” was for use to go after intended Hoffa & Giancana related targets of Nixon/Ford Administrations is spine tingling. The decoded evidence, which I will elaborate more on soon, is a recap of events from 1973, mainly Bill Hilliard “Doodler” events and the Warren Andrews event NOT A DOODLER event, then an update on very current June/July 1975 events of Giancana being killed and Hoffa dead, too AND hairdresser Allen was next killed October by “Doodler”.

In my opinion, Jack is stalling when it comes to what exactly happened to Hoffa because he was not a witness to Frank Sheeran killing him and knew it was to be an Inkster Road location somewhere in Michigan. This prediction is seen as early as Zodiac era decodes I did so check out the other parts of my blogs or better yet BUY MY BOOKS to have long lasting for decades to centuries print book copies. To see Barry Manilow name in this, was a surprise. It’s true that the then basically unknown star had produced 1940 “Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy” with Bette Midler singing all the tracks. He worked alot with Midler back then. I gather you can tell that one of the biggest code key phrase was Andrews Sisters. FYI, “Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy” premiered on an Abott And Costello movie “Buck Privates” in 1940 pre-WWII and I believe it was meant to be a comedic novelty tune but WWII occurred and it was a very important USO wartime song to so many people all the way into the Korean War era. Anyway, will have to post about this clue and more soon.

If I recall correctly, at some point, 1975 Warren Andrews was on a Graysmith Zodiac list but since so much time has evolved and the Zodiac true crime industry has spun in so many odd directions, may not be easy to find now. That said, much of what I used as ‘evidence’ was found via newspaper accounts relay (some other true crime sites relaying same info like what has happened with Santa Rosa Hitchhiker & Franz Valley & Texas I-45 cases…. just to name a few) of the same basics pertaining to the case. Of course the main newspaper source may be the SF Chronicle archived info that was used in the attempt to sensationalize “The Doodler” and Warren Andrews being officially named as a Doodler Victim in now online Chronicle source & then other online publications. What I can say is that the old newspaper clipping that had all those other names played a vital role in finding a side door into why he was killed and who did it. All the while I was searching for more info, I could feel it that I would find out why Jack Tarrance was avenging Jesse James Coon and I did. Warren Andrews case was like a code key that would tell the story as Andrews case was done. Before I go, please check the other blogs that bring up about Tot Harriman, that Jack says he’s to make her a cold case July 12,2001 avenging SP4 U.S. Army’s Jessie James Coon. This circles back right into the Texas I-45 cases and she’s on the list, yet somehow connected to other victims that were killed by others like Abel etc but not Jack Tarrance. I am pressed for time again. If you readers could only know what is happening in my private life, you’d understand my situation that I won’t let stop me from decoding Tarrance world. I just have to work around the terrible situation.

6/2/23 I tried to update this blog yesterday & it failed. Hope to fix it soon. Testing, 1,2,3….testing…..

Hope this works, today. I wanted to explain the process of how I came up with Warren Andrews solve and lost the whole 2 hours worth of work! I theorized that if I treat it like the Franz Valley Murders, Santa Rosa Hitchhiker Murders, Texas I-45 Killer cases, The Doodler cases…..try to use the same method: Full name, parents names, limited but to the point of employment as seen in newspapers like Obits….I might get somewhere. I did!

I felt the Andrews Sisters and Tacoma might be a clue, too, so….Tacoma! Well, that is Bing Crosby home town. He worked with Andrews Sisters WWII, Korean War and USO tours with big names like Bob Hope, Marilyn Monroe were on the USO shows…..AND Bing Crosby lived in the Bay Area 1965 ’till death 1977. Bing did local shows at Laguna Honda (home for the aged and those in temporary convelescant care). Anyway, I looked into Warren Andrews family names on the obit clipping, found the full names of parents, looked into his family some more, found the VIETNAM 1968 connection, A MARINE (think Fredrick CAPIN who allegedly saved Marines), from there I was confident I found a key to open the direction of the message. —-As I type this, I am having trouble updating!—- WHAT IS HAPPENING? Why can’t I update this WARREN ANDREWS blog?…..OKAY? Back to it: I’ll try to be more to the point? The part of where ‘Lands End Park is Within the Golden Gate National Recreation Area’ came from one of the new online news sources and I can’t recall which one BUT it was an important tidbit because it was created under NIXON circa 1972 and the Doodler cases do appear to be within it or very close to it. This would be a Federal connection and explain more on how these events 1973-1975 happened and are still claimed to be cold cases. They, under Nixon and Ford were going after people connected to Hoffa & Giancana and were trying to clear the field of them to get to Hoffa & Giancana.

