I had a request last year from Meghan Walsh, who’s John Walsh’s daughter and going through some extreme events related to her parents- CPS, kids taken, unfounded allegations against her and so much more. She knows about the Zodiac Killer Tarrance Scorpion Ciphers sent to America’s Most Wanted and my blogs/books that bring up multiple times….a dark side of her “iconic” parents. That said, Meghan had asked me to check out this FBI Adam Walsh Files cryptic communication. She is not a handwriting expert but after see so many Tarrance related communications, she believed that this was by Jack Tarrance. So? I am working on this now after being sidetracked by the 1969 Zodiac Killer Bus Bomb Letter & Envelope PAPERCLIP 1974 version decode which took weeks to do! The Zodiac Killer “Fairfield Letter” is a message meant for the C.I.A.! This is the only one I have seen meant for the C.I.A.! So…the Rambler was, according to Jack Tarrance et al world, the same Rambler that CIA Ruth and Micheal Paine owned, was sold to Faraday’s Father. The below decode is from a c1971 ZK Fairfield Letter communication with a cipher. I cracked the cipher in 2020 and the letter or note with it. It says: “CIA, yes, ugly DMV Doris see me leave west on Lake Herman Road” and other message reads: “Micheal Paines missus Ruth sold Dallas, Tex Rambler 2/to =Father I see station wagon operator- Betty Lou Lake Herman Road Benici I.E. Im th ir mur erer” “Micheal Paines missus Ruth sold Dallas, Texas Rambler 2/to = David Faraday’s Father Thomas Faraday. I see station wagon operator- (and) Betty Lou Jensen on Lake Herman Road Benicia, CA I.E./therefore I am their murderer”. Below is the work done during the 2020 Pandemic and I was/still am—–a Clayton Fire victim trying to recover and rebuild. 4 MORE Books since then as this is when “The World According To Jack Tarrance….etc” was just published! 2/4/24 Rare Low Snow & Blogging
As seen in the above dated FEBRUARY 3rd 2024 pictures, the requested attempt to solve the mystery of the cryptic Adam Walsh Files Sentinel Star note, we’ll, I accomplished it. It says he got Danran for the Kamahele & Reve switching IDs thus killing the wrong girl (Reve was the intended target. See Franz Valley/Santa Rosa cases blogs or buy America’s Most Evil) & per Bobby The Cook, Adam was sold to Finders Cult Pettie, Douglas Ammerman. I briefly looked at the early version of The Finders Cult info and it was CIA, basically for finding future CIA prospects in minors. I summized the probability that Adam has an above average IQ. This is rare for kids to have high IQ but it happens. I’ve met the rare tykes when working at McDs for years, the ones who are adults trapped in grade school bodies & want to talk about the new ice rings surrounding Saturn, not play with the children in the Play Place. Anyway, this summarization that Adam must have high IQ, well, a future military leader, Intel guy would be valuable. The stories of kids being sold for sex, yes, I’ve seen them & blogged until book form on them but this may not have been the outcome for a bright boy with an adult mind. Will post more later. 2/4/24 Bomb Cyclone Evening
I found Meghan Walsh name in the cryptic message AND, Adam is now LILLY! This is not a coincidence that decades later, Lilly Brandt came forward to Meghan & her supporters as Adam, told her he loves his sister. I’ve seen the video(s) of “Adam” telling his story, believed there was an “event imprint” on the person that had 6 year old all over them, an event that happened & left its mark even though apx 40 years old. It’s something I picked up on as I watched the recorded interview. Lilly/Adam looks like Adam Walsh & here is a decoded missive that says Adam is now known as Lilly. There’s more to post about this cryptic message Jack sent to Reagan White House. So keep checking back!!!

Below is the correct Star Envelope Commorative Suffrage Alice Stokes Paul…etc that was 9 1/2″ x 4 1/8″. The Postal Envelope used was properly identified by knowing I was missing certain numbers and parts of words, so, this unique one type of shape, length, well it filled in the puzzle.
I want to thank all the great stamp collector & seller sites as they are people that love and know their stuff! Levine, Mystic Stamps, HipStamps are among them. You may get so excited to see what they have and buy something! I have!
I am actively working on the 4 c USPS Prepaid Postal Card that Zodiac Killer Jack Tarrance used to send a cryptic message. That said, this would have never made it through the USPS as for 1 it is from 1962 and 4c for Post Cards was from 1963 to early 1968, 5c to 1971, 6c 1971 to 1974, 8c 1974…..and so, on. ALSO, there’s no Bullseye Cancellation, NO KILLER lines, NO POSTMARK. SO? Yes, it wasn’t mailed but what I am finding is, this is another facsimile, thus another type of “mail” and it’s mid 1970s. This will shock people, as usual, like Jack Tarrance and his crew by then can do!

2/11/24 SuperBowl Sunday
I miss my father: 1940-1986 US Navy Reserve & Hazard Duty US Merchant Marine, The Blitz, WWII, Cold War, Korean War, Police Actions, Vietnam War (beginning to end) all the while bringing our exports abroad & imports to USA. He wondered what the heck was all the wild hoopla about when 49ers won the Superbowl 1980s & was trying to cross Bay Bridge returning home from overseas after docking at Oakland Army Base. His ship doctor & other med professionals had noticed his High Blood Pressure & told him to try picking out an obsessive hobby. So he started looming in Football & San Francisco 49ers after this event of Wild OBSESSED 49ERS FANS shut down the Bay Bridge. My dad became a 49er Faithful, his BP came down, he OBSESSED over the team when retired. If you didn’t sit down with him and watch the game…..Best not be bugging him during it! Go Niners! Win one for my dad! He’s in heaven and watching!!

