I decoded the OCCK “Secret Witness” communication as requested by Nanette Barto for show: “Hit The Road Jack, Finding The Zodiac”. It’s full of surprises-
The next surprise was “The Dr Danto” letter that caused an uproar by who sent it to Nanette….years ago….TerryB was dropped from the show on live air. The claim from him was that this version with 8s in it wasn’t right but I was working on the 1977 OCCK Bell Ltr and knew it matched with this. Here is the decode-
the red markings & notations are Nanettes but this is, per Nanette a “retyped verbatim” by “Cathy King Broad”.

The 1977 OCCK Bell Letter contained what I call a Jack Tarrance surprise and it is not from Jack….It’s a message to Dr Tanay from USN Reservist James E. Carter Jr (now President)! It was sent to me by TerryB and never went to Nanette 1st, Cathy King Broad never sent this for documents exams. By the time I was done, I had so many questions and red flags about so many people! The markings on these are by TerryB who’s always in disguise (hat, sunglasses, beard inside) on the show. This is, again, not by Jack Tarrance, the handwriting is not his.

according to the solve, there’s supposed to be The Liberty Bell image on the Dr Danto letter. Where is the original thar Cathy King Broad retyped verbatim? In 1977 USA was fresh off the bicentennial 1976 1776 celebration and everything, everywhere in the country was reflecting this. School paper, typing paper, note paper, pens, pencils, cereal boxes, food containers, sugar packets, clothing….and so much more!
All that said….why does Batcher with aumlatt over the “a” show up here? Hansgeor Batcher was Hitlers butcher of the skied, over 600 sorties 1939-45. He & his crew bombed the shit out of my USN Hazard Duty USMM in training Father while on a mission 1941 to get supplies to our then ally Russia who was fighting Hitler side. There’s more: I found out 1990s our family hid that we were Jewish by Blood ancestry on both sides of the family. It was believed it would protect us from the evil that still exists today and San Francisco bay area had and still does people who hate jews. I was born in San Francisco Jewish Hospital Mt. Zion and my mother’s nurse & best friend Toni Kipnis, who lovingly handled me & the rest of my siblings at birth, knew who became our family Attorney Jewish William Bernstein of Mel Belli Group, in-turn knew Jewish Dr. Tanay (lost dozens to the Holocaust) who was on Jewish Jacob “Jack” Rubenstein “Ruby” 1966 Defense cases….small world. These cases absolutely hit home for me! Jimmy Carter was going after the Nazis who ended up here 1950s with the help of other Nazi collaborators in USA.

I am currently working on some new solves. The 2 are Atlanta Child Killer (1 is WashPo ‘Daniel Please Call” Home) related as seen in above blog post BUT Nanette pointed out to me during a recent show that I had not done 1978 In Control of All Things ENVELOPE that has the same 15c Bell Stamps. The change I notice is these stamps are from the booklets. The booklet stamps are a different U.S. Scott #. I believe this envelope will link to the OCCK issues of 1977 AND 1978. That said… where is the blood for an alledged suicide at Christopher BRIAN Busch place in Michigan esp if supposed to be dead for apx 48 hrs per ‘crime scene photos’? Where is the police tags and markers by the LE crime scene investigators? There is a photo of the bed without the alledged weapon, the ones here have a rifle next to the body under a light colored or white blanket. If I recall right, a 22 rifle has a kickback to it when fired, so, then how does a rifle just lie next to a body of one who shoots themselves between the eyes? Wouldn’t it be tossed across by the force? Wouldn’t the head be shattered & human material sprayed/splattered? Something very wrong with this so-called crime scene where the bed should be saturated with blood by a draining for hours body in a warm room.

2 Days After Trumps Incredible Re-election 2024
I realized I had missed a picture for the previous blog. I’m looking for it ….bbs
just found it. This is supposed to be a suicide crime scene of circa Nov 22, 1978 but as the previous blog post asks: where is the blood? Where are the police & crime scene technicians markers & more? There is supposed to be a body under the light colored blanket. This old photo is without the 22 Rifle? Hmmmm?
I’m working on another solve that brings up about these events. I’d put the source of these photos linked to the OCCK cases but they look like somebodies family photos and not Police or Law Enforcement photos. That said, since other true crime cold case people & accounts like old style message boards have used them and they are decades old…..public domain. The ones with black squares are some true crime pictures someone added. Search engines come up with the Christopher Busch “crime scene” pictures and there are no copyright holders on them nor again, police or LE files associated with them. Noticing this, it makes sense that some old articles on this “death of Christopher Busch” tell of no files from LE found in regards to a “suicide” thus suggesting the authorities don’t believe there really was a suicide or even a death of this guy.

I’ll put the so-called letter that alledged to be an FBI file letter, soon. BUT the transcript….well…it is all code and Jimmy Carter came through for Jack! 1978! That elusive MkUltra cure red 1908 Washington stamps with peyote to go with the CIA LSD-100 wine Alcoholics Anonymous UC Davis deprogramming…..THE POPE JOHN-PAUL 2 is involved and by 1981 Jack is working with the Holy See:

It is a facsimile to Jimmy Carter SS address phone number who did live next to the Carters. Jack is signing off as “No One” and I’ve done several missives that I’ve decoded with him signing off as this, saying he’s no one now. JT chased after that unique stamp 5 years! Nixon, Ford and others as named, didn’t come through. Jimmy Carter did! The Holy See had one or some. This solve code keys were in the OCCK cases coded missives, especially the Dr. Danto letter. Those were sent to me by the above person who sabotaged the Barto podcast. Anyhow, low and behold this communication had to be treated like a giant stamp and identify everything possible in it. I haven’t done my famous numbers anagram & signed off on it yet because I wanted to get this message published. It says that Christopher Busch lived on, that Jack & Dr. Danto along with the Holy See agreed to spare Cathy King & his lives. It says that the downed USN Dan Cooper (1971) was classified by FBI placed in WPP or Witness Protection Program and stashed at Trenton State Hospital as a WFA or White Female Adult LAST NAME BROAD of Naperville, Illinois. Decode says Jack knew about this So? When a post mortem was done on the teeth, revealed it was Dan Cooper (yes, there was a real Dan Cooper Navy Pilot Vietnam era that the ID ended up used for DB Cooper Caper). The decode says that the WPP Cooper ID as a WFA last named Broad is traded for Christopher Busch ID and the body, the 3… 301 (unlawful sexual activity with a minor) Busch, his Dr- Danto (who told his patient Chris Busch & his girl Cathy they were to die) and Jack placed frozen cold body in the bed, Jack shot it under blanket in the head…..the death notice is placed in Detroit Free Press….just like some much of what is true about these OCCK related cases.
Jack is asking for Pope John-Paul 2 that Carter call Ronald Reagan to use the GSII or GeoSpatial Image Interpretation of NASA to help locate the dead Catholics: Donna Lass & TT or Tattle Tale Swearingen in the Donner Pass region. I’ve many decoded missives or cryptic messages via “evidence”, especially in the early NCMEC, that span the 1980s where the Pope is pleading, begging, through Jack for Reagan to answer, help find the dead Catholics using the GSII. This early 1981 communication appears to be the 1st relayed Holy See Pope JP2 request for this and Jack is saying he’s finally getting better, off the Gotlieb MkUltra spell getting past the Midnight Climax, becoming After Midnight Climax. If the Cathy Broad people don’t like this…..well….I just posted recently on this blog the decodes that say Carter had issued an E.O. that the 2 Nazi connected people were to die, then there’s this communication (can be found at Zodiac sites) and I’m almost done with another Atlanta Child Killer communication that says the 2 lived on, she’s known as Cathy King Broad. And….the woman has a location in Naperville, Illinois (so does….something else). Lastly, I’ll be adding more to this incredible solve…..especially, the Twin Towers & Trenton locations that are brought up in many 1970s – 1990s, Tarrance communications, BUT THE A.B. or Archbishop that Jack says he got that rare MkUltra spell remedy stamp, his name was Terence Cooke.

11/18/24 The “FBI Files” ACK 3/18/81 WashPo Letter
My signed off solve-
I will do my best to explain the solve. It took a few attempts to figure out that this whole “message or FBI file” was just like a giant stamp; had to identify everything possible and then anagram. When I looked up what UNCLAS means, first thing I found is that it is a MILITARY ABBREVIATION for UNCLASSIFIED so, I put the rest of it in ( ). Another stand out thing was that when one put an Ad in the classifieds back in the day of paper newspapers, one had to clarify what section for the ADvertisement to go in. The protocol for authorities in contacting the publisher for such a request, was involving the OWNER AND PUBLISHER of a paper. In this case, that was a WOMAN Katherine Meyer Graham “redacted” thus not a HE nor a HIS so it was (s)he and (t)his newspaper. The editor is mentioned 3 times thus (Benjamin Crowninshield Bradlee) is identified 3 times. The info of where this particular “3/18/81 Letter” is postmarked is at other Zodiac sites but since I knew the code keys were in the OCCK 1977 communications—-namely the WORD NAPERVILLE, I knew I needed to find the “ville” Zipcode for the Prince George’s County. THERE it WAS Hyattsville and then the Zipcode that had the 1978 age of Christopher Busch 27 and that 88 Nazi code for Heil Hitler (NAZI). Lastly, the full address of the Washington Post for that era was 1150 15th Street, Washington, THE District of Columbia 20071. BNRRTT is the Burlington Northern Railroad Train Tracks and it is true that Nazi Deutscher worked those trains in Cicero, Illinois and did die on 12/19/1981 which was a SAT/Saturday. H.H. is His Holiness, one of the proper greetings/addressment of The Pope. Pope JP II is Pope John-Paul II The Christopher Busch Death Notice was placed in newspaper as seen in one of the pictures above. Dr. Danto did treat Christopher Busch who was 301 which is unlawful sexual activity with a minor, who was also the Assisted Living Mngr and Chef. TT is Tattle Tale and TTTT is To Tell The Truth (both are often used by Jack). Tarrance is thrilled and in a happy rant with FIIIIIINNALLY…..HAHAHAHA that he got that stamp. The unique red, carmine red 1908 George Washington, Cincinnati, Ohio….etc….with the Peyote for the other part for the cure, he says was given to him via Archbishop (AB) TERENCE Cooke of the New York area in the Holy See Field Office Twin Towers. The reveal of where the real USN Pilot Dan Cooper who was downed late 1971 that the name was used for the DB Cooper Caper, where the body was stashed is at the TRENTON State Hospital and Jack says the FBI put him in WPP or Witness Protection Program as a WFA or White Female Adult last named BROAD of NAPERVILLE, Illinois. The Post Mortem of the teeth is that this body is that of Dan Cooper. Nixon is from that part of New Jersey area and it is under Nixon FBI this solve says Dan Cooper was stashed away. Oh? and the captioned case is Atlanta Child Killer Cases. The work on the anagram ended up to amaze me. That is how I was very, confident this was Jack Tarrance as “No One” message that was sent especially when he puts the redaction of his name which is something that Jack brings up in the 1977 very, angry Get Carter Letter where much of the message is redacted but you can tell what the subject matter is: Zodiac, his name, Napa, SFPD, etc. This one, like so many, was sent as a facsimile. This time to Mr. James Earl Carter, Jr SS/Secret Service phone number. They were located on the property next to The Carters on 1 Woodland Drive while they were at 209 Woodland Drive, Plains, GA. Looks like Jimmy was doing some top secret good guy things after his presidency ended. The last part of this solve is where Jack is asking for the Pope if Carter would call Reagan to use the GSII or Geo Spatial Image Interpretation NASA equipment to help find the dead Catholics Donna Lass and Tattle Tale Swearingen approximately near mtns or Mountains Donner Pass area.