Alot of the other information like ‘found under overhanging brush’ and ‘1.5 miles north of Ocean Beach’ were located in, I believe publications and sites relaying the same info like Paywall SF Chronicle which is now owned by Hearst people, yet, has alot of archived stories. The same relayed info is the style used by many true crime sites so it is familiar territory to try to use it as a code key phrase to help unlock the message.

When the process got under way, I saw the anagram of a familiar trusted mob informant source: Bobby The Cook (aka Robert Gentile) and I believed it was going to be a recap of events leading up to mid 1975 and this worked but to see such detail evolving that included the then basically unknown Barry Manilow producing the new ARC star Midler 1940 Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy…..wow! I was confident I was finding the message meant for President Ford. I must tell you, alot of code key phrases at a first level turned up to be needed to get the real message found at a 3rd or even 4th level.

Sorry if I am seeming to be not on track with this post but I keep on having to pause and publish in sections like I am being barred or banned from updating it. ABove picture is some of the 14 pages of work I did by hand to get the right message Jack was sending via his connections back to Ford. First I had ‘Rover Oak Park 8 six bullets’ but then that first level evolved into ‘Ruff (dog) ate six Tarrance bullets’ and that validated an earlier Zodiac era solve predicting Dog Giancana will eat Jack’s 6 bullets ( see the blog & buy my books!)

The part where the evidence said ‘not far from Stevens and Christmann (crime scenes etc) came from, again, relayed info from I believe the main Paywall Chronicle old archived information brought up last year as a new story…..alot of Warren Andrews info was brought up online & other news outlets but as a Doodler Victim not like what I recall Graysmith Zodiac list (old MBs) had as a Zodiac Killer victim. IF I recall right, many of what became sensationized as the New Doodler cases were on Graysmith list. The info of ‘survived knife attack’ came from various relayed info online but again if it is repeated I found it might be worth a try to include it in the attempt of decoding the evidence and clues. It worked! The story of a knife found not too far from Andrews….well….it might have been a clue, a hint of the Doodler crimes but this is a Zodiac Jack personal vendetta.

Hoffa being a FEAR FAN….well that validates the old Zodiac era solve I did (envelope decoded?) where Jack is saying they are going to kill Fear Fan Hoffa 1975. Some other decoded missives I did like the 13th Victim card (see my blog! Search and read! Buy my books!) & other solves he’s saying something about predicting an Inkster road location. SO here in this Warren Andrews solve, ‘…….Inkst..r….road’.

Well? Before I lose this post (yep….having trouble and I believe I shouldnt be), I found out that Warren Andrews family was connected to the newspaper business (typesetting, classifieds) and one of Jesse Coons brothers was in Vietnam, too. I added an “i” to Jesse and it fit because many people spell the name Jesse with the added “i”. Did Denny’s friend spell it like that? We may never know because he died so young. That said, lastly, Jesse Coon was in Vietnam 3rd Brigade 9th Infantry Division working closely with Navy Seals to ferret out the enemy. He was smart. So was he a bloodline of the very, intelligent Manhatten Project & NASA James H. Coon? Maybe? But it does seem to be that Jack took this event of Denny being saved by him, very personally. Oh? And…Jesse, the member of a Military Band, would be used in USO. Check back soon! Hope this blog can continue! I am going to cetch up on the 2001 Anthrax Envelope I was working on that bring up about Jesse, Tot Harriman & more.

6/6/23 May Do A Barto Show Again

I will be actively on her show, hopefully, alot this summer. Stay tuned. Check her site & podcast: Hit The Road Jack, Finding The Zodiac. She’s onto Jacks Zodiac era letters. I will be doing commentary of the now early work into the letters when I was figuring out Jack’s system(s) and doing my best to get people to understand how the amazing messages were concieved.