Feb 13 2024 Lass Code Book Author: A Witness
Loren L. Swearingen who contacted Nanette Barto 2013 about cracking the z340 finding Jack Tarrance in it (phonetically) along with seemingly coherent phrases, anxiously wanting to talk ciphers and Nanette said she’s just the handwriting examiner and put me in touch with Loren who never explained why he was interested in cracking Zodiac Codes: IS A WITNESS TO DONNA LASS ABDUCTION AND MURDER as per the decoded Peek Through The Pines 1962-1968 4c Lincoln USPS pre-paid postal card. It is dated, by Jack Tarrance himself, 1974…December 25, 1974. This was never mailed in the USPS it was mailed via Facsimile to President Ford, S.F. Examiner, S.F. Chronicle and L.A. Times. He says that after a pilot (who must have been identified quickly as a Dow Inc. Pilot Swearingen) saw him in action for the CIA op- kill the abducted Donna Lass at the East Stateline roundabout Y, he phoned Nora Kaufman and confessed to his sins. He says afterwards he loaded up Lass and suit in the Laundry truck, drove body up to the Pines Condos site and decapitated head, dumped the head at the hwy 20/80 Camp Spaulding and Snow Park (Nyack) areas, drove south on 80 to Fairfield hwy 12 to hwy 29, north up to Lower Lake CA turned right East on Main Street Morgan Valley Rd, body U.G./underground at NOHV 95457. The South Lake Tahoe airport is just a few miles from the East Stateline roundabout so the pilot must have had a birdseye view as landing after midnight September 8, 1970. I know that as a kid when I saw the Zodiac (Jacks son) Fall 1970 I somehow knew not to tell anyone, that I was just a kid and nobody would believe me, well, I can only imagine what this would be like as an adult trying to come forward about being a witness to Donna Lass murder. She was meant to be a Cold Case for decades but according to Jacks code systems I cracked, it isn’t supposed to be forever, the truth is left behind to find, it is hiding in plain sight. I’ll post more about this solve soon but back in 2013 Loren Swearingen told Nanette and I, he did contact authorities about his 340 cipher solve and got nowhere. We told him that’s been the same for anybody trying to get info and facts across to authorities when it includes details on Jack Tarrance. He said that he’s working on a upcoming book in regards to the z340 and we’d be mentioned in it. We three cracked more codes (I still have these in my computer files), especially after he got Jacks code keys to his digraph system FROM ME and I got them from Dennis who got them from Jack himself that he created in the “My Name Is” cipher. Once Swearingen was finding CIA and MKULTRA info in Halloween Card….he started getting nervous and had a falling out with Nanette, made a last call in early 2014 to me, told me how to attempt a latin version of a decode to Stine letter and wished me luck on my endeavors to crack Jacks code systems. Keep checking back, I should have the 2 big puzzle pieces to the Peek Through The Pines put together more neatly.

2/18/24 Dow Pilot Loren Swearingen Is In c1970 Donna Lass Reward Cipher
There are reports that this poster DIDN’T HAVE a Cipher on it circa 1970 when family was offering several $100 for information, her safe return. Then there is the updated decades later where reward is $10,000 & a new 530 telephone area code with SouthLakeTahoe PD phone number. Old one was 916 and the SLT PD phone number. The online version of that ‘Donna Lass Reward Poster’ with Zodiac Killer composite AND Zodiac Killer Cipher symbols…..well….it is definitely a Jack Tarrance message! He says “Nut Dow Pilot L.S. saw MEEEEEE kill E.S.” or “Nut Dow pilot Loren Swearingen saw MEEEEEE Zodiac Killer Jack Tarrance kill Donna Lass RN in East Stateline, Nevada!” I did my best to show how solve was achieved but I knew that the blank square symbols can become colored in which then the code key would be an L or 8 of the underlines per blank square. Then the other underlines can form the “L F” symbol, the 4 dots with a Z under it= return address on 1970 ZK Halloween Card (fits ParaDice Motel area where JT stayed). Also 3 underlines form the T in piloT. Lastly, then the unique South Lake Tahoe Jack Tarrance CIPHER is a mix of code symbols with code keys and alphabet. Loren Swearingen…..stay safe out there! Oh! MY! GOD! so many people wanted you dead! The mob, the Zodiac Killer, CIA ,too? God Bless You! You appear to be a good guy who happens to witness what happened to Donna Lass! You are the 1st Dennis Kaufman! Those of us who sided with Dennis Kaufman under KennyKilgore when Jack was still alive and he was trying to get justice for his mom’s murder & other believed to be his victims ESPECIALLY Donna Lass when the Kaufmans and Jack lived in South Lake Tahoe CA were trashed, bashed, had our posts deleted at Voigt zodiac mb! The same continued with Dennis getting more media attention after Jack Tarrance died and the online stalking, bashing, trashing anybody and all who sided with Dennis & trying to prove Jack was/is THE ZODIAC & more! 2/21/24 The L.A. Times 1971 ZK Envelope Decoded
They who Jack Tarrance worked with were trying to get Nixon attention about a problem pilot who saw everything and was getting alot of press attention or so Jack in this cryptic message on the envelope believes. There’s plans to make Dow Pilot Loren Swearingen a mystery victim number 14 if Nixon Administration doesn’t figure out a solution to the problem. The results of the letter with this will shock you. Anyway, the Monticello Card info is in here. It’s March 22. 1971 with the cutouts and the Forest Pines ad but is hand delivered to the Chronicle. The D.C. killing of Brenda Denise Woodard & note is here and Jack is telling Nixon THEY ARE ANAGRAMS about the problem Pilot Loren Swearingen and Jack & Nora Kaufman need assistance with funds. Read this one and weep because Woodard, killed by The Irishman, died over this? Will post more soon.
