Hello! I am presenting decodes of the DB Cooper era envelopes and letters that were and are cryptic messages sent out. It appears that Jack Tarrance, whom is FBI Zodiac Killer suspect is the best culprit involved with the DB Cooper Caper as his methods of embedding, ciphering messages that I discovered by 2017 after many years of trying, do reveal the truth about what DB Cooper was about. So scroll down and see the decodes. The pictures of the work done so far speak a thousand words each. For one, Jack fits composite and was 43 in 1971 2ndly, the messages say he jumped out over Reno November 24, 1971 in the cryptic message to Reno Newspapers that was just an anagram of everything on the envelope. He says he was doing a CIA op for Nixon & Spiro Agnew in messages to Oregonian but the biggest surprise of all is that TINA MUCKLOW IS NOT A WOMAN! The message says he/she is a psychopath. This may explain why Tina/Norris was hidden at Nuns Monestary for decades. If you check the early 1971 photos of “Tina Mucklow” you can see the adams apple. The hidden from public December 11, 1971 letter and envelope by the FBI until 2017 reveals that the fingerprints left behind was that of Norris Mucklow 101st Airborne Division Vietnam era man. In those particular communications Jack and whomever he was working with is talking to H. R. Haldeman, G. Gordon Liddy and Geoff Shepard and I believe relaying messages to President Nixon, naming details about the 5800 going over the 727 aft steps over Tena Bar…..all this having to do with Top Secret Microfilm Cells images from 2-13-1966 North Vietnam when a drone was shot down but the images were successfully taken. This operation, according to the decodes, appears to have been contrived to retrieve them and get them into CIA hands such as E. Howard Hunt and his wife Dorothy Hunt.

As the decodes go on, you will see that DB Cooper and Zodiac Killer are mysteries that intertwine each other. The messages include naming Donna Lass, Darlene Ferrin.

In the 12/11/1971 Envelope decode the message reads as: “Attention H H G Gordon Liddy Shepard- The Northwest Orient Ops woman age 22 CIA agent E Howard Hunt sent 5:10 pm ET (for) 4 parachutes rachat for SIGNIT 18A TI 119 cells images CNE Miss Mucklow left behind GI 101st A MAN Norris ten fingerprint samples 8:11 as tie new 9710g. notes push 5800 over 727 Aft steps ca Tena Bar WA” or ” H R Haldeman, G. Gordon Liddy, Geoff Shepard- The Northwest Orient Ops woman, age 22, CIA agent E. Howard Hunt sent 5:10 Eastern Time for 4 parachutes and rachat for SIGNIT 18A TI/Technical Information 119 microfilm cells and images CNE/Consignee Miss Mucklow left behind GI 101st Airborne Division A MAN Norris Mucklow ten fingerprint samples at 8:11 pm as tie 9710g. The 12/11/1971 letter is a stenographic message from odd words and concealed letters such “g” over “t” in “fingerprints”, the “K” over “M” in My so here is the words, numbers with accompanying letters of the alphabet and letters with letters over them, then anagram: I M/K some (not all) : fingerpringts cos/iposite cescription : obs c ure thak/nk psycho-pathic 717171684 n/o wash-post which comes out as I M K SOME (NOT ALL) : FINGERPRINGTS COSIPOSITE CESCRIPTION : OBSCURE THAKNK PSYCHO-PATHIC GAGAGAFHD NO WASHINGTON-POST with message coming out as > “So TBS: That spook CIA sent (fingerprints) Mucklow is psychopathic NOT a woman H H P R N – G G L of DC- SIGNIT TONG I AGES receipt OK or SO, To Be Specific: That spook CIA sent (fingerprints) Tina Mucklow is psychopathic and NOT A WOMAN. H. R. Haldeman, President Richard Nixon- G. Gordon Liddy of DC- SIGNIT TONG IMAGES receipt OK”

More info on some of the words and abbreviations- Rachat is a french word for ransom or buy out/pay back; US notes (ones, fives, tens…etc) way 1 gram so the DB Cooper Caper has him securing for the jump 9710 g. which is for multiple grams; SIGNIT that is SIGINT has to do with spying over North Vietnam and maybe even China during Cold War. I originally thought I found the top secret activity as SIGNIT so left it as-is on the decodes. It still means SIGINT is Signals Intelligence; 18A is a type of aircraft used during Vietnam era used in photo-reconnaissance & mother ship for target drones; Drones were used to spy on China and I believe Russia who was supporting Communist China thus backing North Vietnamese; On 2-13-66 a drone was spying and attempting to gather intel, was shot down but sent microfilm images to the airplane associated with it. Once the USA and allies side achieved identifying the signals that tell aircraft or other military machines (maybe military installations too?) that a missile was launched and coming, this saved lives; I believe 119 microfilm cells images would be much smaller and easier to conceal and transfer than 191 or 911 so that is why I said it numbered 119; Tong may either be Tong XIAOPENG or Tong Le Chen parts of Vietnam and Tong Xiaopeng is a Chinese Communist Party leader aiding the North Vietnamese during the conflict so since this deals with classified information and a very COLD WAR era time of espionage, I leave it at TONG SIGINT; FYI, July 16, 1971 Nixon made history by planning to meet China’s Communist Leaders in early 1972 inside China so I wonder if this set of microfilm images was a peace offering that aided in helping stop Vietnam conflict by mid 1970s; Lastly, Tina Mucklow whom these cryptic messages say he/she is a CIA operative and actually 101st Airborne Division Norris Mucklow (would know about parachuting) who went into hiding for decades, is said to have spent years at Regina Marie Nuns Monestary in Oregon and DB Cooper researchers have found this individual appearing to be mentally unstable. Whatever the real story, this scenario of a troubled individual who could fool people into believing they are female and hiding out of sight for months is perfect CIA material at least at the time period of 1960s-1971. That said, see the one picture of Tina Mucklow from 1971 after DB Cooper Caper looking up and you will see an ADAMS APPLE! All other pictures shows someone with no real female looking chest features (no boobs!) and head lowered so you can’t see their neck. Anyway, RIP Norris Mucklow because they died July 2019.