Not much to add today about delving back into where I left off last November & December. I am working on the decoding of the 2001 Post Anthrax letter/envelope. Did you know that the prestamped envelopes of that time are like the stamps? Just consider the whole USPS Prestamped Envelope like one giant stamp and identify everything as much as possible, then do the letter, find code keys/code phrases, anagram via trial & error method, go from there, find the message. People actually collect the prestamped envelopes like a stamp collector does. They are very ardent at being detailed about these particular types of USPS envelopes. The work to decode Jack’s world, unravel and present what he has to say for this one envelope will still be time consuming to get it right. What I found out yesterday is that I was making major headway but it stopped 12/4/22 or the day before I was tsunami’d with what ended up being something, well, must stay on track with my work I enjoy doing. Before I go…..The U.S.P.S main office San Bruno, CA is at 1300 Huntington Avenue. 6/13/23 Major Update RE: Nanette Barto Request For Dear Sergeant Lynch Code

I am to do a show with her this Friday: “Hit The Road Jack, Finding The Zodiac” and she requested the 8/4/69 SF Examiner “No Address Letter” AND any solves I may had on the 8/10/69 “Dear Sergeant Lynch Letter/Card”. At first I didn’t have the completed 3 pages of the SF Examiner august 1969 letter, had the first 2 pages done 5 years ago and are in The World According To Jack Tarrance C 2020. I basically told her that the 3rd page was wrong & had to do it now, that I couldn’t promise anything about the Dear Sergeant Lynch card because of what I had did wrong in the 3rd page she never recieved- I somehow got bits and pieces of Cecilia Shepard references and that was not the right message. If recall correctly, I couldn’t locate a 3rd page with the inches and there were markings on it from another site which may have messed me up in the attempt. So, I had attempted doing Sgt Lynch card 5 years ago, got possibilities of it saying something about Hartnell & Shepard but since this was same time period, I doubted I could get a message by her deadline. WOW! Was I wrong! I had just started getting my feet wet into cracking Jacks Zodiac system(s) and page 2 of SF Examiner 8/4/69 letter was my 9th decode of place the letter page over the compressed sections of the 3 part cipher aka z408, check for odd punctuation, mispelt, scratched out….. match up code symbols/code key(s) then anagram to get solve. I was noticing it was best to use the Sgt Lynch Code Key page was the best code symbol and code Keys to use as it did look like Jacks writing and better choices were there. Here it is found 54 years later that the Dear Sergeant Lynch code Key page sent along with the card is that the CARD/LETTER is an anagram telling how to unravel the Zodiac secrets and decode more by placing the letter above the 3 part puzzle code…..weelllll….JUST SEE FOR YOURSELF! IT WAS AND IS JUST AN ANGRAM!

303 symbols (not including some of periods) Message says: “P.I./ Private Investigator Lynch: We avenge WWII Kennedys Bobby’s Marilyn Monroe. FYI/For Your Information, combine newspaper PUZZLE code sections together, place “Zodiac” letter over it, watch for mispelt word/words, odd punctuation, meet code symbols, choose which key then anagram to solve puzzle thus witnessing one get it pre-future before eyes, THEE “Zodiac” do his thing! I.E. to die: Bryan Hartnell, Cecilia Shepard, P. Stine, N/Nurse Lass, Wisconsin International Brotherhood T/Teamsters U/Union MR. Hoffa”

As you can see the main contrived message I left out the word PUZZLE but the decoded section has it. And, there is some missing “A’s” & one “B” well that could easily be fixed by noting that back in the days before “Whiteout” one would often hit the correct letter and backspace thus several “A” strikes over the “I” in signature (signiature) AND one of the “B’s” may have been hit twice in the card/letter sent to Lynch. This was sent in August and the Lake Berryessa event did happen 9/26/69, Hartnell survived & Shepard did not. Stine dies October 11, 1969. Lass is killed 1970, Hoffa is killed (see the many decodes here) 1975.

Yes. The Zodiac or chess time symbol goes over code symbols and their key(s).

The long awaited 3rd page of the SF Examiner 8/4/69 letter tells of it being meant for ‘Richard Nixon, (that after years of ) documents in order: modus operandi, Bum Jimmy Hoffa send Darlene Ferrin to hit Attorney General Robert Kennedy…..ohohoh, I.E., modus operandi I’ll get even: A S.O.B. Stine in San Francisco’.

6/15/23 I’m On A Small Vacation….sort of

I feel like a star now! I mean, I have a motel room, going to do a very, big show tomorrow. I got to do some normal things, like shower, watch TV, go out for dinner. WELL? 6/23/23 Before The Trolls Start Banging—-I Will Start Explaining!