AS seen above- this is the ZK L.A. Times Envelope 1971 and this is from my book: 2020 The World According To Jack Tarrance. To achieve the message, identify everything possible then anagram: the stamp details, the number sign, the editor, the proper location, the fact that one stamp has The Killer (lines like USPS use to kill the stamp) and the other stamp does not & well….everything! This blog will be my next book so buy the others while you can as internet & social media can come and go, changes, but BOOKS last centuries!
Oh! Did you see that Jack says who’s connected to the Woodard hostage killing used Nixon D.C. IBM Zerox machine to copy the note in her own handwriting? Not only were Jack & his crew threatening the lives of those who witnessed Jack killing Donna Lass THEY WERE BLACK MAILING NIXON! This just keeps getting interesting! Where’s the press coverage Hero Dow Pilot Loren Swearingen was getting? What happened to these records? Did this get buried on the back pages of some snippet of a local independent newspaper or did major papers do their magical editing and get rid of it somehow? They wanted him & his story to be buried and if not become really buried as in dead! This letter, according to the decoded envelope is actually dated November 16, 1971. It is a week later Jack becomes the mystery man DB COOPER who ‘disappeared, never to be seen again’ and which certainly buried any chances of the general public thirsting for more details about nabbing Zodiac Killer! Below is the shocking L A Times letter Jack Tarrance sent to Oval Office Haldeman- He recaps what’s basically in the cryptic envelope message but makes a comment about plugging up the leaks? That’s what Watergate scandal is supposed to be about! It’s next year in 1972….seeds are sown for the up and coming Watergate issue. Then, after this letter is DB Cooper so, keep in mind, I got decoded DB Cooper missives that talk about E. Howard Hunt, future famed Bob Woodward & they are just weeks away from 11/16/1971. 2/22/24 The ZK Tarrance L.A. Times Envelope Message
As seen above, it’s the best of my ability, achieved message. Where’s the newspaper press articles Jack is referring to about Loren Swearingen seeing everything by air, from above, the guy who fits Zodiac Composite, killing Donna Lass, following by plane to Forest Pines build site and on over the hwy20/hwy80 location then on to 80 to hwy 12 to hwy29 up to NOHV Marie Anstey murder location of MY TOWN Lower Lake CA? The rumors of the Zodiac caves of the Mclaughlin Mine Napa County on Knoxville Berryessa Rd near Lake County border that had all these Zodiac Killer Newspapers articles…..is that where they went? When the mine was sold, (1980s?) the papers disappeared, the caves plugged up. These Zodiac caves are just a mile or so from the NOHV & just few miles from the SOHV or South entrance on Knoxville Berryessa Rd which of course leads right to Lake Berryessa. More later…..and I hope all the tips I’ve sent to Cybertips@cityofslt.us regarding 0070-6436 Cold Case Donna Lass is being taken seriously. I hope that their records of Dennis Kaufman working with the South Lake Tahoe PD and submitting Jacks DNA that came back as a MATCH TO LASS CRIME SCENE (her apt?) 2001 will hope close this case!
2/23/24 Loren Swearingen DOW Pilot Is Dead
Jack says he’s going to kill and bury victim 14 for being the Donna Lass memory of hwy89 to hwy80/hwy20 to hwy12 to hwy29 guy trying to get him arrested AND ALONG WITH THE skull alledged to be found 1986 authorities found a jawbone with ALL THE TEETH. I grabbed a screen shot of this fact so, it is a google search but any online search will show this info. Below this picture is the correct L.A. Times Zodiac letter WITH PUSHPINS that yields the message I got when I did the now normal to me process of identifying everything and then anagram.