It is from “July 19, 1978 from Los Angeles to The San Francisco Chronicle” I believe that this part would be on this communication. It is apparent to me it’s another facsimile. Almost done with this easy request. I picked the alledged reproduction of the original to present here because it looks like it might be the same type writer used for the 1969 Sgt Lynch Card. I find some these Zodiac sites runners to have some amazingly coincidental pictures posted. Those same sites historically dissavow Jack Tarrance as the guy, in Zodiac & many other cases my work, Nanette Barto work has linked him to. Will publish the 1978 communication results very, soon. Jack Tarrance is very, emotional when he assembled the “July 19, 1978 Friction Letter”. He’s crying as he realizes the unbelievable, that Jimmy Carter and The Holy See came through for him after 9 long years of looking for that MkUltra remedy stamp to go with the CIA LSD-100 under the guidance of U.C. Davis…..
FYI, there is a St Francis Chronicle or San Francisco Chronicle, aka National Catholic Reporter Kansas City that chronicles The Holy See, The Vatican, The Pope events and other related Catholic issues. It began 1964. Also, Los Angeles is The Angels. So, we get The Angels at St Francis Chronicle. I admit, I thought this could be the City & the famed paper but it is not. If you’re Catholic, like me, once diving into the decoding world of Tarrance et al, you see the possibilities which helps achieve the best message. I worked on this 2 days. It was easy, especially since I just did many days and 16 pages of work on the “3/18/81 ACK letter.” That is an amazing fateful coincidence that this brings up the Pope & See helping him. That message says 10/9/78 while this one I posted today says 9/1/78. I could change the ACK msg but John-Paul 1 only lasted 33 days, had a heart attack and died in September 1978. So? It’s logical that Jack had to wait until after Pope JP2 was installed 10/8/78. Check out Nanette Barto show, this Friday as it will be discussed about and other solves, events Jack is connected to late 1970s.
11/23/24 My Art, Since A Kid
My late USMM Hazard Duty & USN Reserve father was so proud of me, he carried in his wallet my 11 years old St Philips San Francisco art: DaVinci’s Demensions I used for The 5 Glorious Mysteries:
The thing he may not have known was that the image of St. Peter I used was PETER TORK of The Monkees that circa 1970….he had a beard. I also recall that I felt uncomfortable with trying to get feet in sandals right, I elongated the clothing. That said, I understood DaVinci’s Demensions that my brother Don, was learning in John O’Connell Technical High School and Vocational Institute San Francisco, taught me. That to get demension, one narrowed something like a road, path, etc. So DaVinci was changing the art world when he used this, along with many other Art Masters of the Middle Ages. I cried in 1998 when my father, who was to die in 1999, asked to see me in his bedroom, that he had something to give me: my art he kept folded up in his wallet. He told me he wanted me to keep this, that while he went all over the world, at the ports & stops he’d make with the other fellas, when they’d start bragging about their kids, he’d show them this and ask them: “…but can your 11 year old kid do this?” I had it laminated, it hangs, once again on a sturdy wall.

from when I was 14, like the other picture, it’s free hand using crayons. It was an art assignment in Silverado Jr High Summer School Napa, CA. An idea of what a fish tank looks like with coral.
Below is some free hand sketch with pen & I believe it was when I had a brief vacation (worked McDonald’s San Francisco but took a week off, went no where, just home). The time I did it is on my watch, p.m. 07/08/02. My life is expressing myself in art and even the hand done, signed off decoded missives are works of art done by the young to now older hands I drew 2002.
Nov. 23, 2024 Another Version of The Dr. Danto Letter
I am honestly leary of the source of where the document came from so, I will post it as-is. It is supposed to be from a pal of TB anyway, this I believe is very, accurate, yet, the one that was used to achieve the message that had the URGENT MESSAGE etc ON THE ENVELOPE, was perfect for the decoded message. After the fiasco of TerryB sabotaging the show, I am admittedly leary. I may be working on this and compare the solve I already have. If there really is an envelope, where is it? That said the previous solve says this coded message was a facsimile on a type of phone line, etc. The arch-like markings may go perfect as paranthesis and the scratched underline, with the blocked out words in the holes….all these little nuances are very familiar to codebreaker me.
Thanksgiving 2024 Eve
I’m working on the alledged Zodiac Communication April 24 (26) 1978 envelope. I had done the letter several years ago as a Z408 cipher but due to recent 1978 solves, thought I should dive into this cryptic envelope. I found the closest versions of what this Public Domain envelope for the best details to achieve the solve. It is very easy to do! Both things have happened with this 1978 communication: it’s got Zodiac nuances like Atomic Energy (levels of radiation exposed) Tarrance has in these eras of communications and it’s believed to be by “experts” since it’s April 26, 1978 debut not done by the real Zodiac. Keep in mind: Nixon, Truman, Ford and others, especially of late: Jimmy Carter knew the Zodiac of the secede from UK 1700s system. A surprise awaits! The 13c Liberty Bell, with all that 1700s era info on it re: about to secede and create a new country, stamp like the 1976 OCCK communication is the code keys! This envelope has 2 of them.
This appears to be another facsimile of the images of the envelope by the code/content creator and it has two postmarks, one hardly visible on the back of the envelope with “please rush to editor” upside-down and the one on the front, obscured by a site runner but I am certain it is Santa Clarita zip. Why? Because Editor of SF Chron Scott Newhall, who took over as top Editor after Charles De Young Theirot died 1977, also ran The Newhall Signal of Santa Clarita AND owned a huge bunch of Hollywood used properties and land. So many movies filmed there, going back decades. Basically, the very wealthy Newhall family owned Santa Clarita. Keep checking back!