Did you know that the term Hashtag has it’s origons in 1988 Chatrooms & versions of what led up to the internet that we know today….tag hash used for making groups or subject matter come to the top? Look it up but all I can start off with my explanations of this decode that is that when I was basically done with decoding this NYP 2001 envelope & letter the 2nd # didn’t fit anywhere and knowing Jack, it was something to identify. I knew I saw something about this symbol over the years and since it has to do with 1988, a year that Jack Tarrance sent the “Shauna Must Die” code and communication to a Connecticut location with a Stamford CT postmark, I want to leave this main decode at Tag Hash but for the sake of the trolls that may want to slam me for that: Hash Sign works quite well. You see, the among other things I was missing h’s for photos, the 2nd G in George and “as” for the main statement Jack appears to be trying to convey “as Navy Tarrance gag…etc”. If put Hash Sign to identify the #, the word “at” is removed and would best become “Brokaw in 10112”. “Lie” would become “LIES” or “PI Gray Lies”. Also, another reason for my wanting to keep this decode having Tag Hash is that Dennis Kaufman was like many of us online doing true crime and interested in solving crimes believed to be connected to Jack but it was Message Boards, Chatrooms and stepdad Jack Tarrance was very familiar with these things especially since he worked for Hewlett Packard late 1980s. Dennis was often fighting to keep his post on top and not get buried when he was in groups online.

The scan barcode: I believe that the barcode came back as actually Princeton, New Jersey 08650 or was it that there is another barcode? On the back of the envelope? The news events that transpired upon the Anthrax Attacks 2001 did trace the anthrax mailings to Hamilton Twnsp not the Trenton, NJ postmark on the envelope. Keep in mind that JT is expert at faking the envelopes and even he says, in code, that he mailed spores from the US130 Hamilton, USPS. Then there were reports that anthrax was found in mailboxes in Princeton areas. That said, if I leave out this in the very, large anagram 1030+ symbols, I would be missing the 68 for Coon Mekong Delta year, the “PI” for Gray (Jonbenet crime part of the decode), would be missing the “C” in NBC, the “Y” for NGUyEN, the “50” for Daschle 20510, a 6 for the 12/26/96….or better yet, what would be missing that are obviously needed, would spell out Princeton New Jersey 08650.

Now, the description or the identifying everything possible of this one unique envelope: I spent alot of time researching it over the years but mainly last November. Just like Jack and his stamps used over the years, the unique logos found on the envelopes, I needed to identify as much as possible to get the right information to decode it. I found places online where people collect these envelopes just like they collect stamps and it is very important to collectors to know even the tiniest accurate details! The recycle logo symbol is a Mobius Strip and was designed by Gary Anderson 1970! That came in handy! (Gary) Oliva & PI GRAY! I had no idea how important it was going to be to know that the “inicia blue and gray’ part was going to be when it came to Kathy Nguyen Eye Ear Throat worker “scrubs” of this decode. The editor for New York Post was Colin “Col” Allan at the time AND Avenues of the America’s is also know as Sixth Avenue which is a very important piece of information to help in decoding this!

The amount of anthrax that Daschle and Brokaw was sent was %100 military grade Air-Activated and the fact is that New York Post did get a lesser amount, Jack says 30%, mixed with what appeared to be dog food crumbs. This information revealed by decoding via anagram should confirm that Jack Tarrance is the 2001 Anthrax Mailer. As far as why Stevens? Jack is very angry to see someone used his crime and crime scene photos and if I recall correctly, in the supermarket checkout stands there were the headlines that ‘never seen before JonBenet crime scene rug & photos’ were to be read as one waited to pay in line and finally pay for their groceries. Jacks pictures, that may have been including him in them, was in the American Media tabloids and someone was making big bucks off him again. He was seeing that Zodiac cases were garnering MILLIONS of dollars while he had nothing, had already dealt with not getting paid big bucks after Avenging Kennedys, Marilyn Monroe etc with Ferrin, Shepard, Stine, Lass, Hoffa & Giancana & others he and his crew had taken out were gone; DB Cooper events….not paid the money owed/due mid 1970s. So? He is quite angry but also at himself for killing Nora, the love of his life and I got the decodes to tell that truth for Jack. Anyway, he is angry at the world and is not happy seeing a Bush in the White House 2001 after all he did to help protect and save so many political figures pre-1975 like George Bush CIA guy before he became Vice President under Reagan & President after that. It looks as-if he is seeing so much money being made on a mad-man serial killer aspect of a Zodiac Killer and other suspected crimes like Jonbenet (yes, the cold case was at the message board Dennis as Kenny Kilgore was at), Texas I-45 Killer, Black Dahlia….well, he is appearing to become that madman killer if it is worth so much money and hoping that he could leave the money he never got paid as-in reward money for his loved ones like Dennis & family, close friends believing in Dennis and helping him because Jack Tarrance is the one and only REAL ZODIAC KILLER.