Sad news but I am kicked off of Barto Show “Hit The Road Jack, Finding The Zodiac” because of constant complaints of conectivity issues which is normal for Podcasts but she wants me, a fire victim, to have all these easy things she with a home and great income has and was telling me that I need to get the earpods and sync them, use them, won’t use much data (What? It’s not her phone! She doesn’t pay my bills or live my life!)……and I was finding out that I need to pay for an app or download it……THINGS THAT COST MONEY. The complaints are constant that ME in a rural to semi-rural area that doesn’t have what big city or major metropolitan areas have like 5g on up, great cellphone signals and I am in area of THREE Volcanoes that interfere with this. So? This is terrible to not do the show that I had so much fun doing and from the local Starbucks in my vehicle, like many professionals, that bring attention and support the local economy…..but anyway….not on the show now. I was hearing that there were other complaints from viewers about Me & the WiFi issues, ME who once had a home, great life of normality that most people take for grantid…. so, again…..I am probably never doing the show again? I don’t have what she has and was telling me that I can do this, do that…..like she can easily…..realistically, it does not work that way ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU DON’t PAY YOUR GUESTS, a person who survives in an area where there are many more people like them: FIRE VICTIMS that one day they had a nice home, the next day find out all they had left in their pocket was $80, not only their house but other family homes gone and no Nest Egg for their GOLDEN YEARS! I told her, today, that I found out I have to download an app for what she was requesting and that I am tired of the complaints coming from someone who has everything I don’t have- home, $$$, easy life, just pay the bill and have it all! She said, fine, no show then after I said I am so upset and she should stop complaining, she says she paid $$$$$ for the show and she forgets that I added some support and there’s another sponsor at one point. I am investing God giving talents to keep going, show or not and keep the blog-to-books flowing. I may not be living the easy, snap your fingers, turn up the thermostat or turn up the AC, go-get-gas, hop-into-shower, pay-the-bills, go-on-vacation, which so many people take for grantid and think it is the good life but I know I am living the GOOD as GOD Given and blessed for every day I get up…..that I am living the GOOD LIFE!
just one more blog post for the day…..Barto has no show without me & the decoded missives, she is the best Handwriting Examiner in the world but nobody wants here hours and days of descriptions of Jacks Ws, his Xs and so on. It is a stuck old fashioned skipping 45 or LP record. So? Hopefully she will apologize after realizing my life is not the same as hers but once was. I once had beautiful apple trees, plum trees, oak trees, pine treee, a house or even two, loved ones and pets, decent income from being a landlord…..all that is gone. My loved ones are dead, the pets are dead, the trees are dead, the neighbors are dead, my town is not the same but the ghosts, the ghost homes, the spirits, the love is a haunting memory.
2/25/24 I Found M.T. OR Modus Tollens Lass Xmas Card Envelope
In my 2019 version of decoding this envelope I assume the M.T. along with some loose alphabet I ended up with was to mean it stood for “M r Tar a n (Cent Symbol) e” but he embedded this Modus Tollens in if you use a decoding of what’s on the envelope without identifying everything possible you come up with what appears to be expected by Zodiac. He got Sam Giancana during a meal, shot him 6 times in the mouth 1975. That said, it cost .20 cents in 1982-1985 for usps 1st class mail. Finding the Modus Tollens means the code creator tells you that despite you’re confident you got the correct method of operation that ends up looking really good and it yielded a true message, go back and find where the line of the process broke, find the details and reassemble it to get the more important message. I’m almost finished with this revision and it is a very, disturbing macabre message during Reagan era. That’s my hand, the hand of a code breaker, on the public domain Donna Lass 2 10 cents Dennis Kaufman birthdate December 27 (1974) bullseye cancellation killer on the stamp envelope. Yep. Jack Tarrance brings up his stepson kid Dennis Kaufman born 12/27….it’ll be here, the solve soon.

2/28/24 Donna Lass Xmas Card Envelope Decode Preliminary Results
It is a very tough one to decode but I’m getting there. It’s alarmingly macabre but it is not 1974, it’s 1980s and is, after Jack is confessing to his Donna Lass & Pilot Swearingen sins that are haunting him, he is telling on others AND IS REVEALING INFO on The 1st Face On The Milk Carton Johnny Gosch. I circled it. My work on this one is in very messy puzzle pieces but I am getting it done!
SnowMaggedon2024 Weekend?
3/1/24 It’s trying to snow right now before noon. Might be stuck at home few days due to rare low snow down to 500ft but mostly down to 1000ft and Clear Lake is at 1200ft. I’m at 1500ft….anyway, did the Barto Show today. Let’s just say, things happen & stressed out people get into it without thoroughly walking in the other person’s shoes. I’m a fire victim, ya-da-ya-da-ya-da but she is having issues per the side of someone with a house: namely somebody complaining about her show & setting her up for a “suicide watch” which is the thing to do to people like- Marjorie Taylor Green and, oh, yeah- the guy who runs Catturd (the latter gave gotten Swat surrounding their residences). Anyway, while waiting for the snow to really kick in, I’m posting that hopefully all will go well with Barto Show & I get my no home status worked out. Many fire victims are dealing with alot and I have to chase down what happened to the homes I qualified for under State Senator Democrat Mike McGuire 30 year deferred mortgage fire recovery program. I qualified for 4 FOUR HOMES & not 1 came but looks like I’ve still got a 30 year deferred loan on where my home once stood & no home is there? This makes my property WORTHLESS! WORTHLESS LIKE THE DEMOCRAT PARTY THAT WRECKS THE STATE BY HOW THEY RUN THINGS! Hope to get this straightened out!