Happy Thanksgiving 2024
The above 4 pictures are from my unimaginable time as a Clayton Fire Victim & it’s Fire Recovery Programs. I found the email exchanges that prove I was not only 1 CalHome Program qualifier, it was more than one home that never came. During that year of 2018- 2019, I still had no AC, my power was off again at the time (CMarch 2019) so no heat, my car wasn’t running, my sister shared her job with me as a vendor, used her car. Also, I had to prove I kept trying to get past my fire crisis and get on disability (never happened, was dumped by those advocates county systems) so I could keep my EBT & eat, keep the other social services systems and that another home was on the way, hopefully soon to be back on my feet as a landlord renting rooms to other fire victims. Problem was- no car and had to carve out an existence just to get gas money to get food….what I went thru and then this year (as seen on previous blog) the county came after us fire victims saying we are not up to code, finish the rebuild or face getting forced off the private property. These events were and are upsetting as I was accused by so many people of lying about getting State Senator Dem McGuire Fire Recovery Program 30 year deferred loan and after weeks of dealing with this, once I proved I had the plans for the home, contract(s)….was told to stop calling McGuire office & the other NCO people that Code Enforcement guy told me to call, that I (among other fire victims) eventually have to go, leave where are home once was and where more than one home was to come that never arrived. As seen in the email exchange above, I was dealing with another case worker with NCO that had replaced the missing Melissa Hughes. The notes tell of the sad, angry surprise that Sue Saunders of this mess, another case worker, had lied about going on vacation, claimed she had me sign the wrong contract to move the money in this program…..she ends up in a new home at Paradise CA amongst those fire victims she was a caseworker for, too way after me and other fire victims that were still waiting for their homes. After this disasterous situation, I thought I try to get books going, the pandemic hit. I’m still going to have a great Thanksgiving with a bunch of people this year. Wish it was my family, but, oh? Well? BBS…..

Many True Crime sites omit the ATKID and the Zodiac symbol and I believe that this was that the envelope and the letter were sent as a facsimile to (I know! soon the solve will be presented!) Details matter! I am almost done with updating the “typed version” of the Dr. Danto letter that I am confident the Urgent Message…Envelope etc section was above this April 1977 coded message as the HOLES are there, too. 12/5/24 It’s A 3 Quake Day
7.3 hit off Del Rio/Ferndale CA; 6.0 Eureka area; 5.8 Cobb, CA – – – all within moments of each other. I rode them out in a strong doorway of a sturdy building for 30 seconds while the screeching Shake Alerts were going off not only my phone but others in the building! Then a tsunami alert for parts of Oregon all the way to South Bay coasts were issued but no tsunami happened, nor much quake damage reported.
All that said, I’m hoping to present my solves soon: the 1978 Zodiac envelope with the 2 Liberty Bell Stamps, even what I got RE: Bob Crane crime (room appears staged for clues), the Atlanta Child Killer Zodiac letter/envelope. One of the cryptic sent items appears to state that what’s in it is supposed to be published after the deaths of 2 key people. I been decoding Jack Tarrance world for years now. I am just the codebreaker and it’s been so long, decades of secrecy, since Jack is one of these key people and the other still alive, I have to go with Jacks wishes and since 2 people weren’t killed as planned…..I will publish my decodes. This latter statement has to do with Bob Crane & The AtKid: Wayne Williams. Why? Trust me, what I got is that the AtKid or Atlanta Kid was into as far as breaking into Showbiz, finding talent, showing at crimes as a freelance reporter, running his own Radio Show on Telephone or Electrical Wires (not a Transmitter antenna) from his parents home & interviewing some govt reps, having a scanner and a way to get the scoop for news…..I believe he intercepted an image or images coming off a power or phone line in Georgia, got that to Bob Crane, well, both saw & were aware of something they weren’t supposed to see, that had to do with the latest technology that most people didn’t have and that technology was connected to the Sony guy John Carpenter. Bob Crane, who was in the 1976 Disney Movie “Gus”, that parts were filmed in the Newhall/Santa Clarita movie sets areas, dies while eventually the AtKid goes down for 2 murders mid 1981 and gets blamed for dozens of others. This may be a stretch for even me but if I understand correctly, “Gus” had kids or young people as extras and was anyone associated with Showbiz big break hopeful Wayne Williams, in any way, involved with this movie? Also….keep in mind, Scott Newhall, a very Hollywood Santa Clarita guy, is running both The SIGNAL & San Francisco Chronicle. FYI, Nixon had a new sophisticated Sony TC-800B, well 9 of them, used to record people & events that ended up in the Watergate scandal. That equipment was the type of tech that John Carpenter was involved with by being their top, high level salesman. Lastly, Bob Crane, who ends up with a power cord/line tied in a bow around his neck June 29, 1978, got his showbiz start in radio and there seems to be a connection to the AtKid getting his start in a new type of radio, broadcasting involving power or phone lines to locals…..alot like what we now know as live streaming.