This vindicates Nanette Barto who has been chastised over the years for linking Jack’s handwriting to the crimes of Jonbenet Ramsey but here it is: Jack himself confessing in code in this 2001 ANthrax New York Post event that he did kill her but hmmmm???? did he know Gary Oliva who is now incarcerated for something and is trying to recently confess that he had something to do with Jonbenet death? Just to start of: Tot Harriman, she was known for meeting her husband in Vietnam by a a bicycle hit accident. Jack is relaying this vital information. Kathy Nguyen fled Saigon the same time as Totsy. Brokaw was an NBC Correspondent covering the Fall of Saigon 1975. In a Scorpion Cipher sent to America’s Most Wanted, in the decode it says Jonbenet is next, that it has to do with John Ramsey associating with Darlene Ferrin as-in money being seen to kill RFK at the Ambassedor Hotel. JT is still finishing up jobs started in Get Hoffa Squad, getting even, and this is now into the 1990s.Jack Tarrance reportedly worked in association with a Purina animal feed place 1990s (security guard?) but I am not sure, yet, here he is saying he used Purina Dog Food crumbs. Totsy was last seen in her Lincoln Continental. JT says he dumped it (with her?) in East Matagorda Bay, Tx. This may be missing the U for the #187 per some USPS collectibles information. That said, if I add the U for #U187, the message would be: “U Lay off my stepson…etc” for conveying the word “YOU”. It looks like Jack used the 0 many times for Ground Zero/Location especially because there was so much discussion on the internet and media about Ground Zero Twin Towers.

Yes. Dennis Kaufman was KennyKilgore at Tom Voigt ZK site. Jack knew about this and had his back. That is the Oregon address to send correspondence to Tom Voigt, too, at the time of 2001. Maybe still is?

The Copyright symbol has the CIRCLE around the “C” so Jack cleverly used this shape to describe that the circled the neck. But when it comes to decoding JT world unabbreviation is a must so SPELL OUT copyright with the CIRCLE C.

I tried to locate some of the vital locations I gathered up specifics on the Jan. 7, 2001 #10 Federal Eagle and had some trouble because so much time has elapsed since last year but here are some links/sites: MysticStamp .com Philately USPS (2000, 2001 etc), Hipstamp .com, LINNS. There may be more but I have limited time to look them up, my notes aren’t accessable to me right now.

Dennis didn’t really know how much Jack loved him but I hope that his soul is feeling the love, dispite it all, now. Rest In Peace Dennis! Jack….I believe you knew that it was just bonkers to send Anthrax to Capitol Hill, Bush, American Media but you had some type of crazy plan? Hoped to be valuable enough and get arrested knowing you were ill and then leave the ones you know you hurt the most with something worth tons of money? That said, RIP to Jack, too. Why is Jack Tarrance speaking in code to Tom Voigt? I cant stay long, have no WIFI and this place I am at the time is very limited. So? I am posting the work I did of another GIANT ANAGRAM that tells an amazing story of where and how the Zodiac code used came from and it’s NIXON’s IDEA circa 1942!