Day Before My Birthday 2024
The Donna Lass Xmas Card, yields info that when Jack Tarrance sent Star Sentinel FAX to Reagan White House, the very cryptic message that Meghan Walsh asked me to work on that starts this blog, the Secret Service paid him a visit and he got a Restraining Order. Really? Where is it in the Adam Walsh or the Jack Tarrance files? Anyway, this decode I was working on all day! It is a very, troubling decoded missive as it is requesting that they look using the U.S. Satellite systems of the 1980s to do Global Spacial Image Interpretation(s) comparing times of years like 1971 & 1972 when he claims he killed Lass & Swearingen, then look at more current images to find their remains. The Star Sentinel Suffrage Star Commemorative Envelope & note was sent around 1984. The messages I’m getting out of the Lass Xmas Card Envelope & Card itself are 1985. If this card & Envelope is from summer 1985, then what a coincidence that 1986, the jawbone/mandible and the Skull are found? Sad that somebody in Reagan era knew about the remains as this can’t be a coincidence. Also, if the Star Sentinel note was decoded and there’s Jack calling Reagan ‘a shitty President’ the details about where Danran is, the details about Kamahele, the details about Adam Walsh is now Lilly Brandt…..yep, that would get a Secret Service visit.
The uniqueness of the G.S.I.I. is that, if I recall correctly, is Professor Steven Dewhurst specialty and/or certainly knew alot about that field. He bought Dennis Kaufman rights for their book on Zodiac Killer Jack Tarrance. It also proves my theory that they had access to the Eyes Of Texas, the Satellites that took pictures and were following the bad guys & the good guys for years. I’ll post more soon. Snow flurries & flakes happened off and on here but didn’t completely shut down the town.
3/7/24 Jack Is Working For The Pope 1985?
I’ve finished with the Donna Lass Xmas Card Envelope decode. It’s a massive 1588 symbols of a giant anagram. I hope to post it soon but must warn readers that some of it is very macabre because he’s trying to confess and work at the same time. He brings up about current 1980s missing kids cases and is telling all about who did what, when, where and why. Several pages of work. Check back….should be here, soon.

3/15/24 I’m A Dyslexic S.F. CA. Catholic Kid Too
I was surprised as to how easy the information of evidence regarding a San Francisco Catholic Kid Kevin Collins was to decode. This case has touched me more than any of the others as I was an undiagnosed dyslexic when I was in elementary school and was going to St. Phillips, had trouble with spelling and writing out the words and this made me able to anagram the word puzzles found in newspapers and magazines at a very, young age. I knew what the words were supposed to look like, so concentrated hard to reassemble the word puzzle in my head to unscramble and get the anagram right. When it came to remembering the missing Kevin Collins case, I recalled believing I saw him in the back of a car, frantically smacking the back window with his hands and mouthing the words “Help Me! Help ME!” as I was going to a house cleaning job in wealthy Forest Hill, found my car had been shot when I went to go home 2 hours later, in the front passenger side tires hub cap/steel wheel part. Well, as I skimmed across the other 1st Milk Carton Face kids, working on the Donna Lass Xmas Card Env decode, I knew I had to try to see what God’s Gift I had would yield about Catholic Kevin when done. So? There I was starting an attempt to unravel secrets about Kevin Collins case. I was seemingly throwing things to a wall and seeing what would stick. Since Patz & Gosch had Pablo Escobar Cocaine as a common denominator, after gathering up quickly names of people, his dads occupation associated with Kevin, I searched online about any cocaine siezures/busts and bam! There was the pier 69 400+ LBS January 1983 that came off of the Gran Columbiana in San Francisco and D.E.A. was tipped off about people seen swimming to a nearby beach with sacks of cocaine. Another thing that helped me center on decoding Kevin’s evidence was the several red flags I noticed that only a Catholic Kid, especially in San Francisco, would know. The flaws of what was and is presented making people believe the story of events that unfolded looked like a story meant for publication but also a coded message sent across Hearsts U.P.I. back to someone in Washington DC. But who would it be when Nixon is out of office, Jack and his crew are dumped by Presidents since Ford? I anagram and find, since this is 1985, it’s The U.S. Holy See the Vatican and His Holiness The Pope and the Holy See had just been officially declared to have State Department ties with its office in Washington DC as of 1985 despite having liaisons since 1893 there. I am so moved with this decode to see the Pope, himself, is looking for Kevin Collins, a young Catholic boy due to extraordinary circumstances that involve an out of control international Cocaine ring headed by Pablo Escobar, from a large presence of Catholics Columbia, central America and looks like they know he is dead, so like Lass and Swearingen, Jack and his side are to locate the remains and have them properly buried as a Catholic under a Juniper Tree. Not only is Kevin kidnapped but per decode, his father….well…the family must have been extorted and terrorized with thugs and two of the thugs have been named recently as suspects in missing Kevin’s case: Jon Dunkle aka Peninsula Serial Killer and Wayne Jackson aka Dan Therrien. Go along with what they say to do or others will be kidnapped and killed, especially in your family? Sadly, under Reagan the Coke was flowing more than ever, so, the D E A was infiltrated by those connected to Escobar & Medillin Cartel and I see a family that didn’t stand a chance against this overpowering Evil.