But before that communication there is the DEC 1, 1971 Envelope and THE I AM ALIVE letter to THE OREGONIAN. 1st the envelope: “Northwest Orient President Nyrop sent Seattle Office (Ops Manager) Lee (to) SEA-TAC rachat RN Whitehouse office lawyers G. Gordon Liddy-Geoff Shepard. Missus E. Howard Hunt retrieve 119 2-13-1966 microfilm images. (In) Boeing 727 D. B. Cooper (in) Dem Berts suit, tie vested net wt 9710 g. then push out amount 5800 over Geo Loc Tena Bar” The message is contrived after filling in abbreviations, identifying stamps name, completing zip code by the identifying the military installation or recruiting office stamp cancellation of “Remembering Our POW-MIA Sacrifice For Freedom” area (recruiting station of 97085 region), complete The Oregonian address and then anagram. It has 2 stamps….see the decode in pictures below. The System That Beats The System was a slogan for stereo sound speakers and the message says Dem Berts suit, The House Speaker at the time was Democrat Carl Bert Albert aka “BERT”. Bert was short, 5ft 4inches and if I recall correctly a DB Cooper witness said his trousers pant legs were too short and this was why the person saw what looked like long underwear underneath the pants, so was Jack really using House Speaker Carl Albert suit? Also, Geo Loc is geographical location. RN is Richard Nixon and his Whitehouse lawyers were Liddy and Shepard but Mr. Liddy was also an FBI agent.

The I AM ALIVE LETTER that is in it. The cutouts are pictures of letters including the picture of the exclamation mark so anagram everything and it says: “Tattle Tale W H: Sam eyes weep Momo nighttime b tch Donna Lass shot d e NV Y or Tattle Tale William Hilliard (editor of The Oregonian): Sam Giancana eyes weep when Momo (Sam Giancana’s nickname) nighttime bitch Donna Lass is shot and die NV East Stateline Y” I got many Zodiac Killer era of Jack Tarrance messages saying he killed her in the East Stateline NV Y roundabout because she helped Darlene Ferrin kill his Get Hoffa Squad Boss Bobby Kennedy in the ICU 1968. Donna Lass got Ferrin the timecard and medical suit to go into the ICU to kill Bobby Kennedy. The Get Hoffa Squad was also hoping to bring down Sam Giancana and anyone associated with him. Jack Tarrance does confess about Lake Berryessa Zodiac events to SFPD & Herb Cain in USPA Membership Secretary in the DB Cooper cryptic communication “To Police D Chronicle Newspaper Cty reporter Herb C in San Francisco I.O. Zodiac in L Berry ssa suit Nap Co 41 6′ 187lb 4DC JFK DC bro er Bobby too- Tarrance or To Police Dept Chronicle Newspaper City Reporter Herb Cain in San Francisco In illo Ordine Modus Operandi Zodiac in Lake Berryessa suit Napa County was 41 years old, 6 foot tall, 187lbs for DC JFK and DC brother Bobby Kennedy too – Jack Tarrance” The message is obtained by using everything handwritten on both sides of the application then anagram. Jack was 41 & 187lbs in 1969.

Why did DB Cooper choose the Oregonian? It was because William Hilliard worked there since 1940s and was now the Editor and this man, according to Jack’s world had to do with the death of Elizabeth Short aka Black Dahlia 1947. In the 3Cents Postage Due Black Dahlia communication it says: “Leatha Marie Self sees late Elizabeth Short on Southern Pacific Railroad buying 32 US V-J C Bonds and then sees William Hilliard stage log to end up slaying Elizabeth Short. Your 1947 future Black Dahlia case fell expired Santa Fe New Mexico” The message is obtained by anagramming everything on the envelope. Another letter sent to the Editor of Oregonian is cutouts: Here! You Share $$$ You Are A Fool B D handwritten Coo with backwards P, Jacks version of an ampersand (a cursive looking E) and backwards R. The $$$ are $/D so three D’s and Jack used this in the Degnan ransom note. The 2 ! are E for Exclamation so used as an E. The message anagrams out to: “You record duo of Dr Hodel & Man Ray Elizabeth Short Op” Lastly, the 12/3/71 Oregonian Envelope: “ “Railroad Operator” -17 Remember WWII Francis Brown 33, Ross, Suzanne Degnan pictures Chicago University of California George Hodel of 90027 Navajo Dr perform 1 L8 (Late) Elizabeth Short C-Section at Black Feet Reservation NE of Missoula county Montana I.E. 1971 spy operation 89502 (Reno Nevada) America Dan Cooper “. Jack Tarrance was 17 when he says he killed Josephine Ross (get The World According To Jack Tarrance to see the info) and during other mysteries that became known as Lipstick Killer. He is saying that he remembers it all that of which William Hilliard is involved in. According to Jack’s world of decoded messages, in 1947, Hilliard was also working for Southern Pacific Railroad as a Train Operator for signals of the Elevated Train over an Oregon River. I anagrammed everything on the envelope…..see the pictures of the decode below. Please note that Leatha Marie Self was Jack Tarrance 1st wife c1946 and they were married until 1960s.