Jack is afirming to Tom Voigt who he killed, correcting him and his site users which at the time included Dennis Kaufman as KennyKilgore and I as “teenie”. He’s telling so much here! Jack tells about what I already decoded- THE 2 Brenda’s! He tells of Ralph CASASANTA & Robert Abel killing Clouses 1980, Garvey 1982, Fye 1983, Laura Miller 1984, Prudhomme 1991 BUT THE CLOUSES weren’t officially identified until recently! I decoded the 1980s victims as seen on this blog that are now seen via decoding JT World via the method I describe. The Anthrx and ricin how he got it reminds me of the scenes in one my favorite movie of all time: National Treasure: but the movie they’re stealing the Declaration of Independence. The message I got was contrived from: “Jennifer Lopez fan letter leaking powdery detergent box a cigar tube please forward a cigarette rolling machine cheap star of david charm pendant I love you I’m the that you should marry I’m a much better man love” ANAGRAMS into “Tom Voigt- We are in all out Ames Anthrax A.U. war. I’m in my Jonbenet gag, strangle crime scene photos Ollie develope…. Editor, Leahy, T Daschle, NBC, N.Y.P…. retired D. F. E Napa Murderer Kaufman Stepfather The Zodiac Killer”. Why is this meant for Tom Voigt of (that Zodiac site)???? D. F. is Darlene Ferrin. Ad Usum/ For Use is A.U. NYP is New York Post. I believe that this may have been first one sent because old news archives say that this letter/ communication to AMI Star was opened on Sept. 17, 2001. The postmark dates are Sept 18 & Oct 9 2001. Keep in mind that the mail Jack sent is all faked from the postmark, the Postnet Barcode….just like the old days of Zodiac and even Black Dahlia era. It’s the code, the cryptic message being sent, his way. The 1940s had Jack and whom he was working with USE THIS VERY SAME NIXON IDEA CODE SYSTEM that dates back to 18th Century Revolutionary War era especially 1782! JT is using it again 2001! And yes! He’s the Ricin Mailer of the early 2000s and decodes are in The World According To Jack Tarrance!

Did you see the “No Address No Such School, Wrong Address Jersey”? When I saw that showing up in Leahy 2001 Anthrax mail as evidence, I knew it was going to yield the info on Sgt Lynch Card and it did! BUT the surprise of the 1782, Zodiac design D.C.,,,,,,it is true that D.C. is designed by Charles L’Enfant and the Rotunda is the center of the Zodiac! That said, Nixon is a Quaker with a proud history going back to early 1700s New Jersey, the family tree of a Revolutionary War hero…..R.N. sure knew his American code history.

Same with Clouse’s. Why has this happened? Our government is that corrupt for decades? Anyway, I am doing a show today with Nanette Barto regarding the Zodiac Killer Paul Stine letter. We will be discussing the unusual Latin decode that was suggested by Loren Swearingen in early 2014, as he parted ways with Nanette & I, for me to attempt, that he had faith in me that I could do it. I scoured the internet to find proof that I was aware of this event, that he was trying to shop it around after getting experts opinions, yet, he ran into snags because he couldn’t verify where it came from……long story. But I am posting these old Twitter posts from an old Twitter blogspot that got wiped out because of extreme heat, smoke, Pawnee Fire- the phone just blew up like a balloon, was destroyed. I had so many ZERO’s in this decode that in order to reduce confusion, had to put Z in Zeros for JT intent to refer to “ground zero”, Locate, Located, Location. TTTT acronym is used again by JT for To Tell The Truth. There are Three PAGES to this Giant Anagram. 1) The Evidence; 2) The Decoded Msg; 3) the clearer concise message! I will be updating the previous Anthrax decoded envelopes/letters to make the published results more clearer, may use Z in Zero again to help reduce confusion.

7/25/23 Samarium Symbol Is Missing From The JonBenet Ransom Note?

It was bleached out but I recalled it and the discussions that were on now non-existent Dennis Kaufman related MB. The bleached out lower left portion of the ransom note is what is circulating online now for years! Without the symbol information, would not have been able to complete the disturbing decode. It wasn’t too hard to do! I decoded it this past weekend but will hold off on publishing the alarming decode. The note tells a story about some people that are now “iconic”. The media and other powers-that-be sensationalized the crime to a point beyond belief that if you say you solved it……nobody believes you. Meanwhile the core roots of what led up to the 6 year olds death, let the real killer Jack Tarrance and why he did it be buried UNTIL THIS DECODE. Yet, Nanetter Barto FDE has long since identified Jack Tarrance as the writer of the note 13 years ago! The Ramseys were not famous like they became when this crime happened in Boulder, CO 1996 nor is someone else and this time the name is not exactly John Walsh but a guy down in …….somewhere involving horses in Texas. 8/15/23 Here’s The JonBenet Ramsey Ransom Note Decoded!