The stashed into the NCMEC computer system of pre-Milk Carton 1985/86 has held this names, dates, drugs, kidnapping & involuntary servitude info in it for decades. The solve names Noreen Gosch and then also Martin Lead Private Investigator Sam Soda. There are alot of people suspecting SODA had the 1958 Blue Mercury and this solve validates that. The solve says that Johnny Gosch was traded for Meth to be Adam Walsh (Lilly) Brandt brother Dan and facilitated by Bibi (Reve Walsh). The Martin kidnapping has something to do with Yakuza and Kadota, the Cocaine bust in Des Moines the year prior and they are getting even for that by this capture? I will post more later. Nanette Barto pointed out I didn’t have a “Alive and Well” DB COOPER note decode. So, for the upcoming show, it’s now done. Be patient, readers, I will post alot more about the Gosch, Martin & 1980s missing kids. I am shocked at how the evil dark sided individuals disregarded how really sympathetic, loving, caring people felt over the gut wrenching missing kids stories when it was known where they were, that they lived on. I see that kids were enslaved to somehow repay missing drug money & it’s in the millions, so how many years did it take to fill the drug money void? Shame on Reagan, Walsh’s and others!!! Noreen Gosch is supposed to be Catholic, so what made her become the wayward Catholic? Did she and others in the Des Moines area become easily extorted? Hope to hear the victims true stories from their own mouths soon. Yes, I believe she is as much of a victim as the kids that were exploited. Where does one go when everyone around you is corrupt? As seen in the above pictures, I finished the Johnny Gosch NCMEC “evidence” decode. It is an amazing story that evolved out of a fabricated story of events by corrupt people involved with the young man disappearance. The info in it not only reveals who he becomes and where he went but also tells a re-cap version of Eugene Martin disappearance and then why Marc Allen will possibly die by Easter 1986 in Des Moines, Iowa which includes names involved with future Connecticut murder victim Theodore Genovese and Mark Allen Sr. Alot going on here in this decoded Johnny Gosch evidence. To see that Jack is definitely working for His Holiness Pope John-Paul II and the White House office is not answering The Holy See Office, mainly about missing Catholic altar boy Kevin Collins request to help find him and use G.S.I.I. technology on the Vaticans St. Agnes property and the Masonic corner is gut wrenching. Jack is acknowledging his taunt that got him a Secret Service visit and a Restraining Order (the Star Sentinel Suffrage Star cryptic message that taunted Reagan and what he knew about John Walsh, Adam/Lilly) but is repeating that he’s working for the Vatican Holy See and is o.k., ending the large detailed message with aannnnnsweer ssshhheeeeeessshe. So, this will be a brief typed post but it worked for my X/Twitter spot to use. 4/13/24 I Have To Leave
As many of my readers know, I am a Clayton Fire Victim that has been hoping and trying to rebuild ever since that non-natural fire ripped through my town destroying EVERYTHING. When I came back to the property that was the only place that I could call home as I owned it, taxes were current, water got paid, somehow got the funds to handle the tiniest necessassities that most people take for grantid. Well? According to NCO & Hope City AND Code Enforcement & Building Dept & Community Developement: I didn’t qualify in mid 2017 for DEMOCRAT State Senator Mike McGuire Clayton Fire Recovery Crisis Networks 30 Yr Deferred Loan Program. But I did, and got a used FEMA Trailer about to be on my property Dec 2017 that, due to the complexity and flexibility of the Fire Recovery Govt links programs, was diverted to Pomo Indian ppl on their Clearlake Oaks Elem Colony who lost their home in 2017 Sulphur Fire. That fire was also non-natural start and was definitely blamed on Power Grid or PG&E along with so many famous named fires that got lumped into “Wine Country Fires”. Then, even though my caseworkers: NCO Melissa Hughes & Hope City Sue Saunders, who knew that my Native American Cherokee family members that lost their homes in Clayton Fire and had steady jobs/”Indian Money” and my cousin died but another family member was desperate for housing…..they decided that I would qualify for a bigger and better 3 bedroom manufactured home along with 17 other families. So? I signed more papers…..had to….because if I didn’t prove to Social Services (part of the recovery bureacracy) that I was trying to recover from the fire, I WOULD HAVE MY EBT & other limited medical benefits CANCELLED. I really can’t stay long at the place I am typing so I will try to keep it brief. I had no power, no heat, no AC for 1 year and 8 months, almost died in Heat Stroke June 20 2018 while waiting for my 2nd home that I had the plans in my possession and the property had inspectors during Spring, a backhoe digging for the septic and a potential NEW Septic to go with my new home…..well? Hope City Sue and Catholic Charities and I believe an off-duty PG&E crew got my Temp Power permit, the Temp Dwelling on June 21, 2018. Then something went wrong with our money and Melissa Hughes and 1.7 Million DOLLARS and our records ( I was among 18 families getting this program), was told to come in and sign more papers at Hope City Church location Middletown and backdate because the funds were missing which made it look like I had just got back onto the Lower Lake property in a BIG trailer June 2018 filing for the first time to get this complex 30 year deferred program. Fast forward to this week…..my stories of the fire and what happened after it, I moved back, etc, signing papers in summer 2017 with Hughes, Saunders and I believe Hope City’s Valerie Cox….the data doesn’t match up to me saying I had four homes coming one right after the other, qualified and why……so? I have to leave and will be getting a 30 day notice to get me and my belongings off the property I own and what is left of the ruins I live amongst because according to the data and code enforcement I am illegally living there as-in not permitted to live on my once home property. I used to rent out rooms, briefly rented out the entire home, that was my main source of standing on my own two feet income. So? If I am very distracted from doing true crime cases that this blog is mainly for, I am sorry that I can’t keep up with that now as I am still running from the fire that destroyed my life, my families life, my friends life and I am desperately trying to find ways to save my belongings, my personal property again. May 19, 2024 I’m Still Sidetracked