Nanette sent me this morning this rare 1978 letter to attempt a decode:
it, in my invariable opinion, goes with the other 1978 portions- “in control of all things” and “Ghost Killer”. This part was very easy for me to do. It’s like the other portions as to bringing up about Bob Crane and why he’s to die 1978 but this part says it is The Irishman who will paint the Scottsdale, AZ wall with Bob Cranes blood from his bludgeoned head. That is what LE & witnesses found- his head bludgeoned & the wall splattered with his blood. Solve says that his demise to come is due to a device/bug in President Carter…..more later but here’s the solve below.

Keep in mind, these appear to be sections of what was facsimile April 1978, around the 24th. I will be adding more soon but here are these part(s) as it looks like 2 blurry pages to me.
There’s a barely seen “&” or ampersand with an odd squiggly shape next to it (not circled) and a line, put the line and the odd squiggly shape together and it looks like a phone line or cord. Will blog more soon.

The “in control of all things” letter is stenographic code-
The 1978 SF Chron AND the Santa Clarita Signal had Scott Newhall as The Editor. herb caen in all lower case is part of the code. The ‘city pig’ Toschi is San Francisco Police Department Detective David Ramon (Toschi). There is a question in ‘who will play me in a movie’ so…add Question Mark. The Cross/Circle shape is The Symbol Of The Zodiac. – guess sfpd-o is the last of this unique stenographic code. Anagram it to achieve the message and it says: “Hogans Heroes Bob Crane must die! Piiieccce of shit, Ed Edward’s of TVs “To Tell The Truth” with little queen boy scion chil’ UHF AtKid Wayne Williams bug the Carter Plains, GA home phone line and Bob Cranes Scottsdale, AZ city phone line in his apartment hone in on the President Carter Half-Value Layer stamp!”

12/12/24 2 Liberty Bell 1978 Envelope Decoded
It’s Top Secret and until both Tarrance & Carter are dead…..was to stay that way, then upon both of their demise: San Francisco Chronicle break the story about Jack, Richard Nixon, R.A. Hearst and that Jimmy Carter and the others knew Jack Tarrance was Zodiac.
My educated guess is that since both Mr. Carter and Tarrance, who’s very ill at this point, they were exposed to Atomic Energy Radiation, both were believing they are going to die, didn’t have long to live. More later…..keep checking back!

2 days ago, was walking to the post office to mail a xmas card to my friend & a xmas gift to my sister was hit by a vehicle. Got a couple of fractures, head injury, was bleeding in the brain but I’m just taking this issue day by day. Probably won’t be doing Nanette show this Friday. Will update more later. 12/22/24 Staples To Come Out of My Head Tomorrow
I’m still in Santa Rosa Memorial. Lots of rumors as to what’s to happen this week but I’m looking forward to getting the staples out of my head. As my readers know, I usually don’t focus on my personal issues for the blogs I run but this is serious. I hope to be on the long road to recovery, soon. Still waiting to hear from Ukiah PD re: A police report now 6 days ago. Posting some updated pictures, soon.
The hair balls are the nurses idea to keep my hair neat & not in the way of the wounds to my head, the blood, etc the area that is stapled. The major wound to my pelvic & left hip area is so big that at first the medical teams to put their arm through it. I’m still wondering about the person that hit me with their vehicle, how fast were they going. I’m told I had road rash material in that wound and that was why I had emergency surgery to address the wounds and get it cleaned out. Well? I blog more updates later. The little advancements of just being able to sit & drink a meal for 1 hour with assistance is a blessing.
I didn’t mention that I’ve nerve damage & can’t feel much in left hip area. The below picture reveals the other side of my left hip. This is about to be taken care of more aggressively.
i took several pictures for my old friend back east, mainly to show that despite my adversities, I had adjusted to trying to live the best with what I had. In the pictures, you can see that I take very good care of 65 y.o. me. The pictures from this accident and being in the hospital is not reflective of the true me. I look decent in the summer pictures amongst my sunflowers I grew for shade & the canopies I put up for shade but the injuries of just this week & my body reaction to it, is horrible, not the me I’m used to seeing..