This will surprise alot of people but Jack et al….his crew….were not paid for the decades of work done that led to demise of Hoffa & Giancana, which also saved alot of presidents & future political leaders. So? He is saying here that if they keep going with the deception and false promises that there will be global and geopolitcal consequences. I don’t condone the insanity of the events he will take part in but understanding the ripple effects is important. Believe me! Doing these 1996 & Anthrax Mailings decodes creeped me out. I could feel the instability of a wronged man gone mad at times! If we don’t stop certain things, the karma, the ripple effects lead to somewhere, some place in time in the future. He is warning that the Al Q’eda was plotting to attack Manhattan and WTC that if this is not dealt with, it will happen and his plans of WMD used via USPS will happen too. Jack is also bringing up that he’s aware of plans about a movie about him and the start of zodiac killer .com with a young unknown named Tom Voigt. Jack does not have good things to say about Tim Miller and the Ramseys, he is still apart of avenging Marilyn Monroe. He’s not happy with America’s Most Wanted and the Hollywood created icon John Walsh whom he know was a real scumbag under old Nixon and 1960s era politics and drugs, crimes, kids sold, disgusting activites that you will see in America’s Most Evil and much of the blogs here. I have the AMW John Walsh Scorpion Cipher decoded at one of the other blogs, definitely in The World According to Jack Tarrance. In it, he is promising that since John Ramsey was there at the area 1968 about the time of RFK Sr demise and witnessed money changing hands with Ferrin & Lass era……he will kill JonBenet. This cipher must be from 1996 and JT was warning that it was going to happen and why, so, if the authorities got the info, could have stopped it and also the future events that Jack is confidently predicting will happen. I will let the large decodes, work and typed up info pictures do the explaining. These are for future podcasts but I want this here to prepare for what is to come.

Before I stop with this blog post section- the world of Jack is apparently write out the words for signs like dollar, exclamation mark, question mark……unabbreviate, use the numbers especially the zeros for more than one purpose. I put a legend for this one solve to help people understand how it was achieved. I think it’s time to do it. We’ve got threats of ominous weather via lightning and a then a rare tropical system to make it’s way north named Hurricane Hilary. So might be a rough bunch of days weather wise. I wondered why Jack Tarrance seemed so chummy with Tom Voigt and now I believe I know especially after decoding the Ramsey Ransom Note.

As seen in the above pictures of the decoded Daschle Anthrax letter, Jack is recapping, in general but stressing the recapping on who killed the Texas I-45 victims, including the then yet to be officially identified victims: Harold & Tina Clouse, Prudhomme, yet for some reason JT leaves out Audrey Cook but she is identified in the 1986 Laura Miller evidence decoded at the beginning of this blog section. JT states again about Ottilie Lundgren and the Prescott Bush connection. She was not an Anthrax 2001 victim by chance and Jack says she will be a future victim in the decode of the 1996 Ramsey Ransom Note. JT says that he stole the authentic copy of the U.S. Constitution circa 9/11 attacks. If I recall correctly, the authorities felt that the next hit was going to be the U.S. Capitol and removed precious USA items and evacuated the DC areas. This would require security guards. The acronym O.S. is in the cutouts. The bleached out word “niggers” is in the cut outs part that says ‘aint killed by me’. B.O.O. acronym for Brake On/Off fit perfect. N. G. is Negro Grandmother (Brenda K Jones). Jack was trying to assemble the cryptic message for months. This is something that you just don’t throw together. There is so much here to try to describe as to how the message was and is achieved. If you are Catholic, you will get the parts of 666, Petrine Cross and the various terms that the signs are. I had to identify everything possible to then put it into words and then anagram. Believe or not….there is more! He put in M.T. Modus Tollens which means, if I understand correctly, there is alot of honesty here, alot of truth and the sequents of events lead somewhere but then you are supposed to notice where you might have to go back, review to get what was left out. JT didn’t want to detract the main honest purpose of why he was reaching out to Tim Miller. So? I found the rest of the disturbing details which are 600+ symbols with much of it a recap of events, crimes he knew about via his crew with more revelations of what he was reaching out about. Sorry for being so mysterious but I can’t put the 2nd part- The Modus Tollens part here yet. It’s not done nice and neat and there is fire weather here the next few days, the grid may be shut off due to winds.

Black Ink Rubber Stamp and Drawing Of……the star he used: 1 does look like a stamp and the other does look like a drawing; the celtic Petrine Cross with a nimbus looks like a rubber stamp where-as the small Petrine Cross looks like a drawing. It was easier to seperate the descriptions then add to the already long descriptions of the Petrine Cross. Also, Dennis told me that John Walsh told him that the Scorpion in the letters to him were black ink rubber stamp so Jack was familiar with this, uses it before. MOMO is S.G. or Sam Giancana nickname. ‘4 can be 5 or 6’ is a math problem and the solution is “The Common Denominator of 60” so that filled in some of the decoded message.