I’ve heard zilch the past 3-4 weeks regarding being deemed not up to code here amongst many others. This county alone has been ravaged by non-natural started fires to the extent that its apx 3/4 the county has burned. Where are they planning to put those of us who dont qualify for homeless housing? We’ve property, water, power, shelter in our names with really nowhere else to go but where our homes once were. For me, I know I’ve done everything imaginable to rebuild including 3 years of being involved with Caseworkers/Govt Rebuild Programs then Pandemic hit, then the fire recovery creeps dumped me so got books going, then put property up for sale. I’d hoped to get back to finishing the Mark James Warren Allen NCMEC data/evidence decode but I’m in limbo here. I could still be somehow forced to vacate my private property as could get a pounding on the door, a 30 day notice. Also, I got so scared for my belongings being suddenly locked up here to where I’d never see them again, I, 65 years old, all alone, moved my precious items into storage which took several weeks to do. The time that these alarming events consumed which involved frantically hunting for my proof of North Coast Opportunities/ Hope City Crisis Network & CalHome Loan contracts by unpacking & repacking TO PROVE I was not lying about how I went thru Clayton Fire, came back to property, how Temp Pole & RV ended up here…..this also backed me up as far as getting ready for HEAT. I’ve almost died here in June 2018 from heatstroke. So? I am almost done getting ready for heat here but must deal with clearing as much of property as possible and this is all by myself. My family wishes they could help me out here but they have their own crosses to bear. Meanwhile, my properties have been for sale, although, ideally I’d like to have a home here….being an author/codebreaker was a way I had hoped to rebuild after being dumped by Democrat run govt rebuild programs. All this said, I plan on finishing the Allen Des Moines Iowa decode soon.

The jerks with Hope City, namely Valerie Cox, claimed to NCO (and I believe also people at where the Feb notice came from) that I never got the 30yr Deferred etc loan which would include the funds and processes of rebuild (permits, who does the construction, the house put together for me & more). Was doing Nanette Barto “Hit The Road Jack, Finding The Zodiac” show and TerryB was the highlight of the May 31, 2024 show. TerryB focused on a 7 come 11 clues, they brought up the 2007 “Goldman Sachs” note that had what looked like Jack’s writing. Now, keep in mind, Jack died 8/26/06 so this should be dismissed and I believe if I did see this year’s ago, would not even bother to look at it. But with it being brought up on the show & seeing the note, the envelope, I recognized the system Jack used: A mix of Zodiac code symbols and sentences missing the Exclamation Marks. I’ll put what is available to present from FBI sources soon but for now, I’m posting the note portion solve. It’ll be a few days before I can add a nice & neat decode of the envelope. It’s Jack’s final message, the night he dies and the note/envelope was sent via a Direct Mail service thus scheduled months in advance. 6/8/24 Ouch! GOT stung by Wasp
I was hoping to get a nice & neat decode of the Goldman Sachs 2007 but got stung by a wasp on my thumb while doing an important chore on my property. Hand is out of commission to do work with a pen & paper for a few days. Good thing I keep tobacco in 1st Aid Kit for stings to make a polstace out of. I applied it ASAP & glad I’m still not allergic. Best advice is apply the polstace (tobacco, wet it, wrap) then wait 20 minutes. It absorbs any venom & you want to wait & see if you have anafolaxis (spelt that wrong fore sure) which any reaction if any will come once your blood starts circulating and normal complete circulation is apx 20 minutes. 6/19/24 Sites Fire Is Now A Distraction
It’s a Fire that erupted June 18 apx noontime in Colusa County, Leesville, Lodoga areas. It’s now over 15,000 acres & is about 20-25 miles away from me (by the way the crow flies). It’s about 5% containment as-of last night. The distraction is it can be seen from here, the smoke hits here and must keep an eye on it as winds can bring it into this area. Been through so many fires & have had to evac at a moments notice. This time though most of my belongings are in storage as still not sure if they will force me off my property for essentially being a Clayton Fire Victim and a victim of the recovery programs. This worries me as if must evacuate the area would have to take my stuff outta of two places- my property & storage unit. So? I got scanner going all day & keep up to date on X as well as what I can see from here. The Sites Fire is the biggest California Fire this year & it has gone pyrocumulous a few times. I hope to get back to finishing up the coded missives I was working on soon. 7/11/24 “Edgar”