Dec 23, 2024 Apx 6 A.M. & Having Surgery This Morning
I’m needing repair & clean out of the area behind my left hip. Judging from the UkiahPD report, I was hit by a vehicle while crossing S. Orchard Ave at E. Gobbi & S. Orchard intersection, was dragged about 100-150ft to west. This would explain my many injuries and my glasses being broke.
8:28 pm Wound Repair & Cleanup Went OK
After that, was able to really locate & go through my belongs that came with me, mainly my “Cher” bag. I asked the orderly/RN where’s my clothes (Sweatpants, Xmas Sweatshirt, under garment) He said those were goners, tore up & had to be cut off of you thus eluding to that I was dragged after being hit. My Suede Simple Shoes survived but I guess shoes came off because of injuries to both feet. I found UkiahPD R.O. card in purse. I admit to “Cher” being part of loved ones TV & Movie life 70s & 80s but not agreeing w/ her politics lately but the Salmon Pink Saddle Bag Fringe Purse is so “Cher” thus it’s name! Kudos to “Cher” for being a strong woman & her namesake purse & Suede Simple Shoes surviving Me vs Vehicle 12/16/24 Ukiah. I’m trying to track down other items but that’s a mystery I hope to solve, soon!
Xmas Eve 2024 A 1942 Hodel Tarrance & Crew Grille Cipher?
It’s alledged to start out as Dear Friend and then near the ending it has Frisco Exmnr with Yours Truly W Jackson. I couldn’t sleep last night and saw Weather Channel (Storm Stories? Deadmans Curse ….Gold) but when I saw Dear Friend & Yours Truly plus W. Jackson and the show saying this is a coded message…..wow! Two standout things, the mystery man, odd punctuation & Grammer with the year of The Most Dangerous Game 1924…..where many say the Zodiac 408 is based on, I thought I can decode this! Especially when it begins “Dear Friend” & ends “Yours Truly” W. JACKson….so Z-Code! If I switch the date May 28 1924 to May 28, 1942- – ->>>> that is when Truman & Nixon come up with the 18th Century Secede Zodiac Code system to pass messages through the papers AND THIS HAS (San) Fr(anc)isco Exmnr and that is the huge Hearst paper syndicate they used!!!! There is a common to me use of underlines or underscores _ _ _ _ (Think “so angry, I can do my thing” Z card!!!)

I’m looking for a pen & paper to write down the source but till then, this looks like the start is 3 to 1 at the 2nd line “Grub” then every two lines is equal to 1 z340 cipher symbols line so like the z340 has 24 horizontal lines and 17 vertical, I’m trying to see where the odd grammar & mispelt words, the _ _ _ (short underlines) hit the z408 code symbols & code keys, possibly anagram “now goodbye and success attend you, Yours Truly W Jackson” and start with trial and error method. BUT I can make out Truman NIXON!!!! VIA Anagram= Dear Friend ‘Frisco Exmr’ and more parts!!!= OR???? Maybe try this as Stenographic Code? I see a common Jack & crew trait: “CANT” & “O”. So? Here’s the puzzle pieces I got and the only way to do it is messy pieces by pencil & paper. I don’t like not having a pen available but I did this as-is being laid up w/ injuries. I’m excited about this coded letter because as seen in the 2001 Anthrax Letters, the books I’ve out and shows Nanette & I did last year: This is when Nixon & Truman find old year of secede Zodiac Code system to use and this is 1942. The message I got in this latest is that a certain body of message failed so the old 18th Century Secede From UK and form USA is now in use. The people mentioned in this are: W. I am looking forward to presenting this c1942 solve soon. I’m in Hospital SRM, still waiting for UkiahPD to call me back re: Police Report as it is part of my process to recovery. I’ve had 4 surgeries since 12/16/24 and still don’t know who hit me & dragged me 100-150ft. But, I’m actively working on this early R Hearst, Hodel, Man Ray, NN John Walker Tarrance & Valiant RK, FDR, Truman NIXON, J K Westminster Abbey RSO, Holy See RSO N.Y., the new use of the old G. Washington Secede YY Zodiac Code after a US Navy msg went lost,….just protecting my work here. FYI, I believe Nanette has via Dennis Kaufman a circa 1942 picture of Jack at something like a military camp. JT was very smart, so this is easily something to understand that he and even a young Robert Kennedy were possibly in the Bright Minds To Win The War Program before officially enlisted in military. Who’d a thought that a teen boy was in the intel community at the time? They were perfect for that!

A gal worker at Redwood Cove told me this morning she heard abt Gobbi Vehicle vs Pedestrian that day on Scanner. I was moved to Redwood Cove 2 days ago. I’m undergoing painful procedures so today is not going to be a good day (Wound Vac & Wound Care). I’m not sure if I’m doing Nanette show tomorrow as may be too medically preoccupied.

That one has a couple of ampersands & is alledged to be “found” 2008 and has military 1 in Circle in midst of top of page. It also has “^ do I” a line through “severe”. Appears to me to be missing a chunk after B.C.and other scratched out or blackened out sections, has ‘Nthe’. It’s alledged to be dated Feb 10 1904 yet Circa 1940 by ‘Dick Carter’. I’ll try to post pictures later. This letter btwn 2 prospectors and mystery…..well, it is just that: not a real story, it is a coded letter circa 1940! YEP! 1942!
1/29/25 Gen Geo Washington & Secede Year Zodiac Code
George Washington had just been made General apx early August 1776. The 1942 decoded missive comes up with August 9 1942! The signatures on the Declaration of Independence were signed at various times after August 9 1776 when Washington was dealing with military issues in New York, so didn’t sign it. Btwn the Declaration of Independence dashes & all the lines that are in both this Coded letter between Prospectors and then August standing out, it’s in my invariable opinion this is an authentic solve.
Still dealing with Vehicle Vs Me….more cultures results yielded stuff found in city sewers…..hopefully on the mend and I’ve med teams helping me as well as others because UkiahPD isn’t cooperating. Who & what hit me? I still don’t know.
1/31/25 Happy To Be Working On Stop Forced Bussing Letter & Envelope!
let me explain: a few shows ago, Nanette asked me if I had worked on the envelope information that went with the cryptic letter. I said no, but the letter part was in The World According To Jack Tarrance, that I found a clear version of that letter online that I saw a camouflaged (reversed?) J in the word “Forced”. That 2018 solve as anagram had pieces of who was involved with MLK killing. Anyway, I thought the night Med pros where I’m at had forgot about me but were 2 hrs late. So? I’m awakened 10 pm to take the yulky stuff. Being wide awake, I started working on the March 1981 envelope details which have Danbury Mint address, business reply, no postage necessary if mailed in U.S.A., Cleveland Plain Dealer newspaper want ads advertisement etc and this continued into next day. I will post the solve soon but the gist of it is after several hours I got what I call ‘all the puzzle pieces’! It’s another facsimile to Mr. Carter PLAINS, Ga and it’s NN (Tarrance) regarding the other Facsimile about King & Busch still alive, made a deal to switch Nixon Classified Dan Cooper body, Nyack TNF areas, Holy See, Pope John-Paul 2 save Jack, advising that if Carter wants to reply to him, do it through his Mother’s name Ina Flova Barnett via a secret P.O. Box in Texas. This working on decoding the Tarrance related mysteries sure help take my mind off of my injuries & treatments. More to come…..keep checking back!