I wondered just how did they know that a victims body had a ring next to them or the other victim was just a specific feet away from something or another victim… as if it was viewed from above. In theory, the Eyes of Texas and the review of old details, pictures, events……Robert Abel could not get away with murder and Gabriel via the BNSF train ‘blew his horn’. When I was trying to identify why the odd choice of numbers mixed in with obvious Aryan Nations & Aryan Brotherhood 666, Petrine Cross symbols, I quickly found out about the unique code. Add that to the unfolding of the words Aryan Nations, it was almost as-if 114 would be amongst the many code keys that turned the directions of the unfolding message. So today, back for a moment here, I will try to catch up on the many unique tidbits that are in the 999 JT Obit. If I understand correctly, Heidi Fye may have been an informant so this could be why Jack seems to be kind to here not to mention that she is Catholic Brendas mom and Catholic Brendas dad is Catholic, too. Please see the other blogs that are still here. The Catholic Brenda was a good kid, her family that I read about spanning years of info are just wonderful. SO? The dad was a pimp? Not a perfect person? Brenda & Heidi still didn’t deserve to die the way they did. The Clouses car was a 1978 Burgundy AMC or American Motors Corp car so this confirmed that I was on the right track for decoding this. Who is “Sister Susan”? I understand that the authorities are trying to put that puzzle together right now. Jack refers to Sam Giancana & Darlene Ferrin as Game in this decode, so, Zodiac via Nixon E.O. is hunting 666 game. It details about how a particular U-Totem (convenience store) phone is used by Bracewell & Geer, that Ronald Bracewell another tope NASA related guy connected to Stanford U in California AND IS Brooks grandfather….met and they had sex for money, the story is at one of my other blogs. The film includes Al Ybarra, top NASA guy out of Palmdale CA (apollo mission) and the film gets sent to George Lucas a then relatively unknown Hollywood guy but up & coming soon. Abel takes part in this event at the motel, kills the girls afterwards. The part where Jack is skipping over to the Bodies….site I believe its supposed to connect to the first part where Jack says ‘crossed arms before rigor mortis set etc’. He’s telling Tim that Gloria saw Colette stoned sit and eat with Robert Abel, K.O. and kill but I believe he’s trying to say this the K.O. & Kill is for both. He’s adding the rest of the names that were just acronyms in pt 1 Modus Tollens. He’s staying the truth that Lee Oswald is innocent, he brings up under Nixon the E.O./Execute Orders (there are many but mostly Jack did them). He brings up about the Eisenhower Eagle coin that was for DB Cooper era and JT says he uses it to access WMDs like Anthrax, Ricin. He also states about how he was involved with George Hunter White, Ira Ike Feldman, Clyde Saums and that he saw Frank Olson go out the window- 1950s MKULTRA Operation Midnight Climax era. That time period is a painful time for JT. This pt2 section links to the pt 1 where he says Abel will see them in Hell. He rarely brings White &Feldman & Saums up in a coded message. The rest appears to be how wars can be murder, they’re thy (God’s) children and the instituters of war are sinners, too or that at this point seems to be the best interpretation of his message ending.

I did send this pt 2 to Tim Miller Equusearch via email. I hope that this brings a formal closure to the victims, especailly the Clouses by arrests. Keep in mind that when this cryptic message was sent, there was no officiala ID of the their bodies and I believe the others like COOK & Prudhomme. Why did the government know and keep this silent? Is it the same reasons why the truth about JFK, RFK, MLK and Marily Monroes death and the truth about Zodiac, DB Cooper CREEPS LIKE NASA’s Abel & pals…..John & Reve Walsh…..is this why there has been no real closure for the victims and their families? Lies that just have to keep going? Isn’t about time to crush the idols that were built and made to believe were something that they are not so that closure, justice, can come? 9/7/23 Had A Mandatory Evacuation Order Via Creek Fire 1 Mile Away

I and nobody else left, the fire was fast & furious but aircraft and crews handled it. I had already prepacked my vehicle so only had to grab some other items, toss into vehicle, maintain calls with friends and loved ones. It started at the SAME AREA OF THE CLAYTON FIRE that destroyed so many homes, including mine, 7 years ago. There was no lightning, so was not naturally started. Apx 30 acres but this is where we live and are always dealing with sudden erupting fires. That said, this blog page will be a book, very soon.