He drives a new Black Audi, is full of drug cartel tattoos & I never met the young man. He appeared out of nowhere around June 22, 2024 in the audi in 104 degree heat here. He wore the wrong attire for the heat (?flannel & tee shirt? Jeans? But neon green Nikes) said he was Edgar & had to do with the people I tried to evict last year. I told him I don’t think I can talk with you due to 3 orders they somehow got against me, the legal owner of the place: gag order (for talking about cartel issues & whose in it, esp online), restraining order, no contact order (I own the place, I inherited it & these people….it goes back 21 years of a mess basically “they” never legally bought it namely by never transferring title of a mobile home in a mobile home park in the state of California, establishing ownership under a real estate agent thus legally recorded in records offices). I had told the young man June that I was recording him because I don’t know him, that I do this for my safety & he said #35 people want to do something about the place, money….eh….I told him the 3 orders are in the way. They must do this legally, if anything buy it. I told him it must go through a real estate agent, this individual said that who he’s representing doesn’t want to go through the courts again. What I thought I was recording didn’t get that, I told him I’m definitely recording now. Anyway, he left & I thought this was over with. He comes back on 4th of July, I record everything but due to heat exhaustion & extreme heat here, the priority of just trying to survive in a nearly empty trailer that’s now a dangerous oven with 2 ACs going, a mister outside, 112-119 Temps, I didn’t look at the video until this past Tuesday. He’s got cartel tattoos & I wasn’t looming at the tattoos while he’s in attire for the heat. I wasn’t looking at the expensive footwear like I noted the 1st time “Edgar” came. I don’t know which is worse: to worry about the 3 orders or that they are like I had determined: associated with Sinaloa/El Mencho CJNG. All of the Judicial Figures sided with them and I, a homeless but not shelterless (still dealing with possibly being forced off my deemed non-compliance properties) fire victim who’s happy to know I’m the legal owner because of who/what they are with kids- I got 3 orders for several years…..this guy keeps coming, the tattoos, the expensive audi, the clothes and he says his family in Petaluma knew Terence Hallinan (attorney who rep’d many illegal drug & growers ppl), has property in Rancho Tehema. He brought up Hallinan when I was talking about my being the blogger & author and Zodiac cases, he said his side knew Hallinan who knew Mel Belli. Anyway, this guy is insistent on contacting me & will show up out of nowhere….I’m to just take this when he comes again? I could get arrested for talking to this gut? Or even blogging about these issues? Or I could be one of their victims? I’m selling everything trying to get out of here while at the same time, my heart, my soul, my life and my dead family members are here.
It’s 8:30 a.m. FYI I was recording but phone was upside down. I, again, didn’t know what I got on camera until Tuesday morning. I’d like to get back to what I was doing re: Jamie of Iowa case but this is another sidetracked issue. Oh? And its 112 in the shade July 4, 2024 our National Holiday when he came & it’s all recorded under my constructed canopies for shade with my sunflowers I’m growing for shade nearby. July 13 2024 Edgar Drives A Black Audi
I’m still identifying his tattoos. This guy drives a new fast car. It had a california license plate. Sorry for the upside down pics but these are clearer than the camera shots of the camera phone of the the camera shot of those. He has Karina of K-pop fame? It can also, be a location, tho. The K-pop artists have been focus of drug scandals lately. A Mexican Cartel has been trafficking its Meth to Korea. Anyway, nothing new in the entertainment industry. Where you find music & fame, you find drug dealing & trafficking. So? If anything happens to me. Look into the person who has the aztec sun god tattoo for human butchering & sacrifice on his elbow with a rose in the center as well as what appears to be the tattoos looking like a Gulf Cartel one.
8/5/24 Alot Has Happened In The World…..
since I last blogged! Trump was almost assassinated that afternoon. Biden dropped out. VP Harris got installed as potential Prez Candidate without citizens voting her in. Ahh! The heat been bad this year, so can’t be online much during it. El Mayo & El Chapo Son got snagged by USA LE. Threats of wider war in Middle East to go along with Ukraine & Russia war growing. Anyway, I’m still here at my place. Haven’t heard a peep from the tattoo’d cartel-looking creep. Nor have I heard anything from the people trying to force fire victims off their properties for not finishing the govt backed rebuild, the same govt that dumped us. That said, I hope to get back to this blog & finish up what I started (Marc “Jamie” W. Allen). I did a show with Nanette where she had asked if I had a “Badlands” letter solve for it, well, I has started on it FIVE years ago but got sidetracked. I knew what the puzzle pieces were and I know I started working on it again a few years ago…..must have got sidetracked again…..Anyway it finally was completed. There’s a funny story on how Dennis & I came to the conclusion that the doodle above the ‘R’ in RUNNING that leans to the left is a burning cigarette. The story is on the show 8/2/24.
Sorry for the poor quality of the letter below but it’s the best public domain version like what Graysmith has in the 1st Zodiac book. I circled the stenographic code. The code key was HOLLYWOOD as per the hints on decode I did of the “Badlands” Envelope not seen here yet but it is in The World According To Jack Tarrance. The envelope had info on Hollywoods Elizabeth Short & Marilyn Monroe— that era of George Hodel 1940s. So? Below is the solve. We just did a show recently wondering what brand of cigarettes Jack smoked circa 1960s-1970s. This solve answered that: Kent Shorts. The message is meant for George Hodel, he’s assumed to be associated with C.R.E.E.P. or Committee to Re-Elect the President (Nixon) and Jack reminds Hodel of the 1940s Elizabeth Short killing, asks if Hodel has the MkUltra stamp cure, says he left a burning Kent Shorts cigarette at Donna Lass apt (which would be the next day and a call about how she won’t be returning to work), that he’s ill and needs the cure, is running out of time for the quick MkUltra cure. According to solve, the Peninsula Serial Killer confessed to Therrien, said where to look for the Catholic boys body: St Agnes Church pulpit. The secret info was embedded in the story of Marc “Jamie” W. Allen that ended up in NCMEC 1986. I signed off on this solve. Thank You Pope John-Paul 2 & Jack Tarrance for working on these boys cases.