2/5/25 Got All The Santa Claus Postcard Joan Webster 1981 Murder Puzzle Pieces
I get excited when I’ve achieved this event. Before I present the solve (all the postcard details, the window envelope, especially the stamps info, then anagram) I’d like to point out that 25 y.o. Joan Webster was a Joni Mitchell fan. This seemingly harmless oddity may be a motive as to why she was killed. Janis Joplin hated Joni Mitchell, there’s an alledged feud between the 2. I’m coming up with info in the solve that Robert Abel is the killer. Robert Abel & Joplin were brutally treated in Texas Schools, went to the Texas University Austin and if you see the blogs, many of the Texas I-45 cold cases solves say he was the Janis Joplin Avenger. Add this to Webster dad in CIA 1950s, then ITT which is linked to NASA and Abel is one of five intelligent people who helped achieve Kennedy Moon Quest (rockets, etc) 1960s, the solve I’m coming up with makes alot of sense. Also, ITT contributed to Nixon Re-election 1972, there was a scandal over $400,000. Robert Abel had a beard, too. The suspect she was last seen with had dark hair and a beard. Jack & crew didnt kill her, he’s trying to relay info on the case. Keep in mind, people like Abel, who had valuable science/cold war secrets inside them, were followed and to even Robert Abels dismay, he couldn’t get help nor arrested. Anyway, more to come soon.

Info on Joan Webster is she was seen with a bearded guy shortly before 11 pm Nov 28, 1981 and the time I came up with is 10:47:37. ITT is International Telephone & Telegraph and it’s possible they had something to do with the secret White House phones. There was a ITT scandal over $400,000 given to Nixon Re-election San Diego area but it was worked out, money retracted, other money given Miami area. Joan Webster is from New Jersey. See is Holy See. Common Jack Tarrance trait is stressing his words like MEEEEEE & Savvved and this time fffuuuuuuxker with the X for the C so he’s cussing yet not cussing bluntly. Anyway, I’m attempting to decode an alledged FBI file 1988 McDonald’s Zodiac Letter, especially the one said to be on a Graph or Coordinates Paper. My hospital situation doesn’t stop me from my ability to do what I do best: decode, solve mysterys.

RIP Mr. Page (2024) was running Greenleaf ……. at the 2 North Gate Park Chattanooga, TN locale but his bio is that 1960s to 1970s worked at Moccosin Bend Psychiatric Hospital Re-Educating/Deprogramming Young People, knew how to deprogram people The 2-8-88 date stands out as that is when someone claims they were derogrammed and reprogrammed. There’s a graph or coordinates paper used and Mr Page was involved with Civil Air Patrol which is a civilian offshoot of Air Force…..more to come as I attempt to decode this.

2/22/25 Still In Hospital
It’s a skilled facility that does have Dr’s, nurses, CNA’s and procedures can be done here (Ukiah) but I’m scheduled for more in depth surgery, hopefully to finally remove the other Wound Vac. My injuries, according to Police Report: I was in critical condition from being hit by a 6 wheeled red truck at S. Orchard Ave & E. Gobbi St and driver Hit me, front passenger wheel ran over my torso & pelvic areas, as turning left, ran over my legs and feet with passenger side rear TWO WHEELS at 5 mph? I’ll post this report soon (I’ll redact stuff….) but this Police Report is flawed & incomplete. It says that I’m too stupid to know how to cross the street at 65 and in the Police Responding Officer opinion (He’s in Police Log info & has local stories of police brutality, civil rights complaints), I’m responsible for my accident and subsequent injuries. I’ve disassociated myself from the original Legal Team who agreed with this Police Report telling me it looks bad but maybe we could get…small amount of money……um…. I’ve a new Legal Rep now. I’m in Hospital situations because of being hit but the Sewer Systems Repair, bacteria, 2 months of fighting organisms found in Sewers like types of Serratia, Enteroccus, and more. I’ve got another Wound culture to be identified pulled last Thursday but all this bacteria can kill ya.
just to be clear: when I was walking to the post office, as soon as I hit E. Gobbi and S. Orchard Ave, had to hit the arrow button to go EAST and cross that intersection. I waited for the light to show the green walk 🚶♀️sign flashing and vocally saying ‘walk sign is on’ (it is an ADA corner). Then when I was on the other ADA corner, to go North on S. Orchard, hit arrow button and waited for the walk 🚶♂️ sign etc, it came on and I proceeded NORTH crossing E. Gobbi. I recall crossing and almost getting to the other side: I drew this under alot of medical issues happening to me but there were some small circular areas on the S. Orchard corners (crews has put a cone? And 2 thin pieces of wood? No sign saying ‘closed’ or ‘no pedestrian access’) but there was room to get on that curb, walk around the about 1 1/2 ft circular thing and get onto sidewalk. I don’t recall seeing a CHP vehicle my right as I crossed, police report mentions this that driver was focused on it but there is the CHP location on S. Orchard Ukiah. The small circled corners were for the crews to improve them into ADA compliant corners (part of the Gobbi St improvemant plans online).
2/26/25 I’m 1 handed for awhile for strong IV antibiotic. Won’t be blogging much nor decoding anything.

IV connector was taken out several days ago but I underwent surgery, again Thurs. Anyway, I’m finishing the 1988 Zodiac McDonald’s Communications. The code is easy and what it says! Jack is very, angry with MkUltra, CIA, Prescott Bush & son George, Reagan after deprogrammed Cathy O’brien & Linda Macdonald are talking about MkUltra continued after it was supposed to stop and went on well into 1960s & 1970s. It took Jack 9 years to get his cure. These young women went through Hell under MkUltra spell and while being used in intel community. Hope to post it soon.
3/16/25 1988 Zodiac McDonald’s Communications DECODED!
It brings up about Dan Page, who’s bio is he was in Mental Health biz, ran several psychiatric facilities but was known for Re-education of young psychiatric patients, especially 1960s, so he knew how to deprogram people. This solve says he helped deprogram Linda Macdonald & she sued CIA 1988. She did sue CIA back then. The solve brings up Mark Phillips deprograms Cathy O’brien. Her bio is that this is true, married him later. I worked for McDonald’s 1980s in management and don’t recall “G7 G8 G9” for station observation checklists. When I realized the solve is bringing up Cathy O’brien 1970s….G7 or group of 7 started 1973, G8 or group of 8 started 1975….the countries involved and being a spy, MkUltra spell people could easily be used to get info. G9 or group of 9 is early 1960s and this logically fits Linda Macdonald who claims she was placed into deep sleep for hours, almost a whole day, her memory erased. But logically, she could be used to get info or relay info and not even recall it. The solve brings up Zhe or Zhe Province and Chinese Spies. We’re these 2 women used to get intelligence, especially connected to Cold War Communist China, relay it to their handlers? There was alot of Zhe Province spies issues 1970s. As seen in solve, Jack is very angry at Reagan, MkUltra Bush dad & son, to realize the programming techniques he went through and it took him years to get deprogrammed, was still happening, that CIA didn’t end the mind control programs. I will add more later.
I’m still in hospital but I can do this work, again. In solve, Jack is bringing up the hint of 1942 when he really gets started as a teen in the intel community. Then hints he was once Z, says ’78 on he is “no one” at The See. Yes, Tarrance is born 1928 which is Chinese Year of The Dragon. More later.

I see online historical info about how Russia was to be in G8 in the future as Cold War was to end sometime as G7 was formed 1970s. There was the Cold War, Berlin Wall & Germany was divided until 1989. The future mentioned in 3333….is this what Jack is referring to? Reagan did get Russia backed Berlin Wall knocked down 1989. Will add more later.

Also, since Tarrance put only 374 partial Zip Code, since it is a 202 redacted DC/White House phone number & the time was 09:37:47….that’s where the Chattanooga, TN 37402 Zip Code comes in to fill in the message. Lastly, GRAPH PAPER stood out as who uses graph paper for a note or letter?

I just found out something went wrong with my injury still healing. Hopefully, I’ll still be able to go home, soon. Anyways, I’m working on another 1965 Dallas PD Envelope. Looks like JT 101 to me and the letter that goes with it….I sent link to Nanette as handwriting may be JT. It’s a letter sent by an unknown author signed “a prisoner”. More later.

I’ve got all the puzzle pieces to this Zodiac-esque Jan 3 1965 envelope. FYI, that date is when newly elected to the U.S.A. Senate Bobby Kennedy started at Capitol Hill. This communication is not from Jack but the sender tells of N.N. Jack Tarrance sending what he wrote: Dec. 3, 1963 Lancaster, CA envelope (and letter). The hint to the 1965 sender is seen in what I got. It has to do with Kennedys Get Hoffa Squad, that Lee Bowers, Jr is next. Yep….that’s me, still recovering from injuries in the hospital holding onto my work. More soon.

1st one is the decode of the 12/3/63 letter that went with the Lancaster, CA return address Palmdale Envelope. The last 2 are an unfinished numbered anagram of the Jan. 3, 1965 Dallas Police etc envelope. I wanted to get this published thus copyrighted quickly as it says: Lee Bowers Jr is to die next, Cheri Jo Bates is suggested to be murdered after & be in UPI, Hoffa (IBTU Cappuccino Lover) in 1975. BUT NN Carter is to be future president 1976! I’ll number this later!

The Stenographic Code is same Gen. George Washington Zodiac Code system. It’s from a man with multiple countries as-in British Empire, colonies like Canada, Liverpool England, Italy and the American Colonies then USA, Confederate South and was in 19th Century Intel Community.
FYI, British decided to not be involved in any way with USA Civil War and thus their Confederates. The Civil War was over 1865 but the hunt for Confederate Co-conspirators of killing Lincoln (a descendant of the Founders, the insurrectionists against Britain) went on for years. Imagine being a possible rich Confederate co-conspirator with information as to who the newspapers sensationalized Londons Jack The Ripper was and the sensitive nature of England & America politics at the time, especially when they lost 13 colonies to once one of their own people….War of 1812… and someone linked to all of this somehow…..allow one or more having Intel on who the real killer is.
